Had a roadside mechanical/cooling system issue in my Audi Q5 while on a road trip a long way from home. Maurice was able to quickly diagnose the problem and come up with a repair solution. Really knowledgeable and friendly. If I lived in the area I'd be taking my car to him for regular maintenance for sure.

We brought in our 2013 Volkswagen Beetle turbo for an oil leak. They identified the problem quickly and recommended also swapping out the OEM plastic water pump for an aluminum one. They also cleaned the engine. They actually care! They were on time and very helpful.

Maurice and everyone at GLN are all extremely helpful and kind. GLN is the only place I trust with my Mercedes and their prices cannot be beat. Quick and very efficient service every time. GLN is a great business that I highly recommend. Thank you guys!

Maurice is the best. On our way home to Minnesota in our rv and had a fuel leak. Stop to see if he could help and he fixed it on the spot. At no charge. What a great human being. There is good in this world. Thanks again.

Recently purchased a vehicle from CarMax in Victorville who has partnered with GLN Auto. They referred me to Maurice who was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to my BMW 535i. They repaired my vehicle and had it back on the road within one day. I would highly recommend them.

My car caught a flat after dropping my son off at school. I wasn t able to make it to the tire shop, my car made it right in front of this shop. Although I don t have a foreign car they helped me out so much. I really appreciate Maurice & his worker Antwan (might be spelled wrong) for swapping my tire in order for me to make it to the tire shop. You guys truly made my day. It s a must you guys take your cars here for any repairs.

If you have a European car that needs repair, I highly recommend GLN Auto Pros. Recently, my son had some issues with his 2016 MINI Countryman, and Maurice and his team was able to diagnose and fix the problem efficiently. I took my vehicle in 2011 jaguar XJL, the passenger side was slightly tilted down, and my driver side lightbulb was out. The rest of the headlight worked surrounding the main bulb, but the main bulb was out.I spoke with Maurice, and he took photos when I dropped it off and said he would call me and give me his diagnosis. He called and told me that, the airbag suspension mechanism was out and had to replace it which was $2500 and the headlight control module and it was going to be another 300 to $600 for that. I paid the money for the parts upfront, and when I got my vehicle back, my headlight was making a very loud roaring noise. Every time I turn the engine off. It roared for an additional five minutes after the engine was off, and then went out completely on the fourth day. which was really strange And the car was still tilt it down to the right, the same as when I brought it. He told me that they make vehicles that way tilt it down so when the driver gets in at a balance out, which was absolutely absurd! He also tried to convince me that when I bought my vehicle and it was slammed all the way down on the passenger side, which I let him know he was not speaking to an idiot, and I would not have been able to drive the vehicle that way. My vehicle only has 68,000 miles on it and is in excellent condition. There would be some side of me dragging the passenger side on the wheel wells ! He said the headlight was my fault, and somehow there s water in it, ( mysteriously )and after he looked at it a second time, he sent me a video laughing, and apparently had put almost a half a gallon of water in my headlight and videoed him pouring it out. Very unethical practices and me as a business owner would never treat my clients that way. I guess I have to see him in court.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I took my car to GLN after I had it at another Euro car repair place up the street. The other place couldn't really tell me what was wrong with the car other than there were some oil leaks and they could not understand why I was getting a battery charge malfunction error and replaced the battery. They said the best thing I could do was get rid of the car. I was really disappointed and felt like they just didn't want to or didn't know how to work on my car. I love my car and it has sentimental value and getting rid of it was not really what I wanted to do. I spoke to Maurice before I took my car to him and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was 100% honest with us. He told me to take it to him and he will tell me what is wrong with it and what my options would be and that is what he did. With the price of cars right now, I did not want to jump into a car payment and just wanted to fix my car. He replaced the engine, motor mounts and the turbos (not limited to those, he replaced a lot of other things as well) on my 750I and it runs amazingly now. He was always upfront with us and made us feel like we knew each other for years. He didn't try to pressure us, sell us on unnecessary things or bait and switch. Completely honest and did what he said he would. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY BMW TO ANOTHER REPAIR SHOP. My advice if you need repairs or even just maintenance, take it directly to Maurice. Do not waste your time and money at another Euro repair shop in the HD like I did. My only regret is that I didn't find GLN sooner. #goninersService: Engine repair

