They did a wonderful job.They took care of my tire needs fixed the torn brake line do to the tire being shredded, gave my car the oil change that was due and explained everything clearly and professionally.My 2005 Toyota Corolla runs like a charm.Thank you to Midas of Victorville and all your employees!A very happy and satisfied customer,Wayne Bell.

Very courteous c.s.. I just did a walk in for an oil change, and they were able to do the job that same day. They even explained something under the hood for me that I had a question on. Midas, ever since I can remember, has Always done a complete, and thorough job on my cars. Clean shop, nice and knowledgeable people, and let you know exactly what's going on with your car if it has a problem. Thanks Midas!

Gabby at the customer service was very professional and very nice. She works really well with the customers and really works on accommodating the customers needs.If you need any kind of brake work ask for Bobby the Midas tech. Bobby is very personal and talks to you on kind manner. I had brake work done and I'm 100% satisfied.

Midas has once again helped me in my time of need. They are very knowledgeable in what they are doing and Kenny specifically was very quick to respond to all my questions and helped fixed my car in such a short amount of time. I trust them fully with my car, since going to Midas I have had nothing but good experiences. As a young woman these mechanics can be scary, but with Midas I've never felt more safe in knowing my car is being taken care of and I'm getting professional work done for a great price! 10/10 thank you Midas!

Outstanding service at Victorville's Midas. My daughters' car was examined right away because of a fuel leak. Kenny, Bobby and Gaby, are perfessional, kind, and pleasant. Our wait was not long and within 45 to an hour the repairs where complete after we faced a scary experience. Midas took care of the issue reassuring us we can drive from their shop safe and secure. Thank you Midas for being there for all your customers needs.

hands down one of the best places I went to to get my car services. Gaby at the desk is always so welcoming, polite, and professional. the team is great with communicating throughout the whole process. Will definitely be back for future services! Gaby at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. I went in for a tune up but it turns out I needed a diagnostic test for biggee issues instead. She was able to dig deeper into the issues with my vehicle and get me the service I needed and saved me money. Even with the location being busy, she was able to service everyone fast. The mechanics in the back were working double time and getting people in and out quickly. The serviceman that worked on my car broke down the issues with my car in a way I understood and gave me good advice on what to get done. I will be a regular customer here.

Great experience with these guys. So professional and so informative. They explained everything to me that was to be done, but mostly what I didn't need. Most places just want to make money off you and take advantage of women, NOT Midas. I'm giving my business to Midas that's for sure.

We love coming to this Midas. We always have outstanding service - Everyone is friendly and hard working. The team goes above and beyond to make sure our vehicles are taken care of with great service and in a timely manner! This is an honest car repair place, which is hard to find these days. 10/10 would recommend.

It was a good experience. Lady on the counter is very professional and friendly. Mechanic who worked on my car is a knowledgeable and professional. Well I can't talk the supervisor but he needs better communication skills.

This particular Midas location in Victorville, always has me covered as far as my vehicle goes. Very wonderful, professional, and knowledgeable crew and front counter person. I will definitely continue to recommend and use this Midas location.

Came in for synthetic oil change on my car. The guys that work at this location are friendly and knowledgeable. They had me in an out in less than a half hour. I lucked out by coming at the right time. Good place for minor maintenance work like oil changes.

I've been going here for years. They have always been honest with me and communicated throughout the entire job. Recently I had todrop my truck off for a top end rebuild. Surprisingly they handle these jobs too!!! Anyways, I finally have my truck back and couldn't be happier. They gave me a time frame and delivered well ahead of schedule. They were upfront about the price (which was within or lower than range for local competition) and didn't try to upsell me on anything. I couldn't be happier and would recommend this shop to anyone needing sevice...big or small. Thank you Josh, Bobby, Gabby, and the entire midas team for your professionalism..

Been going here for 4 years for standard oil changes. They've been so honest, fair and competent that they have now become my all around mechanic. Gaby at front desk is kind and professional. Pleasant waiting area. WiFi works great. This is a hard-working, positive, honest and skilled crew. Old school top notch service. Prices extremely reasonable and they go out of their way to take care of customers.

I took my car in to have my brakes inspected & serviced. Customer service was great, everyone was professional. At first I was worried about being overcharged but in the end I was satisfied with work and price paid. Went in to have a transmission service on my 2012 Ford F150 Lariat truck and they did the work in a few hours as I waited. Midas uses new transmission filters rather then cleaning your old filter like some shops do. I called around looking for the best deal and to my surprise Midas had the best price for the service. It cost me $375. I highly recommend Midas to anyone looking for the best service and most complete service around. Many places wouldn't even do the work.
