My insurance company referred me to this company as I needed to get my car repaired. Made my appointment. Young lady was very kind and professional. Rental car company showed up on time. Everything went smoothly. My vehicle was fixed within a few days. Returned my rental picked up my car. They did an amazing job on my bumper!! Highly recommend for any vehicle repair. My car looks new again! Thank you so much!!

I took my vehicle to Caliber Collision because it was close to my house and they worked with my insurance. My car had damage to the front of my car, because during the rain storms I ran into someone. When I arrived at Caliber the shop seemed really busy, all the front desk people were busy on the phone or running in an out of the shop. I waited maybe 2 minutes and I was helped. I was given the option to leave my car and they would get back to me with a full estimate or they could do a visual estimate. I chose to leave it there. I received a full estimate the same day. I authorized the repairs and the rest was a piece of cake. I was informed during every transition of the repair process. Almost everyday I received a phone call or a text letting me know what was going on with my vehicle. Jen the service writer that I worked with, was polite and very professional; she answered all of my questions and provided information about the repair process. The work that was done on my vehicle was flawless and high quality, I am unable to tell the difference between where the damage was in comparison to the rest of the vehicle. I have been to other repair shops and the experience was horrible. I will be returning to Caliber Collision Downtown for any further repairs needed on my vehicles. Also this shop will get all of my recommendations for my friends and family that are up here in the high desert. I don t usually write reviews unless it was bad service but I really appreciated the work that was done and that they took the time to update and reach out to me. It saved me from trying to figure out when I was going to get my car and what was going on with it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We were recommended to this location by our insurance. We turned in our car in February 1st. Devin told us they would inform us as soon as they got in all the parts. Two weeks after we never got a call from them, we decided to check in and they told us some parts had not arrived yet and our car wasn t ready. They told us it would be ready by Friday 23 max. We called them on Thursday the 22nd to ask for updates. Devin says car is still not ready that it would be ready by Monday 26 but he would keep us updated. Never got a call from them on Monday. We waited until Monday afternoon and had to return the rental car we had after Devin giving us a date of Monday and then called Devin asking what time the car would be ready as he had mentioned and again said car wouldn t be ready until maybe Tuesday the next day so because last minute Devin says our car is not ready we were left with no car as they kept lying to us about the dates. Never got a call on Tuesday until my husband called Devin and told him we needed our car as we had been paying for a rental car out of pocket that whole time and no longer had a car. They said our car was taken somewhere else to be checked but we followed our cars gps app and it said it had always been in the same location. Not only did they lie to us multiple times but their costumer service is horrible, they had no communication at all!! They told us they would call but if we don t call they don t tell us anything about our car. When we finally got our car back after a whole month the car smelled like sweat and strawberries it was nasty and stayed like that for days. Not only that but they told us one part was still missing and we would have to return to finish the repair. They didn t inform us when the part arrived. If we don t call we re left in the dark again with no updates on when our car could get the repair finished. I will not recommend caliber. And will never choose to bring my car again!! Very disappointed.

My car had two GTA claims under 1 year plus a hit and run and all was tooken care of my insurance did not want to help me with rental although I had 30 days and they helped me with two weeks!!! Such a blessing awesome team ! Hope I don't have to go back under the same circumstances but if I ever need any work my money is going to them

Very bad customer service and very poor craftsmanship of repairs...My vehicle was there for over 3 months and wasn't fixed accordingto them waiting on a part that didn't exist....had to take it to a different shop and in less than 2 weeks it was as good as newNot honest about the repairs..DEFINITELY NOT RECOMENDED.

