BBB will be notified! This company holds onto your personal information for any one to view. Company does not return calls and gives you your personal information on the phone when never once did I provide. When you talk to corp the phrase the customer experience manager says like a broken record "I understand" clearly Nick does not. Absolute disgrace this company even thinks it's ok and the company does. Has zero regard of your personal information and talking to the customer service experience manager that's a joke. Wrong position to be in. Horrible. If I could give a negative I would negotiate 10. Walmart would be BETTER. After looking at my receipt this company is the one that put my tires on 2-23 they put loctite on all of my tires. They have no idea what they are doing. Almost ruined my tires. Loctite has powder took the whole batteries juice to get the tires caps off they have no idea what they are doing. Lock tight because the company doesn't care about the well being of the customer. This company should be shut down for putting my life and every one elses life at harm with what they are doing to the tires

Asked for my keys 1/2 hour passed pickup time. They gave me my keys but the manager said service person tried catching me. I m 75 and 2 bad knees so he didn t try very hard. Went home and looked at my ties they never changed my tires. Mangers said he s short handed well they had my phone number.

I was at American Tire Depot located in Cathedral City California this morning. As i walked up to the front door. A guy in a blue shirt. (Manager I'm assuming) didn't even greet me or say I'll be right with you. I went ahead and waited until he came back in. Once again he looked at me and didn't say a word. I understand he was with a customer but a "I'll be right with you!" Would have been nice. This hasn't been the 1st time this has happened it has happened in the past. With customer service like this I rather take my vehicle elsewhere. Even if I have to pay a little extra.I explain to him that I have a low tire pressure on one of my tires. And that every time I put air, instead of filling up it looses air. An wanted that checked out. He said I'd have to leave the vehicle because they're to busy right now. Or that I can pull it up to one of the guys and he can fill it up if not I'd have to wait. I found that I a bit unprofessional as vehicle tires are supposed to be inspected very carefully so that we can prevent an accident. Most of us have families and need to rely on who is working on our vehicles to make sure they're safe to drive.

They never got back to me charged me for a service that wasnt done my brakes are still making noise !! Burbank California location i contacted bbb and they could not get ahold of the company

Unfortunately, there isn't an option to select Zero Stars. I am a long-term customer of American Tire Depot and have purchased 8 tires from the Santa Monica store over the past 5 years. Prior to my experience this past Saturday, I would say customer service had been satisfactory to good. My most recent visit left me EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED. As the service technician was driving my car out of the service bay, I witnessed him sideswipe my car on an equipment stand. This resulted in extensive damage to the side of car which will require autobody repairs. I questioned the technician when he delivered my car to me, and he admitted to hitting the equipment stand, but he said it couldn t have caused any damage to my car. I then approached my service advisor and showed him the damage. He questioned the technician and sided with the technician. I stood dumbfounded and in disbelief when the service advisor told me he wasn t going to do anything about it. Now, I have to go through my insurance company to have the repairs made. Needless to say, I won t ever do business with American Tire Depot again.

22 mins before i could get a phone call answered to ask a question that would have taken 30 seconds. Keep up the good work guys. North Fontana Location. Side note, this shop phone has been ringing for 40 minutes since I got here at opening 8am. Officially taking my business elsewhere in the future. I shouldn't have to drive down here to find out if a tire I order and paid for has arrived. No more short handed excuses, I received 25 applications for a general labor job last week.

Absolute worse service ever!! I went it at 9amish to get 4 tires. The gentleman said that I would be done by 11am I just left at 1:56pm. Most of my day is gone. I told him that I had an appointment at 1pm. He said that I would be done. Horrible, I would rather pay more money to a company that will keep their word! Would not recommend!! Went to the Rancho Cucamonga Store!

THIS PLACE IS A BAIT AND SWITCH! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are rude and they lie. Omar- the Assistant Manager was so rude when I asked him to spell his name he said you figure it out! He also said, he can talk to me any way he wants to if I am upset that the tires I reserved were not in stock, again. This is the 3rd time I have bought tires from them; you put them in your cart you schedule an appointment; and when you get to the there they are not in stock and they tell you that they only have a more expensive tire. The store manager Jose Canterro condones Omar's type of "LACK of CUSTOMER" service- because he was just as rude. They say that if the front line of a business is poor it is because Shxt rolls down hill and the Senior management must be as bad or worse. I am opening a BBB complaint as well. BEWARE BUYER!!!!

Went to the American tires on 215 N. Azusa Ave in West Covina ,had to take my car back 3 times because it did not run the same after them putting on new tires and brakes, tire light came on when driving home that day after pick up, noises and rattle sounds after that, took it back and they made me wait hours for them to even look at it claimed they fixed it but of course had to take it back again just for them to finally put it up and take off tire where noise was coming from and tighten up bolts and check brakes. The guy Fred of course tried to tell me that nothing they did is causing problem but looks like I needed shocks, I told that fool I would never go there ever again also I would not recommend them to any one. Beware people check your receipt as well he charged me more than he should have, the only reason I choose this sorry place was because tires where buy 3 get one Free and checking my receipt he had that 4th one on there until I said something, also added extended warranty without my consent which I am sure I will have a problem if I ever need to use it also charges you 19.95 for a vehicle inspection of there work? Stay away people....

