I went to get work done on my Lincoln. I paid just about $2000 for the service. I got a wheel alignment that still does it feel like a wheel alignment was even done. I got my front shocks fixed in the front. I was supposed to not hear this noise in my car I brought it back the next day. I m still hearing the same clicking they said that they fixed the clicking noise isn t fixed at all Has not been the same since I can t go over 40 miles I have like 20 codes appearing on my diagnose that never happened to me before apparently something was left unplugged or something I caught the manager on Wednesday and asked can I bring it in told him the problem told me he was busy Wednesday Thursday to come Friday morning when I arrived this morning he told me it was first come first serve and there was already two people ahead of me and I should ve came at 7 o clock when the doors open now I m stuck with a broken down car that I paid $2000 for overall bad service he appeared to be nice when I was getting the work done but since there s an issue he didn t care

Called in around 4:30 to ask for a new tire, the guy quoted me $80, I told him I would be there tomorrow morning because they close at 5 and I have a flat, and he told me that if I wanted the tire tomorrow I had to go pay a $50 deposit today. I told him that I ve ordered and purchased several tires from them without ever paying a deposit before and he said, you want the tire tomorrow, you have to pay me today . I tried explaining that I couldn t be there today because of the flat, and asked if there was anyway I could pay the deposit over the phone or online, and he said that they only take cash deposits.

Car wouldn't start 4 days after service. The "may require future attention" was checked on the work order. Future? Really?

Always take my cars here! Staff is friendly and the prices are relatively inexpensive (having work done on your cars isn't cheap). Would reccomend them to anyone!

This shop has very poor customer service. I took my car in for a diagnostic check , due to the car misfiring and to replace my headlight connector .The mechanic comes back & tells me the car is running great , their are no check engine lights or anything. So of course , I believed it & processed payment for their services.Later that evening , my car started overheating & I called the shop & the owner tells me " The car is fine , the car has too catch up after being reset " I said ok no problem.The next morning , the car overheats again. So I took it to the shop and the owner tells me " the car is fine , don't worry ". I did just that , I left from the shop and the car started overheating and smoke came out the hood.I called the shop , to ask why they reassured me the car was fine but it was overheating? & The owner started yelling, and being very unprofessional. Yet I still took the car back to the shop and he reassured the car had no problem and just being completely sarcastic telling me to check his ratings . Well I did & they are not a 5 star rating .That was my mistake for giving this shop a chance!!!Shout out to Johnny's Radiator and Auto Repair , they found the problem with My car that should have been detected when they did a diagnostic here.

Awesome staff, accommodated me last minute and we're straight up in what was needed prior to me getting the alignment the vehicle needed. Suggested I replace a failed item before alignment to ensure it's correctness... Truly honest and put the customer first.. recommend these guys to everyone. You will be taken care of here

Terrible customer service took my car too go get a alignment and new tires waited for a call too tell me there done never got a call Soo I went 20 mins before they closed and nobody was there they kept my car over night I needed it that day. poor communication and terrible customer service don t go here

My favorite tire and Auto Repair shop in the high desert. Honest pricing great customer service and got me heater hoses replaced and repaired along with other services same day. Definitely recommend!Mike~

I had an horrible experience with that place, especially with (ERIC) rude self, I went in for brakes and rotors and he lied to me and said that I needed all 4 brakes and rotors, which I felt that he was lying to me..my car has very low miles on it 33,000 and it's an 2018 challenger and I barely drives it as you can see, because the miles speaks for itself, but anyways I didn't allow them to do the work on my car and I took it to (midas) and (brake master) the same day for any 2nd opinion and both places told me that my rotors was still good and so was my brakes, only my front rotors needed sufaced and whenever you have rotors surfaced, you have to replace the brakes, so with that being said, eric is a pathetic luar and tried to get over on me, smh.

I needed a headlight replaced. I checked with 3 local mechanics and 1 that comes to your house. ALL of them said at least $150 if not more. I called Finish Line spoke with the owner he said: Oh, no problem 15$. I went in the manager himself did it for me and charged me what he said: $15. This place is % honest reliable and do great work. I come here every time I need any maintenance on my car. I trust this Auto body shop and no way would I go anywhere else. For what to get ripped off? Trust this is the place to go.

I called and was asking if they install a leveling kit for a honda ridgeline, I had an appointment right away. Eric was very nice. And when had a little issue with it because it was making noise, just went in there drop my car with out even making an appointment they fixed it for me right away!! Eric was very professional!! will reccomend this place for your car needs!!

