Update: they swapped my battery for an older one too. Worst shop ever. Worst shop experience ever. Got my car paint chipped, and no good body work on top of it. If I could give 0; I would. Car came back with three stolen parts, and bolts. I called when I noticed and never got a call back. I think the office has communication issues. Plastic rivets were replaced with cheaper options. Very nonprofessional place. Whom ever did work on my car did a horrible job. Last thing, when I picked up the car it was dirty. I worked at body shop before and we always returned them clean.Service: Body & Trim

I repeat do not come to this repair shop they took down my last review, but this place is on believable just because I gave a bad review because they gave me back my car pretty much broken not even repaired after $6000. My insurance paid and then because I put a bad review they refuse to take the car or do any more work to my car no I m over here fighting my insurance company to find another body shop. Does it been a year now I haven t been able to make any repairs done on my vehicle. The manager is a prick promises you to give you two or $300 off your deductible. And then only honors 100 but then take that back. I repeat, do not come to this place.

Customer service is good. However, I was informed that business has been slow for them and was told that the vehicle I brought in should be done in a week or two . That was not the case but I'm not exactly sure how this whole process works. Other than that they are okay.

Excellent customer service.Keep me updated every step of he way and very professional.They even had rental place pick me up.And return my rental car too.Left my truck looking brand new.I will recommend 100%.My truck was done sooner than expected.Thank you, David and Pamela, for the amazing experience.

Got my car repaired here after an accident through insurance. It took way longer than I was quoted to get it back. When I got it back, the paint job that they had deemed an "acceptable" job was so bad that I would've gotten fired for putting out anything near this level of trash. They sanded it down to get out the orange peel, and a year later one of my detail guys accidentally pulled paint off of the hood because that paint was so compromised. 4 years after getting this repair done, I had a clip fail under my bumper. I attempted to pull the bumper because I noticed that the plastics had been reassembled in the wrong order. They glued one side of my bumper on to keep it from sagging . Not to mention that I was told that they got the bumper from a dealership, but when I pulled the side that isn't glued on I found that it's a POS aftermarket part that doesn't fit well. I even pointed out the ripples in the wheel well when I went to get the paint fixed, and they did nothing to address it. I don't understand how anyone can make this amount of money screwing things up. I'd have lost many jobs if this was the level of care that I brought to the table. After all of this over the past few years, I sincerely hope that they are removed from every insurance company's certified repair center list. They didn't deserve $7k for doing a worse job than I could've pulled off in my front yard. They didn't deserve a dime. I'd label this shop as a scam and nothing else. I'm forced to hemorrhage more money than my insurance spent to have their work fixed correctly as I find their missteps. Avoid at all costs.

Took my daughter's vehicle in for a door ding. They quickly got me in and had it repaired. The repair looks excellent and they came in under the estimate. What more could I ask for.

Best auto repair and paint shop in the high desert. I used to do auto body repair work, and Geber Collision does exceptional work at reasonable prices. I used them for years (even before their name change) for problems I've had, such as dents, peeling factory paint, and body work from collisions where I wasn't at fault (just majorly inconvenienced). I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass.

I took my trunk into this business and it came up with a lot more issues then what was expected and they were so kind and helpful the whole time. I put them in a bit of a time crunch because I am going back to school and they called everyday with updates telling me exactly when it would be ready and they did a wonderful job fixing my truck and would 110% recommended this buisnessService: General repairs & maintenance

I used this place when it was 1st Certified. They did a great job with my car. When I got to Gerber, I had no way of getting home. Kyle said he would take me home and if I needed a ride when my car was ready, he would take me. My car is beautiful, like nothing ever happened to it, just like when I took it to 1st Certified. Kyle is a very polite, knowledgeable, nice man. He said my car would be ready by 3 and it was. Kyle is my forever go to person and I'm happy that I have a reasonably priced place that does excellent work to bring my car to. The whole office staff is really nice. Awesome staff, they made it hassle free, they communicated with us and our insurance company and worked around our vacation, repairs were done somewhat timely and repairs almost done completely. Took a bit longer than anticipated, good thing we pre-planned to return to town the following week. Would have given a 5 star, but some parts were missing in the original repair. However they agreed to ship the parts to our local shop so they can be added to the repairs at no extra charge, so that's satisfactory.

This shop was quick, very friendly, and everyone was ready to help and listen to what you where concerned about. Work was fast and excellent my truck looks better then i expected and was as if nothing happened. They called and let me know what stage of completion my vehicle was in and the day they said it will be ready it was. I had a great experience with Gerber. They gave me a quote one day and I had it in wirh them the next. The staff was professional and nice. Hey everyone iam sal mendez I recently brought my car too gerber auto collision even though they weren't able to service my car needs they were kind enough to refer me to another place and they even hooked it up with their friends tow thank you to the gerber collision family and much love to my homie pam recommend if you body work on any vehicle take your car to them they will take care of you and your vehicle

A month later and Kyle the manager has never reached out to me. The trim around my tire that they had to be put back on after the repair is now coming off because the plastic pieces werent clicked in properly. I'm also still missing a floor mat they somehow lost. I'm currently in hold with their corporate number to repair what they did not fix properly and even they are hard to contact. I keep getting forwared to their voice-mail.Would not recommend. Even if it was the last place to fix my truck. The left scratches on my windshield, gauges on one of my lug nuts trying to pry it off and then spun the head on it. And when they took off the lug nut on my rear tire they forget to put it back on so I was driving around with a lug nut missing. And it was the special one that needs the key so anyone could have stolen my wheel. They left trash in the bed of my truck. Coke cans cigarette butts etc.

1st certified is first rate. Replaced my bumper on my Mustang. Did a great job at a great price. Even cleaned my car including vacuuming the inside. I would highly recommend 1st Certified Collision Center. The people working there are very professional and friendly. Especially Kyle. Kudos to 1st Certified.

They always do great work many of the local car dealers use them. Professional and high-quality along with great service. Definitely a good choice when you need to paint your car.

Very professional. I just dropped off my car yesterday. Christina and David were very helpful. Enterprise met us there and dropped off a rental for us. We got an estimate of a week. I hope that timeline stands, but with COVID and supply shortages, you just never know.

I was not happy with the results of my vehicle rear bumper repair. The bumper is not even with the rear quarter panels. I was told that's the the bumper fits which I didn't agree. There are buffer swirl marks l noticed on the bumper and hardware not properly installed. However, the secretary and 2 of the managers was very friendly and polite

If I could give a 0 to negative stars I would went through them because insurance recommended them not only was the craftsmanship of my repairs done to the bare minimum and not correctly they also refused to accept responsibility for stating they had no on site mechanic to diagnose a engine light that came on 5 minutes after pick up and my vehicle would have to be sent to the dealer to see if the damage was done by the accident or something they did on top of attempting to call me a liar after I received the report from the dealer who stated it was a sensor they continued to state the dealer said it was caused by low oil I will never do buisness here again nor will I keep my current insurance beware this shop is full of cons and uneducated repair personnel

I took my brand new 2018 car to them with less than 1000 miles on it and they just completely destroyed my paint now my 2018 car has oxidizing paint with a clear coat peeling off and I was asked by the manager why I bought a black car after the 5th time of bringing it to them. This place is shady and doesn't do right by their customers at least they didn't do right by me and I gave him seven chances to do so. So users beware
