As someone who works in a family business, I enjoy seeing other family businesses operate and succeed. They seem to operate really well and on top of that they work with a smile and respect. I had a brand new virgin tire blow out on me, off of Soto street. I gave pacific a call and said they could help me right away. And that they did, they gave me an awesome price for their services, where others would have realized my position and took advantage. When other companies, I work for, get into a situation in the Vernon/la area, I recommend these guys right away. I wish these guys nothing but the best. And once again thank you for the help.

I popped a front tire while parking at work. Called and victor was super wonderful and easy to communicate with. He sent out a technician, Eduardo or el Gato, who helped put a brand new tire on my car. He also taught me how to tell when the tire was made and if it s too worn out. Truly a wonderful and convenient spot!!

Thank you Victor and Ernie for a great job on my work truck. These guys not only did a great job but they even came out to replace my tire while I was stranded. They fixed my tire and the following day I showed up to their shop, replaced my other tires, balanced, and wheel alignment.

Great place strongly recommend. Great and reasonable prices. I got a flat on my big rig and these guys got me in and out back on the road in 15 minutes. Great Job I will be back for any future needs

I got a flat this morning on my way to work. My tire was unsalvageable and I was going to drive a long distance after work so I knew I needed to get a new/different tire quick since i didnt want to be on my spare for that long. I headed to this shop since it was 3 min away from where i was and I was greeted immediately by Victor. I believe he owns this shop. Super nice gentleman. He asked me if I wanted a new or used tire and I didnt want to spend money on a new one so he climbed up into his inventory and found a used tire for less than half of what a new one would've cost me. I was in and out in 15 minutes, thanks to his team of five that was on standby to help.The service was spectacular, the men were all so nice, and I will definitely be calling here again if me or any of my friends need tires. Thank you Victor!

Good people. Really helpful. Good attitudes. Great selection of car, truck and Big rig new and used tires. And great prices. I would recommend coming here. They also do alignments, maintenance and 24 road side service.

I went to go change my tire and Owner Victor ended up fishing his wrench outta my car because he helped replace burnt brake light bulb.A true professional available 24/7.If I could give 11 out of 10 Stars, Victor would be the man!

Very nice, fast and efficient.My tire was loosing air I stopped by after work since it was close by and the workers where super nice and helped me out. they had me out of there with a patched up tire in 18 minutes. They didn't try to sell me on anything or try to tell me I need this or that like other places do when they see a woman by herself so I appreciated that.

Victor is a life saver - we were traveling from Sacramento with a utility trailer that had a flat tire on I-5 at 7pm on a Saturday night. No problem for Victor he brought us a new tire and found us on the freeway within an hour. We are so fortunate for victor and his great service!

They went above and beyond for my mother s car. Toyota of San Bernardino completely lied to my mother and didn t do their job. Ernie, Cano, and Ramon fixed the alignment that Toyota failed to do, did all the tests that Toyota claimed they did but didn t do it. Found all my mothers tires to be completely in shape. Toyota said there was a screw in my mother left Tire and didn t do anything about it. The gentleman here did their tests and found no screw at all what so ever. They also informed us that Toyota damaged my mother s car lugnuts and left a corkscrew loose. The gentleman fixed it all the issues that Toyota failed to do and Toyota kept taking my mothers money without doing their job. Thanks to pacific coast tires my mother s car finally got resolved.

Trying to get out of Longbeach after puncturing 2 outside trailer tires with my 14 clock winding down. Rojo showed up, super friendly, explained my situation, and without blinking an eye proceeded to change both tires and had me rolling in 20 minutes.What a beautiful human being!!

Was at the shipper down the street called my company to get a flat tire replaced and they came after 25 mins of calling my company about the flat tire . Changed trailer tire in 20 min fast and nice people I would recommend this place to everyone
