Nick did an amazing job from start to finish. He was quick, thorough, and very helpful. He made sure everything was taken care of and even had my car ready a day early (and detail cleaned). I can t thank Nick enough for taking a bad situation (car accident) and changing it into a pleasant experience where I felt like I was being taken care of by a good friend. I appreciate the hard work and effort of Nick and his team. Everyone was very friendly and I am very appreciative.

From start to finish both Nick and Alexis took care of everything!!!! I mean everything....hassle with the insurance, the rental and omg my car looks practically new...and on top of that they cleaned my car inside and out. I highly recommend and will tell everyone I know about this place and the best customer service! It didn't feel like I was dealing with a business....it felt like I was dealing with family who really cared. Nick and his staff are always very professional and helpful . Unfortunately I have had to use their service more than once as I have many vehicles and nobody knows how to drive in CA.They always go out of their way to make the whole process easy and fast . All work done to the highest standards and if not covered by insurance they will work with you to make things happen. Nick and his staff patched up my banged up Prius (a deer hit me...literally it ran into me, poor thing.) It looks better now than before the crash! The body work and paint job are EXCELLENT. Nick and his staff are what most would say superb, I say "supercalifragalisticexbealidocious".I had my car banged up and Nick walked me through the process. He even gave me a heads up on more time needed for additional repairs.He treats customers as neighbors, and he has my respect. After I got my car back it looked brand new.Nick don't change anything you do man keep going the extra mile!! Thanks for the excellent work and treatment from you and your staff!

Honest businessmen and helped me figure out what my best options would be when I got in a car crash. They didn't overcharge and even helped me out with the pricing to save me the most money. Really great guys, will always use them if I ever get in another crash.

Avoid this place at all cost. They are now trying to bill me for my car after I have had it 2 months out of the shop on top of my bill saying I owe 0. I got another typed out letter stating I owe them money yet the bill right behind says I owe nothing... do yourselves a favor and avoid this shop.

They got the job done but were extremely condescending and rude to my wife when they interacted with her. They also misled her when she asked when our car would be finished. They ended up getting the car done when we needed it by and seemed to have done a good job but we did not feel like we mattered at all to them and made it a very unpleasant experience.

Ventura Collision Center is the best auto paint shop in ventura. They are very professional, trained and very helpful. I went there last month. I have old sentra and paint had faded away over the years. My friend highly recommended ventura collision center after getting his car collision repaired. They gave very reasonable price. I highly recommended them.
