I came to Chris in November of 2017 with a broken motor and a crazy idea. Thanks to Chris and his crews depth of knowledge on Motorcycles, and builds well beyond stock there is a 1999 Electra Glide that looks stock with 127hp and 148ft/lbs of torque running around. I couldnt be happier with the build, the price, and the work ethic of these folks.2020 Update Wide Open Throttle (formerly GreenRock Performance) have continued to be the great people they seem to be at the start. Oh and a 2020 Roadglide with the 131ci kit straight from the dealer still can't keep up with this fun build.

I would like to say thank you Chris and the rest of the Wide Open Throttle team. It s very hard to find a shop that will work on Victory Bikes in Ventura County. Chris and his team had no problem repacking and serving the forks for my Victory Octane. Turnaround time was short and my bike s forks feel like new. I couldn't be happier with the service and price. They've definitely earned my repeat business and would definitely recommend them. Don t forget the shop is Veteran owned and operated.P.S. Wide Open Throttle saved me time and a trip down to Westminster (Indian Motorcycle of Orange County).Service: Steering & suspension repair

I come here and feel comfortable leaving my bike knowing I won t get taken for a ride in price and that I will get solid work done. They guarantee their work and are veterans that support veterans. I enjoy dropping my bike off and chatting with everyone bc they are down to earth. Very professional and family friendly update on bikeI had cams dropped in and they are awesome these guys do the beat work in town and do it right the first time.

Great honest shop. Which is very rare these days. Might be wrong but I think there s only two shops with DYNO machines around town and these guys are one of them. Their Mechanic Jaime knows his chit. Does great work.Chris is very knowledgeable, honest shop owner, can DYNO your chit and with his team can do any service, upgrade or problem solving ya might need done. They have done a great job with my DX and will continue using them.Go check them out. Good people. Great work. No complaints.. Legit local shop in town Services: Tires, Engine repair, Oil change

Awesome place, super friendly mechanics. Brother and I need oil changes and brother need brake pads 4,500 miles into our cross country trip from south fl. They took us in right away and gave us an extremely good deal to help us out. Eric gave us each a hot dog and let us charge our phones before continuing on trip. Would highly reccomend over getting serviced at a dealer or any other shop in the area. Thanks again guys!

Brought my bike here after trying to fix it myself. Found out that a screw got sucked into the engine and smashed up the whole head and piston from the last mechanic that had worked on it because they unsrewed the fail safe. Once they got the parts for it they were on top of it and didn't just put it together, but made sure every part fit and worked for miles ahead. I'm writing this review after about 500+ miles and there have been no problems at all. The staff is very friendly and treats you like family. Only place I will ever take my bike again.

These guys are awesome. Had planned to have them do a cam upgrade on my 08 Street Glide, but I broke an inner shift arm on the transmission first. Miguel and Jaime came by with the van and got the bike. Turnaround time was to depend on Harley parts (3 days, weeks, or months as we all know). Harley had the part, but more importantly the guys got the whole thing done in under 24 hours. They've definitely earned my repeat business!

I have hesitated to write a review like this about this repair shop for a while, but I'm over it, and I think this is a good forum to warn others. I realize my experience may be atypical, but it was definitely an experience.I have a 2013 kawasaki vulcan 900 with 98,000 miles. It began to have engine problems, so w.o.t. said they could look at it. I brought the bike to them around Thanksgiving 2020. They looked at it and diagnosed a bad piston. The total repair bill was going to be 2,700.00. Maybe I should have just junked the bike, but I didn't, and asked them to fix it. Long story short, and a million covid excuses later, the bike is finally finished March 16th. I had the bike cleaned by a separate detailing company before I picked it up. I get on it to drive off, and notice the handlebars are loose, and a cap is missing on the top of the forks. I ask about it, and they look for the cap, but can find nothing. I drive off, and a few miles down the road I notice the speedometer and tachometer isn't working.I call the following day, and Chris tells me they will definitely look at the speedometer issue. At this point, I'm more than slightly suspicious that there's some incompetence going on, and I decided to take it to t.o. powersports and have them fix the speedometer. T.o. tells me the entire unit was disconnected.2 months later, the bike starts leaking oil again, and when I finally get around to w.o.t. again to tell them, the work is past the warranty date, and I was given more excuses about "people making mistakes." I asked if they would at least look at the bike, which Chris agreed to, but at this stage of the game, I'm tired of chasing people down who don't do their jobs correctly in the first place. I feel that there was some gross negligence on wide open throttle's part, and I don't think their mechanics are supervised correctly and efficiently. At the VERY least, the motorcycle was not checked properly before being released to the customer.I realize covid has induced a large part of the population into a sloven stupor, but someone has to be responsible for work that a customer pays a (good) buck for. Whether the bike was worth fixing or not is irrelevant- the job should have been properly executed.Service: Engine repair

I've only ever gotten great, fast, and polite service for my HD Low Rider. I've had tires changed out, some standard maintenance work, and even order parts and a battery through these guys. Would definitely recommend them!

A good place to bring your bike, however, due to an Expert Technician who left their shop, they can't accommodate Metric bikes for the meantime. Hopefully, they can get a new Tech soon and be able to services Metrics again.

Went in for a tire change. Good service. Nice waiting area with their resident cat to keep company. Price for tire change was a bit higher than quoted over phone but was explained before work.

Great shop. Honestly best shop I've found statewide, motorcycle or auto combined. Had great work done for a great price and they took care of a couple minor things on their own, just because they wanted to help me out. Have military discount.

I was referred by my brother in-law that this shop is the best for a Dyno tune or service on your bike. Called and made an appointment for my Road Glide to be Dyno'ed. The results were fantastic!! Bill, the owner is an awesome Tech with vast knowledge of HD fuel management and explains things that anyone could understand. Very Impressed and satisfied with his work. Highly recommend if you want your bike to run great what ever it may need.

I found this place by accident. I didn't want to go to a dealer so I googled motorcycle repair shops and Wide open throttle came up so I decided to give them a try. I needed a cam and oil pump installed and boy did I luck out! On top of the staff being so nice they did a fantastic job on my bike! I will drive 35 miles again to have them work on my bike again! Thank you Wide Open Throttle.

The only place I'd take my motorcycle. You'll notice right away that this is more than just a shop. Aside from being the best at what they do, these guys become like family. Their experience, skill and customer service definitely makes the ride worth it from wherever you are. Give them a try and you won't go anywhere else again. Thanks guys!

Had tires put on one of our bikes, they were shipped fast. Had tires put on, brakes assessed, and a LED headlight popped in. Staff was friendly and the work was great, will be returning for future work.

Back in July of 2018 I brought my carborated 2003 Heritage Softail to Wide Open Throttle, it was running rough, and front brake was soft. Had them check everything and dyno it. I picked it up a day or too later, and the bike ran great. 8 months have past and the bike still runs perfect, brakes are firm. I would not hesitate recommending this team to work on friends bike.

Very friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable. I found this place 1 day looking for HD rear wheel bearings. They have reasonable prices. And also have parts on hand, unlike other big shops have to order.

Just called on the phone to find a illusive clutch oil, I've called many places today to find it, it wasn't a surprise they didn't have it in stock because no one else does either, but Chris was super cool, looked through his vendors everywhere for me up and down and even checked local places (I didn't even ask him to), in the end Chris found one! Because he was persistent!

This d head was driving around Ventura, pulling a trailer speeding around. Nearly rear ended my family, rolled his window down to yell at me . And proceeded to speed off and continue driving like an a hole .
