I usually don t leave reviews. However, Jose and his team at Tip Top Auto Glass were amazing! Setting up an appointment was easy and they were excellent at returning my calls. Jose was highly efficient at repairing my chipped windshield and explained differences in chips, cracks and their repairs. If you want to be treated like family then you must go see Jose at Tip Top Auto Glass. He did the windshield on my Tundra a while back and it came out perfect. So I had him do the rear window this time and despite the endless rust on my roof and around my back window it came out looking brand new. If I could give 10 stars I would. I own a hard top convertible with a shattered back window and my own mechanic in Santa Barbara wouldn't even attempt to fix it due to the technical nature of the mechanism.� I called several glass shops and body shops butno one wanted to get involved or even look at my car. I found Tip Top online and called to explain the situation and was greeted by Cassandra who was very sweet, and very professional.� She told me to come down right away.When I arrived I met with Jose who took a look at the problem and immediately said he could replace the window!� I was a little hesitant at first because he was so confident he could do the job that so many others turned away.� He was able to find the window within an hour and received it within two days. I had planned on having the work done right away but had to wait another week because my insurance company made me get an estimate from one of their "contracted" shops first.� I was finally able to get that estimate and with that part done, I took my car that day to Tip Top who had my back glass replaced in two hours!� It looks perfect and the top goes up and down just like it is supposed to.� The best part about this is the fact that Tip Top's price was HALF of what the "contracted" insurance body shop wanted to charge me even though they could not get the glass in for 7 to 10 weeks!In a nutshell, you will receive a friendly,� professional and confident attitude from Jose and Cassandra, fair pricing and quality workmanship at Tip Top Auto Glass in Ventura.No one wants to have to repair or replace glass on their car, but if you do I highly recommend Jose at Tip Top.Service: Auto rear window replacement

I highly recommend Tip Top Auto Glass. They replaced my passenger front window in one hour. All of the staff was really friendly. They have a beautiful office to wait at while you get the work done. Maria was really sweet. They even provided me solid advise on various auto insurances. Jose was the man. He did an awesome job and even vacuumed my carpet. Not a speck of glass was left. I shopped around, they had the most affordable price in all of Ventura county plus they were professional! All around awesome experience.

Great work!! And professionally done, affordable price from the other 4 quotes I got.I arrived in the morning when they first opened, they got my Silverado in quick to replace my cracked windshield. It was done in the time frame they said it would be. I can't say enough about TIP TOP AUTO GLASS! Jose was very kind and professional. He answered all my questions with detail for me to feel secure in my new glass replacement. I only had a limited time available, but needed to have it serviced while I was in class... so Jose did a pick up and drop off service, with no extra charge. If anyone is looking for a place to repair or replace their windshield, I highly recommend this shop, my replacement turned out perfect! Also, feel free to call for an estimate.

I highly recommend Tip Top Auto Glass for all your auto needs. I loved everything about Tip Top. They were very caring and friendly and on top of everything. I had an emergency get thrown at me out of nowhere aftersomeone tried to break into my car and shattered my entire front driver side window and Tip Top was the only shop that had the glass that I needed and I was in Santa Barbara at the time. They didn t hesitate to get me in as soon as possible. They made me feel like a priority.I hope I don t have any auto issues in the future, but if I do, I know where I m going to go.Thank you to Cassy and the rest of her team for all their help!! Great prices. I needed my windshield replaced on my Honda fit right before a road trip. There were some delays with the glass from their supplier so it took a tad longer than estimated but they gave me a discount and were extremely nice about it. I needed a windshield replacement on an older Prius. When I called for a quote, I reached Jose right away. He was able to give me a competitive quote over the phone and I scheduled the appointment. He was very accommodating when I needed to adjust the time of the appointment and pick up my car a little after closing time. The windshield looks great and the job was done promptly and very neatly. I would highly recommend Tip Top Auto Glass.

Definitely would recommend TIP TOP Auto Glass the best in this industry! from the moment I placed my call the customer service was exceptional. I was canvassing for a new windshield, I had already placed few phone calls when I came across TIP TOP I was immediately sold! The price was what I was looking for overall the turnaround was quick. Jose was very helpful and knowledgeable and knows his stuff. I would absolutely recommend TIP TOP Auto Glass to my friends and fam!

***GREAT SERVICE*** I had to replace my windshield on my Ford F-250. Found Tip Top Auto Shop during a google search and called for a quote. The service over the phone was great and they even offered to get me in the same day. They told me about various options I had with my particular truck and price ranges. I live a short distance away and Tip Top Auto Shop offered to give me a ride home while I waited for the work to be done, since I hadn't arranged a ride in advance.They updated me throughout the work to estimate completion times. They had all the up-to-date technology and made sure the windshield was done properly and did not rush their work! I would definitely recommend Tip Top Auto Shop to anyone I know and I'm sure I will be returning in the future with my luck in cracking windshields haha.

I recently went to another glass shop and was given a used window for my wife s SUV and the wrong size at that. Window Would go up and down very slow and sometimes not at all. Instead of having them fix it, I decided to go a more professional route and ended up at TIP TOP AUTO GLASS. Jose treated me great and guaranteed his work. I was very pleased with the overall service I received. The window is working perfect and the wife is happy. Happy wife happy life as they say haha.Thanks again Jose, I will definitely be coming back for any future needs. I have a G35 that had a passanger window broken. Brought it here... and Jose took really good care of me. The aftermarket window was not a direct fit. Jose and myself included, were not satisfied with the fit. He replaced the window with an OEM. Kept me well informed of the status of my new window. Called me immediately to set up an appointment to replace it and even picked my car up from my house and delivered it back. I have not seen such great service in awhile. Completely courteous and prompt... extremely professional. Will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family. Thank you Jose for such great service.

Tip Top Auto Glass is amazing! From my first call with them to the finished product the customer service was outstanding. Better than the Ritz Carlton! No wait time and they finished the job way head of schedule. I would highly recommend the shop to anyone.

I had an excellent experience. I was treated with friendliness and respect for my situation. It was a simple fix to get my window back on track but there was no attempt to up-sell and no minimum diagnostic charge. They got me through quickly, even though the shop was very busy and I didn't have an appointment.

Tip Top Auto Glass offers great prices which are fair and accurate. The replacement windshield was installed and completed on our Jeep Wrangler in less than an afternoon.
