Sales person Daniel is amazing and a pleasure to work with. Daniel introduced us to Sal M. they work so good together I say they are a super team! I was able to walk in with no pressure and within what seemed like minutes Sal had me approved with all the numbers laid out plain and simple. He made the deal work and his follow up to ensure we are still happy has been nothing I ve experienced before.

Phenomenal customer service, above and beyond what I expected. I did not buy a car at this dealership, but I wish I did. On a road trip from Las Vegas to Los Angeles I had car trouble with my brand new 2024 Hummer EV and it was towed to this dealership, Raul the salesman and Tony the manager, WERE AMAZING, they taught me things about the car that my own dealership had not showed me how to work, the invited me into the showroom and even feed me pizza game me drinks. I have an electric Hummer which they charged for me, they stayed THREE HOURS past their closing on a Sunday to make sure my car was fully charged so I can safely get back on the road. I cannot recommend these guys more than I do, I will go out of my way to recommend them and buy cars here in the future. They took better car of me than any dealership ever has, and we buy a lot of cars, they knew I would not be buying a car there yet they gave me amazing care and service. I am very grateful to them for their time, generosity and all the help.

Can I just say that I sincerely appropriate the customer service in the service department. The manager Dorian goes above and beyond to make sure you are getting the service that you need and is required. He always great you with a welcoming smile and hello. My service representative Marlyn is just as amazing, she too went above and beyond to make sure that I was taking care of. I have been living in the high desert for 15 years now and I have been coming to this dealership around the same time, but since the change of the new manger Dorian has arrived oh what a breath of fresh air! Dorian and Marlyn I thank you both for taking good care of me and my 2019 Yukon, you both are freaking AMAZING!

Awesome Dealership! I Would Highly Recommend Them. I dealt with Sal. He really stepped up and did everything you expect and hope for from a new car dealership. He honored the online advertised price, made everything super easy, gave me what I wanted for my trade, and never tried to add anything to the sales contract. All of this was done via Text and email. No surprises. Just simply a great deal, on exactly the vehicle I wanted. I purchased a 2024 GMC Terrain AT4. Love the car. Love the deal. Sal is Awesome! I have a lot of experience buying new and used vehicles. Well over 100 vehicles purchased in my lifetime, so I know a good dealership when I find one. Thank you Caposio GMC, and Thank You Sal!

I have been living in the high desert since 2009 and been going to Caposio Buick pretty much ever since. Well, since Dorian the service manager has been there it s been a breath of fresh air. Since the first time I have met him, he assured me that he will take care of me anytime I need service done to my 2019 Yukon, well he has definitely kept his word, and for that I appreciate him. My service representative Marlyn, is just as AMAZING, she too has gone above and beyond to make sure that I am treated like VIP! As along as Dorian and Marlyn is working in the service department there is no need for me to go any place else because I truly appreciate them both! I really appreciate the service that i received that day and all the support that i got with picking out my new vehicle. I am so blessed and excited with my NEW 2024 Buick Encore GX ST, she is a BEAUTY and I'm so happy that I made this purchase. I Couldn't have done it without such great sales representatives, Sammi and his brother were amazing, I am so pleased with the great customer service they provided me with, they worked with me and gave me the best deal that fix my income. I love GMC for making my first car experience the happiest ever!!!! I recommend GMC and I will be back in the future!!! I want to make a shout out to the two beautiful women that helped me too!! Elizabeth was such an amazing women and really helped assist all my needs and gave such great advice. I also want to thank another lady there that helped assist me with my paperwork signing, however I forgot her name, but I really appreciate her.

Lucy in finance is amazing not only is she efficient she also made the experience wonderful. Rick was an amazing sales person willing to show me any car I wanted to make me happy and he took the time to listen to my needs for this large purchase it made the entire experience wonderful. No one likes going to buy a car but the dealership has changed drastically it was fun to be there and I ll keep going back!

Complete transparency here. We did not buy a car from here and we don t live anywhere near here so probably won t be back. My review is based on the experience we had in a tricky situation. We had a rental car from Hertz, another location not onsite here. We were directed to the hertz (it was located at the dealership) for assistance. Long story and 50 phone calls later we asked the people at the dealership if we could try to charge the car with their charger. After multiple attempts at other places it worked. These guys are thoughtful and helpful. We weren t customers and they knew we wouldn t be buying a car here but they are just decent people who aren t jerks. So thank you so much all of the people who helped us, it is awesome to know there are people like you out there.

