I had a dent in my brand new Mercedes van and I decided to go with Hugo s shop as I felt both Eric & Hugo were pleasant to deal with. They were very accommodating and fixed my van within a very tight time frame. My van looked brand new again after their professional work. They told me to just provide them my insurance information and leave the rest to them and I did. The process couldn t be easier. A 5 star review to this 5 star auto body shop in Ventura.

Trustworthy!! Hugo has been extremely helpful on multiple occasions for me. He handled the insurance company for me, kept me up to date on my car and streamlined the whole process. My car is given back in great condition and cleaned!

Hugo is the consummate professional. From our first meeting, Hugo was attentive, considerate and listened, which is a wonderful concept. I highly recommend the Ventura Auto Body and Collision Specialist to anyone. They are professionals with outstanding work ethics. My Subaru was repaired on time with the best workmanship standard in the industry!!!I use them all the time for my vehicles repairs. Good Job Guys!!!

Ventura Auto Body did a great job in bringing my car back from the dead. My Honda Pilot never looked so good as when I got it back from the body shop. The paint job was incredible, very shiny and full of sparkles, I don't remember back when it looked as good. Also the body panels fit perfectly. I think my car is better now than before the accident. Hugo provided amazing customer service. He worked with my insurance and was in constant contact with me. They are really accommodating and worked with my schedule for the repairs. I took my brand new 2023 Honda Civic in for a horrible scratch on the passenger side. The team at Ventura Auto Body and Collision were courteous, honest, upfront and easy to work with. They fixed the scratch and it looked even better than before! I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs auto work done! I WAS REFERRED TO VABCS FOR A DENT ON MY BUMPER AND THANKS TO ERIC MY BUMPER LOOKS BRAND NEW AGAIN. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, THIS WILL DEFINITELY BE THE PLACE I WILL USE FOR FUTURE SERVICES.

If your car is damaged and you occupy a Body Shop, take it to VENTURA AUTO BODY!!!