Wish I would have gone to Costco for tires. NEVER a problem. I purchased four tires (almost $1,000) with Road Hazard. Had to get a second opinion from a mechanic because they looked used. I hit the side of curb, and needed the tire replaced. I needed a tire IMMEDIATELY, could not drive the car, so I bought a tire at Costco. The next day, I went in to American Tire Depot and asked for a replacement tire or partial refund. They were very nice in explaining, but said no.I called the corporate office, NEVER a call back. What is the use of Road Hazard when they offer no guarantee of replacement? I have to go to American Tire to get a replacement and have them put a new tire on my car. Don't trust these guys. Just refund my money, or give me a new tire - how hard is that?

Usually get great service here from the workers but I went in and everyone there was visibly uncomfortable. It gets really hot in there so I was practically drenched in sweat the whole time as were other customers. I couldn't imagine what the employees must feel since they're working, likely only a degree away from heatstroke. Its genuinely so hot I don't think I'll be going back, I can't bear that kind of stale heat. Get some air conditioning in there ASAP. Your customers will thank you and your employees won't die. Felt like I stepped into an oven. If you need vehicle service don't go here unless you have somewhere else to hang around during.

Spoke to Lee on the phone to make an appt and talk about the tires I wanted. Was optimistic since I got the buy 3 get 4th free, including mounting, balancing, road hazard, stem replacement, disposal, basically everything, and was told my tired would be there by appt time.Arrived at the Lakewood & Willow location where the staff was clearly overworked and frustrated. Was told my truck wouldn t be ready until around 7:30 (they close at 6, but would call me), so I asked to confirm the quote I got on the phone with Lee and was given a $500 DIFFERENCE. Instead of the $700 I was quoted, I was told at the location I would pay $1,200!!!!! TOTALLY FRAUDULENT! Man at the counter offered me cheaper tires, WHAT?!!!! I want what I was quoted. Never go there. NEVER!

I still have the warranty papers from the last time I bought my tires. When I went back and told them that I had my tires here for 2 yrs one of the guy told me that they are new in that location and the old owner got bankrupt. So I can't even use the warranty.I will be calling the corporate tomorrow and file a complaint. Oh by the way they even changed my name on my recipt to think I even handed them my ID so they would get it correctly. I went back and he told me that they will change it and they never gave me the receipt with my correct name. Very very upset!

Went in for a brake job today and the manager told me no problem that I didn t have my locking lug key. Got home from my brake job only to notice one lug but missing off of each tire. He did not let me know of this minor detail. When I called and said this is unacceptable and that I haul my kids in this truck, I received no apology and manager said it s fine. Just sent me home missing lug nuts. No problem.

Beware of their services!!! I purchased 4 tires and Alignment, they added the Road Hazard waranty which I did not wanted or even asked for it. When I asked why they added the Road Hazard Waranty they said they added to all the bundles or else my tires would cost more than they advertise. Alignment was bad, car lean to the right, my steering wheel was off. On my invoice they put my car has 10 miles while my car has over 200,000, how can I justify that if I come in for tire warranty, they are going to say I am past the milage waranty. They did not honor the buy 3 get one free, they said offer expired, while online states it starts on October 31, I got the tires on Nov 9. Thats false advertising. This company is just asking to be sued.

I just left the shop in Cathedral City, California very disapointed due to the fact that they where unable to price match some tires that I took proof of a price that a different shop gave me but they where not fully stocked so I was recomended to go to American tire Depot since they do price match but the employee said he could give me a discount but not price match? This is false advertisement!

I requested a quote Saturday (09/14/2019). I quickly got a response from Art Olvera,Monday (09/16/2019). We agreed on the price and he gave Work order #68925. I was told that my appointment is already set on Thursday (09/19/2019), at the Murrieta branch. After receiving confirmation, I then requested a day off from work.I called the Murrieta branch on Wednesday (09/18/2019) to remind them that I will be there Thursday at 8:00 am. The first thing Steve told me is, they do not have any information or knowledge of me coming in. They do not even have my order number in their system. Steve tried to compensate for corporate office mistake, but unfortunately, the tires I wanted was not in-stock (not even in their warehouse).I tried to call the corporate office, through email and by phone, but not a single person responded.

I bought a tire at the santa maria locaton and after 30 minutes in line (with an appointment), I got the tire another 30 minutes later. Went to have it mounted and it was the wrong size. Returned the tire to the lompoc store and have waited over a month with still not getting my money back.

I called the American Tire depot corporate office to ask about my LEGO LAnd tickets after purchasing my 4 tires and the marketing team explained to me how I can redeem my tickets. Overall great customer service they didn t put me on hold or anything and I got what I needed in less than 5 minutes. Thanks again

I bought tires with the promo, 4 tires pay 3. Micheline Ltx $205 ea, sb $615 for cost of 3, right. Wrong, charged $749. Told me he had discounted other costs. Said my tire coverage plan was$10/tire, paid $41/tire. I was exhausted when I left and I still don't understand the invoice. I do feel I've been cheated. Ventura location, mgr Martin.