I was nervous about taking my car in to the shop because it had been a while since I had it serviced, and I knew I had some problems to deal with. I finally brought my car in here and I'm happy I did.It wasn't nearly as expensive as I thought it would be! They also showed me which items I should plan on replacing over the next year or so and how much it would cost. Both the guy behind the counter and the service guy were really friendly and seemend like knew what they were doing. Not pushy at all.Overall it was a really good experience. I feel like I found a place I can trust.

Great shop and great service. Definitely earned my business for the future. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else for alignments or tires that's forsure. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Straight forward honest people are always nice to run across and that's what your going to find at Finish Line Tire and Automotive.

Generous workers. Honest with quote prices, but when asked to estimate my vehicle. They did for 2 hours (no charge) and found some problems and charged for less than I thought. Am pleased!

These guys are by far the best. I've been buying tires here for 15 years. Johnny is the best, always extremely helpful and friendly. I have never once had a bad experience in all the years using them. I highly recommend finish line for all your tire and automotive needs. And no I do not work there

I took my 2013 highlander for new tires and wheel alignment the way they treat u since u walk in is awesome and the prices are really good so is the work I highly recommend them

Wow. Great experience here. Great prices! Waiting area is cool and comfy. And the bathroom is quaint and tidy. They even have coffee, and tea. John was just great. Will come again for my car services!

I went to get in oil change and chose this place because of reviews. When I walked in, I talk to the gentlemen about getting in oil change and he confirms he can take care of me but my car won t be ready until 4 and that was the time they close so I asked if I could come back and he said no because he would have to take whoever comes in because it is first come first serve which I understand so I simply asked if I could drop off my wife and three daughters that are exhausted and will come back in 15 minutes and told me I could go but if I leave, I would lose my spot as his last customer. Now that upsets me because I would think the guy would be more understanding about dropping off my family. If I was him, I would had gave the customer 20 minutes to come back before losing his or her place so they know I care about my customers but he was rude and did not care about his customer. Please take your services to another place that cars for there customers like Jiffy Lube Oil Change Center in Hesperia does because they put there customer s first unlike this place.

Very rude had my husband drive a mile to get tire fix. Then while on the phone they told him they would assist him immediately once he got there they told him to wait 10 mins. A hour pass still no help , so he just simply asked how much longer and ERIC told him he just don t want to do it anymore. Then threaten to fight him I never seen a place so ignorant in my life. Please don t go here

Came here from Ft. Irwin for a tire sensor and nitrogen tires. Johnny helped us and as a military family, we received A+ service. We will definitely recommend this to all of our friends and anyone else and will DEFINITELY be back, even though it's a long drive. Excellent service makes it worth it!!!

The staff is always friendly and professional. They never perform/ recommend services that are unnecessary. I walked in once thinking I would have to fork out hundreds in maintenance and only paid about $100. Mechanics you can trust!

Great place to do business don't go there for an oil change for regular oil change 50 bucks if you want synthetic it's near a hundred try Walmart but otherwise then that had a wheel alignment issue they were very honest and told me the alignment was perfect but the rear end the rear axle is out of alignment after having the car for 11 years finally got an honest answer so I gave him five stars for their honesty wheel alignment was just $90

I took my car into finish line tire And automotives and my check engine light was on And they originally Where supposed to charge $24.99 for a diagnostic, But it's my catalytic converter that needs to be changed out and the guy Johnny who I would refer everybody too said that he wouldn't be able to fix it but he still didn't charge me for the diadnostic test which was awesome forJohnny who I expect everyone to ask for, he is the best. He referred me to a tire sales muffler shop who can't install it but is going to get me the part for $450 dollars which is the cheapest on site price I could find unless I could find a cheaper price and i have buddies who are licensed mechanics so they can fix it affordable so going to finish line saved me alot of money. So I highly reccomend Finish Lin And and Automotive and tires. They have great customer service and can repair almost anything i highly reccomned them. Thank you Johnny!!!!!Keep up the great work.

Wow this place is great.! Wasn t an official customer but they were oh so helpful! Grandpa broke down around the bank and Finish Line Auto showed nothing but compassion and courtesy to get my gpa going again. The bolt was stripped and battery wasnt processing the spark to start. They brought a new bolt and blessed him with a fixed battery! You guys are awesome . Thank you so much. Keep doing what you guys do cause it s wonderous!!!
