Worst store ever I won t buy from there again our any Napa in the high desert. They are all owned by the same guy. It s a franchise so they don t have the same corporate rules. I bought some snow chains from this store I asked if I needed two the guy said it doesn t hurt so I bought two sets. Go to find out I only need one and now Chris the manager doesn t want to help me out it s a new none open set now I m out $200 this is BS and horrible customer service. It s independently owned goes to find out I called a corporate store and they don t have a problem returning it if it was bought trough a corporate store or online. I m so frustrated. What a shame for a quick buck you lost my future business

Do not buy a NAPA battery! The will not let you check the fluids on the so called "maintenance free" one they give you! They found another way to gyp their customers.Also I didnt appreciate the staff making you feel like a fool for asking for a tool to check the fluid level.

I love NAPA more than the competition. However, this is absolute false advertising.If you (NAPA, not just this store) can provide me with some Tokico HE3690 struts, or some Ford 4.6 32v intake manifold runner control (IMRC) plate, then I'll be both impressed and content. Otherwise, it's false advertising.

Everything you need to repair your car and if they don't have it in stock.... They can order it...got place for parts

Great service and for my ford f250 they always come up with parts that not even the ford dealer can't order.

Friendly staff and helpful and much more knowledgeable that any other auto supply store such as AutoZone however the prices on everything is several dollars more than if you go to AutoZone but you chance getting the wrong parts going there and the cost of gas when you have to go back to get the right thing is probably going to cost you more in the long run I have always liked napa over other auto supply chains I suppose you get what you pay for

Poorly run disorganized mess. I came in for 2 gauge battery cable in bulk. I waited 20 minutes in line just to be told you don t have a continuous piece. If I have to wait on an order I might as well buy it online. The guy who tried to find it was very unhelpful and just didn t care. Your store used to be great and now it just sucks. So much for supporting local business

They were a little busy at the time I was there. I was in a jam from being in need of a couple of CV boot clamps. The woman who helped me went to go look for a box of extra clamps. She came back with a good selection of clamps to choose from. I was able to get the ones I needed to finish the job I was on.

Laura and Jim is always helpful and have very good customer service. I love always coming to the store. Now ask for Jerry his customer service needs work he needs to work in the back he does not know how to greet customers nor speak to them. Nasty attitude he didn't help me with just the vibe for working with other customers there.

Joe helped me find the right size/type of windshield wiper blades for both of my vehicles and even offered to install them for me! He respectfully refused a tip adding that referring friends and family was all the thanks he needed. If you want quality parts and amazing customer service, go see Joe at Napa!

These guys are the best! I always recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good parts place. If they dont have it (which they always do!) Then they can order it and have it the next day! Super high quality service! Love this place and been coming to them since 2010.

Employees seemed nice but could do a lot better . They got me the item I was looking for and quickly rang me up but for a 5 star I would have likes to be asked about why I'm interested in the product and what I am trying to do then mabie offered alternatives.that would be 5 star worthy

This Napa is the worstI bought a water pump kitWith life time warrantyAnd they would not replace itThe manager on SaturdayIs the worst .frank was no help I bought the parts threw himI will never go back.Napa sucks never will I shop at any Napa .

Took the quads out to dale evens rd ,( Stoddard Wells ohv) needed a spark plug google search napa was the closest place they had the exact plug needed so I bought 2. Very fast and polite customer service, if I ever need a part when riding again this is the place to go,

Went the other day to get intake manifold gaskets for my 67 bus. When I got the gaskets I told the specialist that I hate that the gaskets are always paper. Well, I was wrong. These Felpro gaskets are far better than any I have bought before. Thank you Napa!!

The guys and gals are top notch. They are very knowledgeable and will recommend the right part the first time. I will not go to any other Auto parts store other than Napa. Keep up the great work and awesome employees.

I looked everywhere for these special bolts I needed for my driveline and nobody had them until I went to NAPA. Thank you so much you guys where a lifesaver

I have been a regular customer for years. These guys (and ladies) know the parts business and always take the time to explain things. A coupel of times they saved us money by advising us to ask the mechanic an extra question or two. My wife even goes in on on her own and feels comfortable getting parts. Customer service is still alive. Thank you NAPA!

I needed a part they didn't have in stock, the tech offered to call another NAPA to see if one could be located for pick up. Yes, from Hesperia sent over to Victorville. I was very happy it was in stock and held for pick up.

Best service in High Desert! Also locally owned so your Not just a number, you're a neighbor.Usually they will price match as well.3 or 4 locations in HD so they can get you what you need same day usually.

Pretty much saved me I needed four coils for my vehicle two of them went out but you got to replace them all because they'll just go out as well eventually nice to be running decent again

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I told them what I needed and gave me exactly what I needed. The disc and brake I got for my trucks has good warranty on them. Highly recommend Napa.
