Had a great experience with these guys, my ABS and traction lights came on after I got a new battery (not from them) they hooked it up and tried to clear them, but they couldn't so they didn't charge me anything. I took it back there a couple weeks later for an AC problem I was having, Justin came out to the parking lot to listen to the noise and gave me recommendations free of charge. I took it to them today and they fixed my AC (was best price quote I got, plus they give AAA discount!) Everyone was very nice and I enjoyed my experience all around, I would highly recommend

Big Apple Automotive has set a new standard for quality work and customer service! Twila, Johnny and Justin and the entire team are professional, courteous, friendly and most of all knowledgeable and committed to providing the best experience in automotive repair.So, I'm almost 2000 miles from home and my van broke down in the middle of Death Valley with brake issues. I was over 100 miles from the nearest shop that could accommodate my Promaster van. I called around and every garage told me it would be a week or two before they could diagnose the problem and get me back on the road. That was until I spoke with Johnny at Big Apple Automotive. Johnny said to bring it in and they would get me back on the road as quickly as they could. The tow truck (Rainy Day Towing, Jason is good people) *read my other review* dropped my van off later that evening and by 10:30 the next morning they diagnosed the problem and in less than 24 hours the parts arrived and my brakes were fixed.Spending hundreds or even thousands of dollars in repairs isn't easy and it never happens at a good time. The team at Big Apple Auto is dedicated. "Let them earn your business" as Johnny says.You'll be impressed like I was.You guys are the best!

Nathan, Johnny, and the other staff members that I dealt with or some of the most polite and respectful people I ve ever met. They talk to me and treated me like family and I was very impressed with their customer service and they re willing to do what they can to help me out. I genuinely felt like they took my needs personal and did whatever they could do to help me. These people get All my business from here on out. I will recommend these people to anyone, and I have always felt that good customer service in being genuine with your customers will give you more business than trying to take money where you can. And I feel comfortable that these people are genuine, and won t try to scam anyone. These people are definitely worth anyone s business.

I called looking for two tires for my truck that I have been having a very difficult time finding as these particular tire size just isn't common anymore. I was fortunate enough to be able to speak with a very lovely woman named Twila who was not only able to find the size that I needed but also was able to schedule me very quickly to get them mounted as my time was very limited and the price was better than everyone else I talked to I would highly recommend this business Twila was above and beyond very grateful for her professional behavior.great job more businesses would be better off if they hired more people like her.its not always about the money it's about how people are treated will definitely be coming back..

Went here for the 2nd time for a smog check. Johnny who helped me setup the appointment over the phone and handled my service at the desk when I was there was the consumate professional. EXCELLENT customer service. Everything went smoothly, everything was explained and all the paperwork was handled. Free coffee and donuts to boot, I have nothing but good things to say about my experience and highly recommend their service to anyone in the area.

I've been going here for over 5 years now. They have great customer service, are AAA approved ( which means all parts have a 2 year or 24,000 mile warranty!) and above all, they are HONEST! They'll tell you whats wrong with your vehicle, what needs to be fixed now and issues that should be addressed later. They send you all that information via a text complete with pictures of the part ON YOUR CAR , not some random manufacturer picture. It's an awesome new tool they have that leaves no question as to what they are talking about! No pressure and no bull! I highly recommend this place.

I ve been meaning to do a review but life just always hits at the worst times. Ms. Twila and Mr. Justin are amazing at their job. I took my truck in about a year ago and they got it up and running in no time. Just about a month ago started having problems where my radiator went out and they both gave me excellent customer service. This is the only place I take my truck to get work on and hopefully soon I ll be doing the same with my charger. Thank you guys for being so awesome. Sorry the review was so late.

I was driving to San Diego from our home in Canada when our A/C quit in Victorville. I brought it to Big Apple, and they did an inspection, which ended up costing me $220. Then they told me it would be $4000 to fix the A/C (they said if I proceeded with the repair the inspection would be included in that total). I declined the repair, paid for the inspection, and drove to San Diego, where Trinidad Motors replaced the A/C clutch unit for $1539. That was two months ago, and the A/C has been working great ever since. Let the reader come to his or her own conclusions.

I Have a 2007 Mustang and was having a hard time finding anyone service my sealed transmission at 94k miles. Big Apple Auto was one of the few. Had Auto trans fluid and filter changed and other fluids changed since previous owner had it sit for awhile.Never taken a vehicle to a shop before, especially since it's my first car so was nervous but the service was quick and professional. Price was higher than expected, but the work was quality and the car now has got some pep with the fresh fluid.Get some quotes before you commit to this shop. However, if your willing to spend a bit more for the quality work they do and need it done fast, and never been to a shop...I reccomend Big Apple Auto. A perfect rating because I had the car towed to there for a non starting issue. They did a check, found the problem then made calls to see if it was converted under warranty. It was so it called towed to the Ford dealer. They saved me 1,000 dollars.

Staff was friendly and polite. I brought my c280 Mercedes to do four tires and alignment assuming it s a professional shop. I do have professional experience working for tire shop and understand proper installation. All tires where over torque and one lug complete stripped out to the point where I was able to use my hand to loosen the lug nut. Since tech did not use torque extension to avoid stripping out lug nuts and than not using torque wrench to set proper foot-pounds to manufacture specifications. Tech caused damage and did not disclosing that information or even try to fix his mistake sending us on the road. Since we use this vehicle on the freeway The shop not only put us at risk but also whoever we shared road with. If you had your tires done recently or had a tire rotating Have someone else check your lug nuts to be on safe side. It s hard for me to believe that they would do that to us .

I called so many places to help me. I was terrified the problem was something worse. I called big apple and Twila answered the phone and let me tell you, she literally made me feel so much better. She was so nice. So helpful. When I arrived everyone greeted me immediately and was willing to help. Twila took care of everything. I cried when she called to give me the good news. Check engine light popped on so I called around to a few different shops and they were the only place that said they would read the code for free. I stopped by and it was a simple fix so they didn t charge me anything for it. Would definitely recommend coming here

I brought my car in to get a 2nd opinion on a motor replacement, they confirmed it would need to be replaced. They worked with my 3rd party extended warranty and were able to get everything ordered and replaced in a rather timely manner! Shoutout to Miguel and Twila (sorry if I spelled your name wrong ;A;) for keeping in contact with me through the process and being VERY friendly and professional. Got my car back and it s driving perfectly again.

This shop rocks! I was sent here by a local collision shop to get an alignment done after my subframe was replaced and they caught that my steering rack had been left loose by the collision shop. (Yikes.) Thanks to their excellent attentiveness they were able to catch this safety issue and tightened it up for me, as well as checked the other bolts on my suspension.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment

Just arrived here from a cross country move when the car started clunking. Called based on previous Google reviews and I wasn t disappointed at all! Twila and the mechanic took such great care of me got me back on the road in about and hour! I ll be in town for a year and this is where I ll be headed for any service needs for sure! From front desk staff to the mechanic, the welcome and experience was a pleasant surprise. The mechanics work was high quality, and he fixed something that the dealer misdiagnosed and obviously didn't look for, but had charged me anyway. They really helped me out. Great crew, good prices, open on Saturday. Easy to get an appointment with the smog tech. They don't just do test-only, they can do repairs too. We were in & out so quick! Nice & clean inside, good a/c, free drinks & snacks, even dog treats! Comfy chairs, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff. We were really impressed with the employees, they go above & beyond.