My recent experience with my latest vehicle purchase was nothing short of exceptional. Initially meeting Daniel and discussing what I wanted in a truck, to the test drives, going over all of the features to working with Brody on what trucks were available that matched my desires, to signing all the documents and completing the transaction with Andrew in finance.Every step was highly communicated, while I waited the 3 long weeks for my truck to be delivered. The delivery was excellent! The truck was detailed and ready when I arrived - ready for me to test drive before finalizing the paperwork.Based on my experience - I would definitely recommend buying a GMC truck from Caposio. The process was smooth and I was not pushed or haggled and was always treated well, and always with a smile, friendly greeting and a handshake.

The associate who helped me when i dropped the vehicle off was great. She was very pleasant and helpful. Her name was Marlyn Zuniga. At pick up a different male associate was rude and just trying to rush me and the associate male who drove my vehicle to the front was just down right rude.

All I can say is meh. Pros, they don t have markup on most unit nor do they have dealer adds. Negative, even though my deal was bought prior to showing up and staying in constant communication in addition they had almost two full days to be prepared they still made me wait for almost 3 hours to sign. At the time there was no one in finance, so my only conclusion was the current F&I didn t want to sign me up due to me already turning his service contract down and made me wait hours for the other F&I to come in. Lastly salesman never followed up after the sale. As requested I did reach out to the dealership with no response. My review stands. In addition having the salesman give me a hard time about leaving a two star review drops you down to a 1 star review. I won t be back regardless of the deal.

From the start George was amazing an very helpful. He was very informative and helped made our vehicle search go smoothly. Definitely the best dealer me and my wife have ever dealt with. The whole Caposio team was amazing, the fun and uplifting attitudes made our day. They did everything to help us achieve our goal of leaving with a new car for my wife. Went in on a Sunday to just look at the GMC Sierras & we ended up buying one ! It was love at first sight with the truck we saw. Jeff was such a great help & guided us through the process. When he first met us outside, he was not pushy at all & kindly answered all of our questions & was very patient with us. Totally forgot who made us the deal for the payment but he was very nice & was able to negotiate with us & got a number we wanted, which was quick & easy. Andrew, who was in finance, was so easy to talk to (& hilarious) & explained all the packages they offer & again got us what we wanted in our range. After a very bad experience with another car dealership with our current car & also wanted to purchase a truck through them, we were so hesitant in trying again, until coming here to Caposio & after Jeff & Andrew treated us so well, my hubby & I are so happy we are part of the GMC fam! I totally recommend coming here for their future purchases! Thank you Caposio Team!

My wife and I had a very pleasant time at this dealership. We went by to compare the GMC product after seeing the Chevrolet pickup truck line-up and we were helped by Alex Ruiz. We had no intention of buying but wanted to test drive a model that we hadn't done so previously at other dealership. We had been shopping around and price comparing for about 6 months so we were not in a hurry to buy. But once we drove the truck that was configured just the way we wanted it, the sales and management team at Caposio GMC in Victorville was able to close the deal. It took a bit longer than expected but in the end, we were happy with the product and the financing. Roberto Salinas also did a great job in helping us as well, along with "Jr". Great team, no pressure sales and they always had a smile and seemed like they genuinely liked their jobs; and it showed.

Unfortunately I had to return my vehicle after a repair due to a misdiagnosis and part replacement. The original adviser Michael that helped me with the repair did not follow through with my concerns with the original diagnosis which resulted in the wrong part being replaced. Mike is no longer employed with the dealership so Service Advisor Marlyn Zuniga helped me with my situation. Marlyn took the time to sit down with me to provide her undivided attention while I explained the situation. Marlyn then assessed the situation and assured me she would speak with management and do whatever she could to address my concerns. After they reassessed the vehicle and confirmed my concerns Marlyn spoke again with the shop foreman and agreed to provide a resolution that was very satisfactory. Marlyn s above and beyond efforts not only kept a loyal customer, but also kept the dealerships reputation in good standing. Marlyn is a true valuable asset to Caposio GMC and I hope she will be my advisor every time I return. Thank you again for the great customer service.

