Had an issue with front tires 4 years after purchasing (new 2017) them and Jeff helped me out by selling me two new ones without the installation cost. 3 years later those new Yokohama 108R fronts had another issue but this time I didn't get anything offered to help me. So I went elsewhere. Having another tire, one the opposite wheel than the first issue makes me wonder about the Yokohama tires themselves. Both times it seemed the underlying carcass was separating, at least that is what my Alignment Company's owner told me. He said that no alignment problem could have done what happened both times. This time I went with a local tire wholesaler here in San Diego and purchased Road Master Tires (Cooper Tire, now owned by Goodyear) We will see how they work out. My motor-home is on a Freightliner Chassis.

Got a flat tire coming out of work and they fixed it fast and seamlessly! Thank you to the crew of men that saw that I was in crutches and brought my receipt and told me to stay in my car while they fixed my tire! Great experience!

These guys were amazing! We were from out of town and had a blowout they got us right in then realized we had a cracked rim. They then went above and beyond to find us a rim and get it to us. Had us out and ready to go the next morning. Great people!!!

Over $4000 on work this hasn t been driven 20,000 miles. It pulls to the right I took it back they claimed I needed to rotate the fron tires. After they did that the truck shakes between 45 to 50 mph and still pulling to the right. Also after a few rainy days the whole front end makes a cracking noise took it back and the two employees claim your out of warranty you have to pay us to check it again. These two guys in the office will do any excuse to not do work under warranty. They have the idea that we need to fix the front end every 3 months. They will only charge but not be responsible for any problems after you people pay. Worst place for alignment

Fair prices! Homies are knowledgeable and helpful. Needed alignment and was advised even if I got my alignment done within a week or two it s going to damage my tires again. Instead they replaced both tires did a balance and alignment all less then $700 dollars for both steer tires and I got to keep my semi decent tires as spares. Not bad if you ask me.

Scam scam scam. Do not go there. Went there to do my alignment and they asked me to wait for 1 hour. But they asked my truck to park in their special scale after 2 hour. Then they looked to the truck around 2 minutes and told me that they will not do alignment because I have to fix something. After that they charged 70$ for that, I don t know why, when I asked they said it is for inspection. What kind of inspection?! That was 2 minutes ?!!!! It is not fair and it is totally scam, they scammed me. I paid them but hopefully the money that I paid will turn to the big expense for their business for doing that to their clients. I strongly recommend to not to go there.

Amazing people, good prices, great service. Had to replace front tires and shocks + alignment on my truck and guys did fabulous job. It took them about an hour to get everything done and now I m on my way again! Thanks a lot and see you soon!

Went there two days ago for an oil change after calling them and was told that they can get it done quickly, I had to leave the car for close to three hours, asked for a regular oil instead I was told that they missed up and add the synthetic and of course got charged for there mistake.They adjusted the tire pressure and after a day the tire pressure came on , Called them and was told that I have to wait again for about an hour just to have there mistake fixed.Had a very bad experience, and highly not recommended.

The owner of Commercial Tire find Very capable and creative mechanics. They have been my go to tire and vehicle repair and service place for 25+ years. Since I have retired I find it worth bringing my cars from WLA to their fasicility in Vernon. I had a friend (he died) that gave me great advice, " If you find a good machanic, marry him."

PRETTY BAD SERVICE. THEY TOLD ME TO COME TO DO MY ALIGMENT AT 7:30 am, NOW A FAT GUY JUST TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE REALLY BUSY,, VERY PROFESSIONAL JUST WASTE MY FUEL..PETE s ROAD 100%

Went in to repair a tire with low air pressure, tire gets patched up, no leaks but TPS sensor goes out 8 hours later. Took it to another shop, turns out the TPS sensor was broken when the wheel was being patched up....yay