My 2022 Toyota Camry got hit from the rear bumper and messed up the tail light the damage wasn't not that bad but still the rear bumper needed replacement as long as the tail light. I contacted my insurance company filed a claim caliber collision got on the car right away . Upon replacing the rear bumper I have asked caliber collision to upgrade the bumpers style by having a section painted in black to make the car look more sporty to match the rest of the car. they did And it came out awesome. You can't even tell it was ever hit .very satisfied for the work they did and also They Washed the car as well And keep me updated on the car throughout the process. This was my first time ever having to send a car to a collision shop. I had alot of questions and concerns and Jacob and his supervisor really went the extra mile to explain things and do the Extra paperwork for my insurance so that my car could be restored to the way it was before the accident. I was personally updated Frequently With calls and text messages. My car was ready about 2 weeks earlier than the Estimated completion date. Great job you guys ! My car looks perfect can't even tell the damage was ever there.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

One of the best auto body shop! They keep you updated with your vehicle repairs and they make sure to answer all your questions. My vehicle was done a day before their estimate date. The folks over at Caliber Collision are awesome. They simply believe in a couple of things. Restoring your vehicle back to it's original condition and returning it to the owner in a timely manner. I'm a customer for life. Thanks again for the great job performed on my vehicle.

Caliber Collision were amazing very professional, courteous and compassionate!!! They kept me updated on the progress of my Jeepand gave me a date of completion, but my Jeep was complete ahead of schedule, and my baby looked new as if it was fresh from the dealership!!! Disappointed with how the decal was left behind. Although the repairs were semi satisfactory (large panel gaps), the decal was placed crooked and full of bubbles. Customer service was great but the repairs were done lazily. Would not recommend. (I would add a photo but my review gets removed each time, there is a photo with a ruler showing the bubbles and how crooked the decal is)Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We've had two vehicles serviced at this location. We received the best professional service from " Carlos". When my wife's car was severely damaged, Carlos helped us with each and every step of the process. He checked in with us every other day to let us know how everything was coming out with our vehicle. He is extremely patient and very knowledgeable about auto and dealing with insurance companies. He made sure that when we got our car back it was in good shape and he made sure that we were satisfied with the outcome. If you have any damages to your vehicle, I'd strongly recommend Caliber Collision on 7th. Street in Victorville.Service: Body & Trim

The customer service guys were great, but I will not be returning for future service. Car was taken in for repair after an accident. The first time I went to pick up my car, I found hardware missing and an issue with a seat that had been removed. Then, I had to return because my front door window seal had not been installed properly, causing the seal to tear. I was out of my car for an additional 2 weeks after initially being called in to pick up my car that was "ready to go". My husband and I were involved in a hit and run so you can only imagine how stressful that was for us. Talking to insurance and dealing with body shops have always just been a negative experience for us. However, caliber collision had changed our views completely around. A HUGE thank you to Mr, Fabian Pineda for being professional and kind every time we speak. He answered all of our questions before we even asked and provided daily updates on our vehicle. We didn t expect much communication since it was right Christmas and heading into the new year but he did! It put us at ease and we knew we were in great hands. I have been telling our family and friends how grateful we were to have had our car in the hands of caliber collision. Thank you again Mr. Fabian Pineda and the Caliber Collision in Victorville!

At the Victorville shop. Carlos went above and beyond customer service. There was a part that was going to delay my car by 6 weeks. He looked for and found my part and finished my car before the promised date. I was in a HORRIBLE accident. My car was not supposed to be returned to me until March 4th. But because of Carlos staying on top of ALL my parts he was able to get me my car back 3 weeks early! It drives better then before my accident! Carlos and Erika s customer service is amazing! I was sent texts weekly letting me know about my car, Carlos also called multiple times a week to let me know my progress! I had an altercation with one of those orange cones on the fwy and it damaged the passenger side of my 2010 prius. Caliber Collision located on 7th st in Victorville did an awesome job repairing the damage. The paint job is spot on and the repairs were professionally done. They even cleaned up the headlight so good I thought it had been replaced. Jennifer kept me informed and even went the extra mile in offering a complimentary cleaning for my husband's headlights on his prius. She was a pleasure to work with and I was always greated with a smile. It's a pleasure to leave this 5 star review.
