The store was nicely organized. The wait was short to check out. The only thing that stops this from being a 5 star visit was that the cashier had a an unfriendly demeanor.

We ordered struts for my car, in the evening, and they were there that next morning. The man behind the counter went out of his way to find them on the truck that had just arrived. In and out, easy peasy!

Frankie at this O'Reilly Auto Parts is amazing! He knows A LOT about car parts, was super helpful and nice. When I went there, he made sure to understand my problem and he me the perfect solution. He was friendly, cool, personable and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable asking questions. It's clear that he loves what he does, and he's really good at it. He gave me lots of advice, offered to help and helped us get back on the road. I'll definitely go back whenever I need car parts when in the area because I know he'll take care of me. Overall, he's the best! I recommend this store and Frankie!

It's an auto shop they often have what I'm looking for the staff can be friendly sometimes not so friendly.The property area is sketchy with a lot of homeless just be aware of your surroundings.

Staff is very lazy there testers are not up to date so be careful they will tell you your parts are good when they re bad!

Happened to be passing thru, it was dark with my headlights not working so I couldn t see the road. I made it to this location right before closing time and Joel was able to diagnose my issue and get me new headlights. He was kind and informative. I was able to make it home safely. Thank you!

This is a nice big clean well stocked auto parts store. They have everything you need for your car and all of the accessories. If you need to order a part for your vehicle or just have questions they are happy to help. The store is very organized and the staff are pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Tyler is the best! Couldn't be happier. He really went above and beyond for me when he didn't have too. I'm so grateful for him and this place for being open so early during my crisis lol

Sad to say, the motor cycle battery they provided from the back in a box was smashed and broken on a corner. Had to drive home 45 minutes to find out it was unserviceable. The staff didn't pay attention to who was next in line, and I nearly got into an altercation from the lack of attention on their part. Would rather shop somewhere else.

This particular location, be sure that if you call ahead to ask if something is in stock, be sure that they place you on hold and get physical confirmation of the item you're calling about.I called these guys and asked them if they had a throttle body available and they told me that they did. I trusted that they did and didn't think to ask them about doing a physical confirmation. Big mistake. It's a 30min drive from where I'm at to this store only to find out they didn't actually have the part I called in about. It was an hour of time lost just in driving, not to mention fuel costs associated with the drive.

This O'Reilly auto parts is truly an excellent auto parts store, other O'Reilly auto parts stores are just okay but this specific store is much more than just okay. The staff here is always quick and very helpful and it's been that way for many year's now. This O'Reilly is what they call a hub store so they basically carry everything you are to likely need because they not only stock the popular part's for their store but for all the surrounding store's as well, that is why this O'Reilly's is likely to have the part you need on hand. So if you need the part right now or if you just simply don't want to wait for it to be shipped then I would strongly suggest giving this O'Reilly auto parts store a try, you won't be disappointed.

Awesome staff. My battery cables came loose and I needed to buy a wrench to put them back on. I went to O'Reilly's and they look at my battery and the service man put them back on for me. I wouldn't have needed to buy anything but since he took the time to fix my truck i felt it was only proper to buy a wrench from them. I cant say enough about how wonderful they are to help people. 5 stars!

I always get the best service here. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.I've bought a lot of parts here and have never had any issues with them. Those items I buy that have warranties are swapped out when there is an issue.

Always friendly service. They keep track of all your sales. If you lose your receipt they will pull your purchase for you. Good refund policy.

I just want to say how happy I am that I went to the Autozone on Seventh St in Victorville, CA. I was helped by Franz and he was so helpful with trying to figure out what was wrong with my car. His customer service was absolutely amazing, I've never walked into an Autozone and have been helped like this. I felt at ease when he helped me and knew that I was going to have my car working. I literally don't even have enough words to how grateful I am to him for the most amazing service. He got my car working again after I spent the almost the whole day trying to figure out what was wrong. So, thank you Frantz for your explanation to what was wrong with my car and fixing it for me, I'm so grateful for you.

Very knowledgeable staff the always get the right part and it's almost always guaranteed to be in stock top! They also have price-matching so bring your ad in and they'll matching price guaranteed! Not only do they have a variety of auto parts that they have a variety of products to keep your car clean keep it running smooth with the chemicals you put in the gas tank radiator flush oil you name it they sell it there O'Reilly, also if you don't have a tool they have it usually involves loan it to you just have to pay the price of the when you return it I'll give you all your money back so it's alone and free

Came here for an alternator and battery really simple fast and easy , give them your car info they search it up try to help you with prices and tell you the difference between the product and of course give there opinions on whats a better option. Which I like because if I'm working on my car I would want the person who is recommending something at least should know what they're talking about . Also very helpful when I came back for the core exchange

O'Reilly's is not always crowded like the zone. Their products are pretty good quality and their staff actually knows a little bit about what they're talking about. So i'm faithful to this store.

We were helped out by Mikey, the check charging system light came up on our way from LA to Las Vegas. Mikey came out to check our alternator and battery right away. He was very helpful and informative. We had stopped by Autozone but they were not able to help us at all. Very good experience here at this O Reilly.

This place has alot of inventory but when it comes to paying for your items the lines get so long and i become discouraged. That's the only thing i dnt like is for this store lacks help at certain times. Otherwise the store has alot to offer and is very neat and clean. And employees r nice

They are the only place I go for my auto needs! Professional, knowledgable, efficient, great prices and the most helpful people! They always get my parts right the first time so I dont have to keep going back, unlike most other parts stores.
