Josh Ross was great and very accommodating! I live an hour away but this dealership had the exact car I wanted and he worked with me online to get the deal set up so I would only have to make one quick trip out there. Josh thoroughly went through every button/feature and now I know more about my new car than my old one! Being a young female it was refreshing that everyone actually treated me like an adult and talked directly to me instead of my boyfriend who drove me there.

First and last time I ever go to this dealership. I initially came in for an oil change and 5,000 mile service and alignment.The alignment could not be completed due to having a spare tire. On the inspection report it s listed that the tires were rotated when they weren t. I only know this because my space tire was still on the front passenger.So the next day I return to get my tires rotated, after a lengthy wait I was finally done or so I thought. On my way home I noticed the hood of my truck was open, I pulled over the first thing I noticed was the smell of oil. Upon opening the hood I noticed the oil cap was missing and oil was all over the engine and hood. The negligence I observed my three times I went to this dealership warrants the one star rating I m giving. I will not be recommending nor returning to this dealership!

Having received less than stellar service at other dealers (many times), I was prepared to never buy a Toyota again. Therefore I was really happy to find Emilio at Ventura Toyota Service. He is always kind and attentive, but more than that for me is the feeling that he isn't going to try and sell me something I don't need or take advantage of me. I feel like I can trust that he has my best interests at heart and for that reason I no longer go any where or to anyone else.I know I'm not always the easiest client. I have high expectations and demand quality service. Emilio delivers every time. Thank you.

Brought my 2023 TRD Pro 4Runner in for 5K mile service. I was quickly greeted as I drove in & escorted to Marcelino who answered my questions & added services I requested. Marcelino gave me a range of time my truck would be ready. When the work was done, I received text messages & a phone call informing me my truck was ready. The service performed addressed my truck concerns, & the truck felt as new as when I drove it off the lot for the first time. Great service! When I take my car to this location I always ask for Carlo Mata. He goes above and beyond to make sure your time and car issues are resolved. Super pleasant and his ability to answer all your questions and rest assures your car is in good hands. He is the true definition of what customer service should be. Carlos was excellent. We left our truck over night and he even got coupon out of truck and applied 10% discount. He said he thinks outside of the box. We forgot about the coupon and were pleasantly surprised!

I am giving a five star rating for the amazing service at Ventura Toyota. I especially want to acknowledge Emilio for accommodating last-minute scheduling and excellent communication. The service department has taken care of all of my vehicle s needs. Every service that I received has exceeded my expectations including communication. This dealership provides an outstanding maintenance service. Carlo Mata is an excellent service adviser. He helps not only with regular but preventive maintenance issues. He is very knowledgeable of the type services that are available for my car and he finds the best solution for all of my service needs. He is an excellent communicator who takes pride in his work.

I really loved how I was greeted as soon as I pulled up with my highlander. I was escorted inside to Vanessa Martinez she was very nice took care of me right away, I love how they treat their customers.I feel confident and safe driving my car after being serviced. Thank you!

Great service and super friendly!This dealership starting doing something that blew my mind. They send you a video of them working on your car through a text. The person on the video shows your car and explicitly tell you what parts they're looking at. They give you jnformation if it's in a good condition and what services they are performing. They're being as transparent as possible with the small video clip and that was greatly appreciated. Would come back again for the next maintenance.

I made an appointment for a 25k mile service. I was told it would take 2 hours. When I arrived i was told it would take a minimum of 3 hours. It took 5 hours. The power was our for 1 hour to be fair. The dealership is other wise pretty nice. I have no other experience there to determine if this is common practice.

Came in 30mins late from my appointment and service department still honored my appointment. Very thankful for always providing complimentary uber rides. Got a call two hours later letting me know my vehicle is ready for pickup.

Hannah made scheduling quick and easy and explained the services that would be provided. Our check in was smooth and the service dept completed the work in less than 2 hours. Carlo reminded me that our key fob batteries should be replaced every 6 months. I appreciated the service department s attention to detail.

I purchased my first Toyota ever a few weeks ago and my "new" used car needed a few things. The sales department made sure the parts department knew what was needed.Marcelino Reveles of Ventura Toyota (in the Service Department) was amazing! He kept me informed about the timing for the services needed AND asked if I needed a ride when I dropped off my car.When I picked up my car, one if the items that needed service was not up to the standard I was hoping for so Marcelino Reveles suggested that I talk to the Used Car manager that was there that evening. After explaining the situation to him, he ordered a brand new part to replace the part they tried to repair!I will FOREVER be a Toyota fan and purchase future automobiles from Ventura Toyota! There service was above and beyond what I have experienced at other unnamed brands and dealerships!!GO TOYOTA!!

My Ventura Toyota experience started rocky. The young lady who answered the phone signed us up for a service that was not correct for this new Camry. She did get us an appointment. When we arrived at the service entrance, the young man was not familiar with what service was needed for the first time. He did help us find the service manager. Richard was very helpful and arranged for the correct service as directed by one of the service attendants at the service desks. So, we did get the service needed. They called us when the car was ready. Thank you Ventura Toyota!!

I went in to have my truck maintenance service be done. It took less time than I was told that it would take. I received excellent service. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had a few questions about things. They were able to answer my questions.

Andy Gutierrez at Ventura Toyota did a fine job of keeping me informed on what needed to be done to my Sienna. Andy was patient and personable. I liked working with him.
