I bought a set of Ohlins forks for my RMZ from Noleen and they gave me a great price. The service was slower than I would ve liked but Clark is busy taking care of the HEP Twisted Tea Suzuki team and flying out to all the races so I could understand why things were slow. Clark got my forks done just in time for me and they were valved/sprung perfect for my weight and the Arenacross racing I m doing. Awesome price and product, just wish service was a little quicker.

Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I've been on dirt bikes my whole life and Noleen is HANDS DOWN the best suspension I've ever had.

Took my bike here to the over all height of my bike lowered. They where very helpful friendly and fairly priced. I really enjoyed speaking with them and love the over all outcome of the work they did. Small business, family run, great people.

Called around to multiple places. San Bernardino, high desert. These guys had my 48mm WP fork seals/ wipers in stock. They also had the oil. I was able to purchase the parts off them to rebuild my own bike. Super reasonable price and I was able to solve my problem immediately. Thanks for stocking good quality parts. Will be back again for the next project. They've also got a cute shop dog.

I'm extremely impressed with the work done by Noleen on my 2022 KTM 300. My suspension has been plush in the rocks, single track and rough desert terrain I frequent. They completed the job in the time frame they gave when I dropped my bike off. If you race desert and need suspension done right, hit up Noleen it's worth it.Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

My advice is for people to stay away from this AWFUL company. I bought shocks in April this year and was told the process of building the shocks would begin in two to three weeks. In the following months, I requested updates, but received not a single response to my emails and message on their website. By August, I gave up. I assumed I had lost my money. What was I to think? What kind of people ignore inquiries from a customer who paid for a product in full? Although my shocks finally did arrive on September 27, the whole experience was a major letdown.

Had my 450 and my sons 250 suspension revalved ( worked ok) would have given them more business due to many friend from years of racing using Noleen but not happy with the way they handled my mountain bike suspension services. Had two sets of forks serviced without a problem, my shock on the other hand was a different story. I called many times speaking with Clark and he kept telling me he s waiting on parts from Fox, this went on for a year and a half, I had to keep calling and calling. Finally Clark told me it couldn t be fixed. I told him I would pick up the shock and linkages but when I got there his son only had pieces of the shock and he stated he couldn t find the linkages. I ve called a few times asking if he found the linkages, Clark s son told me he s still looking ( shop isn t very big) he had a bad attitude on the phone and hung up. I think I ve been very patient with them. All I want is my linkages. I never give Bad reviews but it s getting frustrating.

I'll update this review when I get my hopefully properly rebuilt Noleen NR1 rear damper for my GT RTS.I like the ease of getting the right form you need for service on the shock. But what I don't like:Okay, so Noleen offers to make a custom shock within their rear shock product offerings if one is not listed for most bikes. Since Risse Racing Technology has utterly failed to make me a custom shock, I decided to go with Noleen...until they decided not to check their business email. So, business must be good when a company just selectively picks and chooses what to do. I mean, go ahead, offer a service on your website and not follow through. That's great.I sent and resent my email with the pics of my bike and the appropriate specs and have not received a reply in well over a week.So remember readers, it's okay to have a business that suffers from complacency, neglect and the strong determination to not improve customer service because customers don't drive business, a company's pride does. Custom shocks...right. They might as well offer to sell elephants since I know that's complete horseshit too.

Horrible customer service!! Don t bother writing anything in the addictions info section they don t read it. Had my new to me shocks sent, called before and said I didn t know what valving was in there, wrote this very clearly too. They said they would revalve if necessary, just sent them back re sealed not a word from them before shipping them back. I had to pay shipping back for their mistake. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!Service: Steering & suspension repair

It was 4 hours before the race. The man told me if I brought my shock to him now, he d have it fixed in an hour. 4 hours later, it wasn t fixed, still laying in the floor. I paid him in advance, maybe that was my mistake. I paid all my entry fees and registration fees to AHRMA and I missed my race because that man lied. Very unprofessional people. DO NOT USE!! Fair warning.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Order your custom shocks months in advance of when you need them. It will take weeks longer than they promise.