EXCELLENT service and work. The overall experience was 10 stars. First of all the most important thing when you drive a precision automobile Is keeping it running so that you can enjoy it; not saving dimes. You ll ruin a machine like a BMW by not keeping it up. It s a Fantastic Day when you know you are getting a fair price and someone who is confident in his craft! This is my 2nd BMW. I had a 7 and a Z. oh and a Mini.Maurice was recommended to me by the shop that did the Oil change on my Honda CRV. What a lucky day that was.They said the shop I mentioned I had gotten a quote from was a little hard on their customers. It had good reviews but inside track on businesses by referral is priceless in the high desert. I owe these guys a snack basket!!!I am a dealership girl. There s not a BMW dealership up here. I have found my go to place for my lil girl. I am fussy. Today she got 4 new rotors, brakes & sensors for several $100 s less than what front brakes were at the down the street place . Keep driving past it and you ll see a bright blue building. That s the place. It s a great day when quality meets affordable. FYI. I have had so many bad experiences at auto repair shops that s why I became dealership ONLY.A VW owner gave this biz a 1 star over a small difference in the price of an oil change. Lol. That s why he drives a VW and not a BMW.If you own a high performance car then you know you do NOT want just any grease monkey under your hood. Maurice works on the cars. He loves what he does and I like his philosophy.This is a great place. Wonderful service. Dropped off Fri. Picked up Tues AM first thing. Highly recommend and I will update on future repairs.

Best European car service in high desert. Called at 11:00am after being turned down by an empty dream motor ,,for an oil change on my Audi q3 ,called here , plus they only use real parts again dream doesn t .. and he had me in and out under an hr..and they went above and beyond, inspected , fluids refilled ,thank you again.. business for life .

My Volkswagon Jetta, TDI started acting up on the freeway. Went into limp mode so I immediately got off the highway. I was referred to a shop in Victorville California and couldn t be happier with the results. The manager of the shop, Maurice, was very professional and insisted on using top quality original parts and communicated very well with the problems my vehicle had. I highly recommend using this shop for any of your repairs or maintenance required .Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Oil change

Very trustworthy mechanic! I took my Mercedes Benz in to get a diagnostic because of a loud squeaking sound, He diagnosed it and worked on it from the minute we discussed the issues!! He fixed the problems and my car is now running beautifully! As it should..Maurice is the only person I will trust to work on my car from now on!!!Thanks a bunch GLN auto pros, Thanks Maurice ;)I'm extremely happy with the service and my car!

Finally, an honest and hard working mechanic shop! Took my BMW in with a flex disc/drive shaft issue (& control arm bushing replacement) and they charged me half of what the other shops quoted and he did it all within five hours. Showed me all of the work as he went along so that I got to see the status of everything and the new parts going in. Amazingly good prices, honest work, friendly atmosphere and I will always recommend these guys in the future. The BEST place in the high desert when your BMW needs repair.

GLN is the only place we have our European Autos serviced. Maurice is honest, reasonably priced and does great work. His diagnostics are always right on. We never have any $surprises$ when we pick up our autos. We highly recommend!

I will never go back he broke my wood grain put it back didn t tell I found out by touching it it came off. He did not offer to fix it. I paid $1200 to have I BMW I drive & navigation put in and out of that $1200 it was $900 in labor. I spent the money to get my car back but I ll never go back. I wish we can put pictures on her to show u all. Please find a shop down the hill u will save money.Service: Electrical

Great. I hate to right this but I ve been going back to Maurice for a while now and finally I can say I ve been scammed and now have to contact the automotive bureau I ve took my 2015 bmw back to Maurice twice in a month mind you I have been a loyal customer driving all the way from Vegas just to get my car serviced the last two times have been hell I took it originally for jerking Maurice which is the owner insisted that it would be the fuel pump causing the problem charged me 2400$ had my car for three days next he calls me and says everything is fix a couple days later ok so I take my car drive home back to Vegas and still have same issue I called back he told me to bring car back to him so I had to drive back down to California for a problem that should ve been tooken care of I leave the car there another three days he calls me 3 days later saying it was the main battery overall that wasn t giving car enough power he charge me 423$ for a new battery after he s the one diagnosed my car 3 days prior and said it was fuel pump now I m back in Vegas and my whole enigine is failed please be careful who you trust and who you take your car to now I m stuck
