Fast and efficient service from John at OnlineTires.One tip I offer is keep an eye out for a message within 24 hrs of ordering. In my experience 2 or the 8 times I have ordered from online tires the specific brand I purchased was out of stock and they quickly were able to recommend a tire with same if not better specs and got them shipped out in quickly and at no extra cost.

Overall, I was satisfied with my experience. I got a great price,and customer service was great. But, the website did not work well for me, and the system kept declining two perfectly good credit cards. Same problem on the phone with the customer service rep entering my info himself. Ultimately, needed his supervisor to get my card accepted "manually". A bit of a hassle, but the tires delivered 48 hours after ordered, so that was great!

Excellent service. Tire s online is definitely the place shop for all of tries for any vehicle. Just as competitive as the big box stores. Can provide you local installation, requested.By far the biggest selection of well known brands as well some you probably never heard of or considered. Excellent prices to fit anyone s needs and budget.Tires arrived way ahead of projected due date.Will use Tires Online for all future purchases.

They always have multiple options and the best prices. It's really convenient to get it shipped to you for the best price then getting the tire installed versus being over-charged at a shop. I'll definitely be in business here first from here on out.

If you didnt already know your tire size being introduced to the website makes it super easy to find exactly what you need! I purchased new tires at SUCH an affordable cost compared to discount tire and other tire shops. There was a minor hiccup that the tires i had purchased were out of stock but john reached out less than 24 hours after i had purchased them and offered me a solution that made it worth the expensive, super grateful, super fast and super affordable!

First time purchasing on Onlinetires and they have the best prices and variety of tires. I ordered tires mid afternoon and they arrived the next morning! I paid $400 less for the same tires at the big box tire shops and I didn't have to pay disposal fees, install fees and tire certificates. I will only buy online moving forward.

They are one of very few dealers who had a discontinued and rare-sized tire in stock that i urgently needed to replace a blowout on my lightly used set of premium michelin winters. Took a few days for the tire to ship out after i placed the order, called customer service and they ensured it was shipping soon. Order details and shipment tracking were easy to access and 100% accurate. Product shipped fedex ground from CA to MN and arrived exactly as expected. OnlineTires for the win! Possibly my new go-to when i need another set.

Made an order for 4 in stock tires on 10/20/23 and received 2. The other two became lost in transit. I returned the pair I had for a full refund at their warehouse. Today is 11/13/23 and I have not received a refund neither any updates. I would encourage any prospective shopper to think twice about shopping here.

There was a small hiccup in the order processing but once customer service was contacted they fixed the problem and i had my tires the next day. I definitely recommend them. Only place I can find my size tires at a price I can afford.

The worst service you can ever receive. They (John) are wonderful with sales, but the worst when you have an issue. I purchased 4 tires and had them installed, two days later one goes flat and I call John, customer service, etc. leave messages and not a word. Even his customer service covers for John and gives you any excuse for him being unavailable.I would never purchase again from this company nor refer anyone at all to them.

We all shop for product, price and timeframe don't we? Well when an order is incorrect its up to the staff to make it right. My order was shipped ultra fast but incorrect. I called Online Tires and they immediately and courteously identified the situation and corrected it in one hour with humans and technology! Imag=ine that!! . A new tire order was shipped out the next day, expeditiously, and correctly. Very lineal, no hassle and complete. Customer earned. Thank you Online Tires!!

The tires were never shipped.I called multiple times, and each representative saied different things. One saied it already shipped, but the shipping company did not updated their tracking, other saied it will be shipped end of the day, another one just hang up on me, and other, just put me on hold more then 30 min and then hang up.I emailed and ask to cancel the order. To this date, they did not. I ended up disputing the charges with the credit card.

I ordered 4 Rims that came very quickly, I also ordered 20 lug nuts to go with the rims. I got the rims that look Great and fit perfect with the help of the sales person (Sorry guy I don't remember your name). I got the rims in 6 days so fast shipping, but I still have not seen the lug nuts yet. If I had received everything at once it would have been 5 stars!

Be careful when ordering online. CHECK YOUR TIRES DATE!!! I purchased my tires less than a month ago online and when I went to go get them installed was notified that I was sold 2019 tires not 2023 as described on the online post. When I went to talk to customer service they said they would send info to warehouse and get back to me 3 weeks past and nothing I send them two more emails no response. Send them another they reply with return labels ???? When people purchase tires it because you need them on your vehicle at that moment not for them to be put away in storage.. and you say you want them in the original packaging with the straps???!!! The tires arrived with no packing what so ever!!! What a joke!!!

Bought some cheap tires for my 2003 Mini Cooper S s 18 rims. Oem size is 205/40R18 which the selection especially now is slim, so I opted for 215/40R18 accelera PHI tires $350 for all 4 with free shipping. I had them mounted/balanced for $100 & installed with 5mm spacers so I could clear my front struts, rear trailing arms & fender. The tires look just as nice as the $350 a piece Dunlop SP sport run flats that s came off the rims

John helped me out with a set of wheels for my 2006 Cobalt SS Supercharged, a pretty hard lug pattern to find nice wheels for tbh, but helped me all morning making sure he could find me the best deal on the internet possible and that everything would fit and that s what happened. super cool dude i appreciate the help more than anything <3

I looked everywhere for a specific tire that was no longer in production so I decided to search the internet this site was the 1st one that came up so I nervously put in cc information to order the tire I m surprised that I found this tire plus the delivery was faster than I expected. I ordered a set of trailer tires. Then came to find out they were out off stock at their warehouse and John worked to find me tires and got them shipped to me in a very timely manner. Ordered on a Friday received tires on Monday!!

Seems to be an okay place to order tires and wheels. I have not received them yet as I just ordered them and I am hoping everything goes smoothly. I was able to work with a customer service person that put my order together for me and it was pretty effortlessly. Looking forward to getting my tires and wheels.
