On our trip from Florida we lost coolant. Tow truck driver took us to Joey's auto service, the mechanics immediately started to repair the issue. Got us on they way in no time. Very professional and clean service. Very highly recommend.

Being new to California from Texas, the only place I knew was the dealership for service. After getting quoted an outrageous amount, I did my research and came across Joey s Auto Repair. I m glad I did. Michelle and the whole team at Joey s are top tier in customer service and repairs. Very honest and reliable folks. Had my brakes done recently, and I have no complaints whatsoever. I found my new repair shop. Thanks y all!

I wish I could give this place 6 stars. Michelle at the desk went above and beyond, providing a truly remarkable level of customer service excellence. Given that my 1st gen Tundra needed a considerable amount of work (to me) - Timing cover, serpentine belt, timing chain, water pump, etc. - I expected to be stranded with a severe oil leak for ~2 days. Not at all! The team at Joey's, including the generous owner Eduardo, turned the service around in a mere 24 hours, despite having to order parts! I was so impressed with their expediency and care that I returned after the Christmas holiday and received a FREE tire rotation! There isn't enough space in this review to articulate the level of respect and admiration I feel for this shop in Victorville. THANK YOU for everything and I will see you all again soon.

Eduardo saved the day for my Nissan Titan when rhe rear left axle took a dump. They were able to get me a used axle all the way in San Diego and turned a 1 week job into 2 days. Drove it all the way back to Tucson without a problem.

I came here to this place because my brakes where not working right and the abs monitor light on . Angel us a knowledgeable mechanic that works at the shop , he knows what he doing. I totally trust them. I had to return back I found out it was baking to the side because it need another part. They work fast and efficiently. I do agree though that prices are a little higher than usual but they guarantee their work and work fast.Services: Electrical repair, Auto brake repair

I had an oil change, cabin filter change , pollen cabin filter and air element. I was able to get things done in the mean time my car was getting fixed & the car runs great. I love the speedy and friendly service. The man Adam went out of his way to help us, we had our Rover overheat turned out to have a crack in the thermostat housing unit, he stayed open late for us to make it, then the next day personally picked us up at our hotel because we had our Large pitbull dog which the taxi here wanted to charge us 70dollars for a 3mile ride ,, Adam was awesome got us back in our rover by 3pm and may have cost more than we wanted but hey Rovers ain't cheap but I'll let yall know if we make it home with no ProblemsStay turned

Let me just say that if you ever need any car service this is the place to go. Owner and mechanics are all friendly. I was serviced by Mario and let me just say that they were friendly and honest. Mind you this is the owner. First he demanded that we pick the vehicle up on time (Friday) because nobody is picking up their vehicles on time or at all. We didn t question this as we understand businesses do get busy even though it was a small job. His employee calls us saying they ll call us back for a quote before they do the job (California has a law that states work can t be done without verbal permission) so we wait for the quote. No call. Next day the owner Joey calls us saying the work is done this is the price. We never agreed to any work turns out they did extra work on the car and didn t even do what we asked. And now it makes sense why people are unable to pick up their cars because they do extra work without their permission. They re a scam and majority of the reviews and comments on here are fake. A full on set up

I called Joey, he gave me a quote over the phone. When I arrived to his shop he was able to take me in right away. Joey repaired my car while I waited. Not only did he provided me with fast service. When it was time to pay, his quote was slightly cheaper than what he quoted me over the phone. He also offer me my old part back that he had replaced. He is very honest, trustworthy and has a very professional clean shop. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for good service and fair pricing.

I was out of town and my wife had a fuel problem with the car. Not many shops work on fuel systems in the high desert and I was also worried about her being taken advantage of. So I googled auto shops in the area. At first I was worried about some of the bad reviews but I decided to take a chance on them. I was happy I did. They asked questions about the problem and told me that they could do the service I just had to get the vehicle to them (which wasn't a problem). The dealership told my wife she would have to pay $1800 to fix the problem, other auto shops quoted her at $380-$450. Joey's were honest and quoted me $120. My wife called me a few hours later and happily told me she is driving home and the car was working fine. They even checked out the rest of the car free of charge. This made me rest easy. I'm thankful that they were able to help with our vehicle problem and we will use them again in the future. Classy honest business is very hard to find especially in the auto industry with everyone willing to steal money from you instead of just doing the right thing and doing business right. I'm glad I found Joey's Auto Repair

This place is not good anymore, previous owner was amazing and so helpful and honest. New guy is an absolute crook and overcharges for work that is not hard to do. Had my car for two days, never called me to update me on anything and I had to call 6 times before they even got me an answer on what was wrong. Quoted me $708 for work that cost my husband $68 and only one hour to complete.DO NOT GO HERE. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIMEService: Auto engine diagnostic

I brought my truck in last minute and Joey made time for me. The part i needed i expected to have to wait for and i thought would be expensive. The part was there within 20 minutes and the price was very reasonable. I am very happy with the work that was done. I highly recommend his services.

