I actually just stopped to use my cell phone to avoid Texting an Driving.... However in looking at the Google map I noticed an Unknown object:Can anyone guess or know what it may be If you look at the screen record ed video you will notice it. * Note this area seems to be where The Car Auto Repair and Mechanic Shops are (some) due to the fact that the Car Dealer Lots are In the Surrounding area.. also there is A Shelter for the less Fortunate that may need a place to sleep across the street.

I have taken my Highlander to Action for several years now and would not consider going anywhere else! Jack is honest, will only do the work that is necessary, does an excellent job and stands by his work. I know others with various types of cars that feel the same way. You can't go wrong with Jack!!!

Action Automotive is a great place to go if you want good honest service. They don't overcharge nor do they diagnose non-existent problems. I would avoid coming in right around lunch time, though. They don't install parts that you purchased elsewhere. They like good loyal costumers, and I am glad to say that I am one. I highly recommend this repair shop to everyone, if you want quality service.

These guys are the best! I was driving from California back to Denver with my friend and the cable to the gas latch gave out just three hours into our trip. We took it to Honda, who was going to make us wait three hours and charge $120 just to look at the damn thing, never mind fixing it. Then we came here and they looked at it immediately, identified the issue within five minutes, popped open the gas latch, and sent us on our way. These gentlemen saved our trip and we are forever grateful. If you live in the area and are looking for honest mechanics who know their work and do a great job, you'll do no better than Action Automotive.

I broke down in Victorville and went to Action Auto and they really took good care of me, so well that I wanted to come back and have them be my mechanic for everything because they are reliable and dependable especially for a volvo driver. I called a day in advance to make an appointment, I drove two hours from Los Angeles only to have a harsh, rude man by the name of Jack disrespect me in person,lay his problems on me and cancel my appointment for no reason except they were busy and underemployed. I don't know what changed from the first time I came here up until now but Action Auto, you would get much more business from the surrounding areas of Southern California if this man wasn't representing your clean reputation.

I've known the owner for over 30 years, great guy! The most honest mechanic I've ever known, very knowledgeable! I also know he's been looking for another mechanic, so if you know your stuff go and apply! Talk to Jack

Took my truck to get ignition adjusted and smoked, it fail smog due to cat converter gone bad. I fixed it took it back but they didn t have time so I went to the original place I go to and it also fail cause of ignition not being adjusted which I was charged for after the new shop adjusted the ignition it passed no problem they showed my the distributor bolt was never touched had old grease on it to top it off he said that my original cat converter was good from seeing the old numbers so I was burned out of 400 from this place would not recommend at all

They work on my KIA and Jeep. I have to say I do understand that an estimate over the phone is not as accurate then seeing the work first hand.Coming to your appointment time is helpful for you can just go in and out quickly, but it is wise to be prepared to leave the car if more in depth work is needed. I rather have a working car then one that will cost me more money and have more damages if I just wait to fix it.What I have learned from the Mechanic is be straight forward and honest. I usually state I am not genius to this stuff, but it makes this noise and does that. Before, I would usually do research beforehand because I have been ripped off by Jiffy Lube in Chino, KIA Dealership at All Star KIA and Firestone in Redondo Beach. I shouldn t have to worry and do their job to make sure my car is actually getting fixed and I am paying for something they told me would be taken care of after checking the car and not adding more charges once I come to pick up my car. No one likes surprise costs that they were unaware of and have this happened to me several times. I thought it was ballsy to do and as well claiming to hold my car until I paid for something I was not told about earlier. Action Auto does not do such things, which puts my mind at ease and my wallet little fuller.I will state this though. No work will be done from 12 (Noon) to 1 (One) for it is when they eat lunch. Glad I asked too or I would have been waiting some time for a pop in oil change and what not.My Jeep needed to be Smoged and heard they were not doing them at the time. Great news to share with everyone! They are doing Smogs on Monday 23rd, 2014. Super glad that my reliable shop that I trust can work on my Jeep. I would recommend this place if they want honest work to be done and done correctly and efficiently.

I have only take my Volvo here. They inform me of any extra repairs my car needs before doing the work and they tell me if the repairs are critical or not. When I first got my car I took it to the dealer for every check up, and they always found something wrong with my car, since I have been bringing my car here my repair bills have gone down significantly. I would recommend them to anyone I know

I don't remember who referred me to Action Auto, but that was a couple years ago. Now they work on all of the vehicles in my family. They are honest, fast, and friendly.

Jack is a first class mechanic. He is honest, fair and very friendly. Only place in the high Desert that I would trust my Volvo with!

I called to get a sumple estimate on something specific. He said "I don't have time to get involved. " I thought isn't this a repair shop? I won't be referring anyone from the school district, city council, or any other clubs and organizations up here that I belong to. You lost a customer and gained a bad review!

I will never go to this place again. They were very rude. Quoted me a price for a tune up and ended up gouging me in the end.didnt ask me beforehand if I wanted to agree theyy just did the exta work theyre swindlers and they took advantage of an old disabled woman. Shame on them!
