I would say communication was the top service here for my car repairs which I very much appreciated. I was updated through the whole repair process. Regardless of the hiccups they had with getting the right parts ordered, they had my vehicle ready in the most timely manner. Other collision shops wouldn't take my car right away but High Desert Auto Body did. They also answered every question I had and were very patient with me. I would DEFINITELY recommend to anyone or come back for future repairs if needed. Shout out to Vanessa at the front desk for her excellent customer service!

My car was done one the day they said it would be, and the estimate was close to the final cost. They were great at communicating throughout the process. I appreciated the text updates of every stage of the repair. They got my approval before proceeding when more damaged was found, even though it was minor. The quality of the work was best rate. As good as new.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Worst mistake I made going here!!! They damaged more of my vehicle while trying to make the repairs the car was there for initially. Their service manager Nick was a headache, and it was like pulling teeth trying to have him repair/replace what they damaged after-the-fact. He tries to weasel out of certain repairs, while still reporting them to the insurance adjuster to try and obtain more insurance money. Just don't go here or waist your time. They're all smiles till they get your claim, and it's all headaches after that!!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Nick from the start made the whole Auto Body Repair experience smooth... starting with explanation of the process of it being an Allstate shop...to the pick up...text messages and emails of the updates keeping me informed... and when I finally met him in person he was just as polite and welcoming as he was on the phone. Any questions I had he answered and was well knowledgeable with the process of how the claims process and what is covered, where the parts are to come from or they do their own work and how long it will typically take...when I wasnt able to speak with Nick I was able to speak with Philip and Suzy to finalize what to do with my vehicle until I could speak with my claims adjuster and police department for the report. My daughter and I came in and we spent maybe 10mins and Nick asked us if we had time he would like to have it washed before it comes up. The work they did looked amazing ....he took the time not only inside but also outside to visually show us what was done and what was not damaged. EXTREMELY NICE AUTO BODY SHOP and the WORK REFLECTS NICK AND SUZY. They care about each and everyone of the vehicles til the end. I highly RECOMMEND this shop!!!

They fixed my bumper quicker than the time they said they would. My car was also dirty when I brought it in to get fixed but when I got it back it was detailed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you need some body work done, High Desert Autobody is highly recommended

Amazing customer service, so welcoming when you enter, they actually do care about their customers instead of just acting like it. The updates they send out are often and help you know what's going on with your vehicle. Honestly if you are a insurance rep and your reading this, I highly recommend you using them with your place of business. Over all great experience at this place I'd give it a 100 star rating if it let me.

I recommend this body shop to anyone looking for quality work. The staff is really nice and tend to your repair needs. Nick and his beautiful wife Suzy were very professional and curteous with providing excellent customer service. I came in without an apoint mentioned right after Thanksgiving holiday. He was booked but managed to squeeze me in. Thank you Nick and Suzy. Happy Holidays!

Excellent service and support ...they kept in touch with me every step of the way. Nick is very knowledgeable and professional in his work and the customer service reflects that as well. I've never seen such a degree of honesty and transparency in the field of auto body work.....will definitely recommend this business to my friends and family. Wow! High Desert is the place to go! Nick took care of an issue with our van door that had blown open violently in the high desert winds, and his results blew us away. We only expected minimal improvement, for which we still would have been grateful, but Nick did more than that and improved it 100%. Perfection! With the help of Randy, Nick also took care of it quickly. We are from out of town, but we'll go out of our way to refer anyone we know to this shop. In addition, Nick and Randy were both very personable. Thanks, guys, you saved the day!

I was sent to this company by my insurance. They completed the job within three months of them completing the job the same issue that they claimed they fixed occurred again. I called to inform them of the issue and the manager Suzzane went on to tell me they had to see if it was something they caused or me. Remind you it's the same issue that they were supposed to fix the first time. After they decided they were going to fix it they still found away to blame me for the issue. They were rude and I still have to get the issue fixed properly.

Horrible work was done on my car. Went there 3 different times, and the job still isn't done right. Runs in my paint and over spray all over my car. Paid alot to have it done right and it looks worse than it did before.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Worst experience ever was sent there by insurance company they did messed up job. paint job didn't even match rest of the car I understand if new paint don't match old and I'm ok with that but different color paint is not okay nick said it wasn't the original paint on the car but for it being a professional shop they couldn't color match it like other shops would have!!!! Only gave one star to leave a review other than that it would be a negative!!!!!!