New to Victorville area and needed some car repair ASAP. Joey and his staff were friendly and professional. The work was completed quickly and the prices were amazing. Recommendations were made and options were provided. There was no deception and unnecessary services were not forced upon me because I am a woman.This is the first review I have ever written. I was inclined to because the service was top-notch and deserved 5-stars.

PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I came here during the summer and did not get my car back until 2 months later. Not only this but my car came back in irse shape each time I received it. I had to keep coming back for new problems and eventually grew sick of this place. I actually met another mechanic who came to my home because my car was too out of shape to EVEN DRIVE! The mechanic then told me that this shop had put Chinese parts on my FOREIGN vehicle. It was no onset ny car was rejecting them so badly. To make matters even worse, I had been completely overcharged as I actually pitched my parts from my dealership and got this mechanic to fix my car for almost $500 less!!! If you keep having to come back to this place, I suggest taking a look at the parts they are placing in your vehicle. Friendly staff, willing to go above and beyond to get my truck back on the road. Michael, the mechanic, had to think outside the box a couple of times to replace brake parts and fix issues that kept coming up and Michelle, front office, was very knowledgeable and helpful as well. Great people, great shop!

I have been coming here for years. Joey regularly quotes a lower price than any other auto repair business. Over the years, he's literally saved me thousands.Joey has on several occasions given me a ride home so that i don't have to spend half a day waiting at his shop. Then will pick me up and take me back to his shop when my car is ready, at no extra cost.I have never received such excellent customer service and reasonable prices from anywhere else.

By far the best shops around, me and my girl blew the water pump on our way back from Vegas to Los Angeles, I called the shop and explained what was going on Adam kept the shop open late to get us back on the the road. I m greatly appreciated by their great customer service and how quick we got back on the road. Thank you Joeys Auto Repair.Service: Engine repair

This shop is amazing! We hit a piece of debris on the freeway that tore up the splash guard under my car. Joey put it up on a lift the moment we arrived and got us back on the road on 3 minutes flat. Amazing service!!!

I have a Diesel Ford truck that needed an aftermarket upgrade. I was able to install part of the system but there was one area I just couldn't accomplish. I went to Joey and he said he really didn't like working on diesel's but he would ask one of his mechanics if he wanted to tackle the job. The mechanic was willing to take a shot and he spent a hard three hours finishing the installation. Afterwards the bill was actually on the low side of their estimate. Can't thank them enough. Great people. By the way I'm a full time RV'r and as a group a frequent target for scammers especially Ford dealers around the country. Keep up the great work Joey and crew.

First time there to get a quote from mechanic to install rear struts, before I knew it they were already dismantling old struts without any permission to do the job and without giving me a quote. I would not recommend anyone to take there car to Joey's auto repair for any service.

I LOVE THIS MAN HE SAVED MY LIFE. Our driver made a mistake for the type of gas he was putting in the car, I called this man and right away told me to bring in the car for service. He helped me in the best possible way with his great services and also by his advice. This man is a life savior if you ever need help with your car he will help you !!!! I highly recommend him!!! I am out of the area so for anything happens in Victorville because of your car go to him!!

They never call you to let you know what s going on. They take yo car for weeks to fix and it still be messing up in a week. When you tell them what you want done to the car they do whatever they want I spend 1000 for a tune up but when I took it to another shop they told me I have a blown head gasket.. and I need a new engine so my money spent at joey was for nothing. And imma have to take it to court.

What a pleasure to do business with a man who doesn't take advantage of a woman alone in regards to her vehicle. I have had to take my car for repairs twice in the last 2 months. His price is more than reasonable, fair and even when a mistake was made he made it right! This is the kind of person we need to be able to visit when we women have car troubles. I will be back again, I am sure!!

This is by far the WORST auto shop in the high desert. They do not communicate pricing, they take it upon themselves to do other work with out your permission then try to charge you for it. They lie repeatedly ruin your whole electrical programming then tell you to take it to a dealer ship. When confronted about these issues they run like COWARDS!! I WOULDN'T take my car there if I was stuck on the side of the road.DO NOT give them your business this place needs to be SHUT DOWN!!