American Tire Depot, what is going on with the service at your stores? I had a terrible experience at your visalia s mooney store. I made an appointment to have my tires rotated at the porterville store. I have been waiting for 45 minutes and my truck is still in the parking lot. It's not like I haven't put four sets of your tires on a variety of my cars. I thought there where problems with that store and its management in visalia. I have come to find this is a corporate problem. Les Swab just moved in. Their " Go to buisness market strategy" is wrapped around service. They will be getting my next set of tires. Even if it cost more. My time is worth something..I am sure the differance in cost to provide timely service is less then the time I have been waiting on you. Good luck in tire business. Let me know when you get it figured out. Always willing to give some a secound chance.

Is there even a point in writing this company? I had two front tires replaced at the palm springs store and they put what it looks like used tires for $125 each. Then they did not balance the tires causing my car to shake terribly. Went to a different location in fullerton ca to have them balance my tires and i dont know if they did anything its still the same.It's like this theres no accountability practiced in your stores. Step out of your office and into some of your stores to see if things need improvement. You have abandoned your customers yet adding more stores to the mix of your lemons. ATV Inc. you cant exist without customers.

Hello I been a customer for 5 years and as of this moment I been having issues with one of your stores located in Burbank California. The managers Sarkis had been very unprofessional and very rude, not just that he had his workers put on the wrong tire on my vehicle which made my driving very dangerous. Hopefully this email goes out to the right person, so that know one has to go through the unsafe and unprofessional behavior I have experienced.

Andy the tech did a great job on my Lexus. I came in with my steering wheel off the the right. Right away he put me on the rack and I was out of there in 20. Very fast clean and great service towards the costumer. Manger did a great job as well. Thank you.Huntington Beach CAAuto park drive.

I bought 4 new tires, and because I declined having them put brake pads on the let me sit 2 (maybe 3) extra hours, on 12-24-19. Everyone else was Christmas Shopping, the place was empty! I've spent $ 4,500 there in 2019!!

Very poor customer service came in with new rims came back a few hours later covered in scratches and nicks VERY unprofessional manager trying to come up with reasons how his crew members did not do that. The Rialto branch in California is not professional do not go there they will scratch your rims and will give you unprofessional service!! I went in to see what they could do about it and I got argued with and didn t get any help. DO NOT GO TO THESE STORES!!! Rip off scam And very unprofessional!

Trying very very hard to remain patient.... American Tire Depot in Fontana Ca. installed spacer adapters without me requesting them, and without my knowledge which is even scarier. I paid $1,700 for a new wheels n tires package. Well while my wife was driving our new Nissan frontier home from their shop, she noticed excessive wobbly, vibrating and an odd noise during last half of trip. Upon examining the truck at home I noticed the front tire appearing as if it was going to fall off at any moment. I called Fontana they told me to take it to the Downey location but at this point it is totally unsafe and undriveable. Fortunately Jonathan at the downey location wasnt as indifferent to the situation as Paul from Fontana was, and had my truck towed from my home to his shop. And that is when I was told about the unacceptable practice of American Tire Depot installing spacers and adapters to make things fit in order to make a sale. It is shocking to me that they would do this and it could have cost my wife her life if the front wheel would have come off while on the freeway on her way home from Fontana to Downey. This nightmare began 1 week ago and to this day 10/16/16, I still don't have my new work truck and all I get is excuses and promises from the downey location as to why the job isn't done. I'm being told new wheels have been ordered plus new wheel assemblies, bearings and all kinds of stuff that apparently need to be replaced because of this unsafe install job at American Tire Depot Fontana Ca.....$1,700 out of my pocket and this is what I get from AMERICAN TIRE DEPOT..... trying to be very patient but how am I to give them a positive review when I am still without my work truck going on a week plus now. Oh and did I mention I paid $1,700 for this!!!!

I ve been to their Cypress location twice over the past week, which is fine, but what is not ok is they are too cheap to fix the A/C in the waiting area. It feels like 90 degrees in here. If they don t care about their employees fine, but at least fix it or replace it for your customers!

Help .please . I ask the guy in the counter. That I need a good tires for my ram 2016. Which i drive to Tahoe. So I paid for the tires then I send to my wife for pick up the truck. Surprise. This guys install wrong tires. . then I send to my wife again which this guys just for exchanges the tires charge her $ 335.00 dls. She paid . then when I pick up the truck the tires are so narrows and are arrounds. Then this guys wants to charge me again $445.00. Thats soo crazy. And is not fear. I read the return policy and this guys don't repect. This policy. So now I found the tires what I want. More cheaper sooo cheaper. I bring the tires back and the manager told. He can't return me anything it is better sold the tires for out side. Or post the tires on craiglist. Soo what I can do americas tires corp. That hapen in santa rosa ca. Cleveland ave.

I would like to thank a young man named Raoul. He was very friendly, great attitude and personable. He helped me with my needs rotated my tires checked my air and showed me how my tires were wearing and I could use some rear end shocks. More (Van Nuys)