Took my car in for 3 concerns and was told that it would be looked at under my extended warranty. I was later called, by a different advisor and told that she would be my new contact and that they needed my car another day to try and duplicate my concerns under a cold start. After a couple days, I was called by my new advisor and told that 1 issue would be covered under my warranty and 1 would not. I declined the repairs at that time, but was told that my car was ready. I asked about the other concern that wasn't addressed and was put on hold. After a few minutes she came back and said that although they couldn't duplicate, they happened to have an engineer from GM on hand that said its a known issue and nothing to be worried about... whatever. I go to pick up the car a few days later and am presented with an invoice for almost $1500 and asked if it "looked right". After I said "No, it should have been covered under warranty.", the cashier looked a little further and found that there was a diagnostic fee for $210. At no point was I ever told that there would a diagnostic. 1 repair was covered, 1 wasn't and 1 was ignored. Oh, and turns out, my original advisor was fired and that's why I got a new one. I was never told about any fee, i was told that warranty would cover it, all around poor service experience... sales did call though and ask to buy my car, why would I do more business here?I was told I'd be called yesterday, nothing. Here's a resolution, 1 concern was resolved, 2 weren't. 1 issue was covered under warranty, 1 wasn't and 1 was ignored. The "fair" resolution is to reverse the charge I was never informed of and we'll call it even.

We had one of the best experiences buying a vehicle at Caposio. Everyone was so awesome, and helpful. Sal our sales guy. Was the best to work with. I've purchased quite a few cars through the years, and I will walk away from aggressive and shady sales tactics. I never once got that from Sal or anyone at Caposio. Sal made us feel more like family then just another Sales person, trying to get the max they can out of my wallet. Sal purchased our dinner from a nearby restaurant for us. Got us an amazing deal for our new truck. As well as gave us a max deal for our trade-in. I rarely ever leave reviews. But I just had to for these guys. They all get an A+ all around in my book. From working the deals over the phone, to coming in and signing on the dotted line. Just wanted to give props to Sal, and the sales team for an all around top notch buying experience. Never once felt pushy, or pressured like most dealerships. Just generally nice and caring people.Michael C.

One of the worst dealerships in the high desert. Tried 3 different times in about a 10 year span and never got a vehicle from them and NEVER will I ll take my business elsewhere. Wanted to test drive my vehicle that I planned on trading in, two other dealerships gave me a trade in value without seeing or test driving it. Cesar was well educated with the vehicle I planned on purchasing, the finance guy and above were a joke. I ll buy a Chevy now or take my business down the hill.

Very displeased with the cost for work. The fact that the cost was over $400 after the $210 diagnostics cost went towards the repairs is ridiculous! Totaling over $600(for labor only, no parts) to repair/fix wire connections in obd2 port. I know for a fact that the length of time and the amount of labor it takes to do this work isn t labor intensive or lengthy whatsoever. So to get hit with these fees for easy to little work is infuriating to say the least. No thanks! Only paid the diagnostics fee and fled! Made repairs myself and rather than just fixing connections in obd2, I replaced the entire obd2 port with a new one(cost me $12) and wired it up in about 30 minutes.

Took my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. During the tire rotation one of the sensors went out and they can't reset any of my tire sensors and told me, " Sometimes if you drive around the tire sensors will reset themselves". I told the lady that my tire sensors were working perfectly fine when I brought my car in. She said, " well, sometimes they just go out, and when one goes out, they usually all start going out. It's best to get them all replaced at the same time". She gave me a quote of $127.78 for each sensor. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with today's service.

Anthony and greeted us and knew which vehicle we were looking for. Sako worked with Anthony and located the exact vehicle we were looking for. Sako made sure that our phones were connected properly to the system and explained all the intricate details of the system. At end of all the sales manager and the team congratulated us on our purchase. It was a great pleasure to do business with a professional team, from the sales reps to finance. Give this man a raise! Joshua mccue service advisor is awesome takes care of me always keeping me updated on work done on my truck making sure step by step and if he isnt sure he makes sure and asks to be 110% for any questions i have or recommendations i love how i can feel relaxed no worries im being taken care of by joshua , he is gonna notify me of any changes and when its all done ready to go!
