This place is top notch! Not only did Raul provide excellent service at a very fair price, but the customer service was excellent! Friendly and professional plus Raul drove me back to my office after I brought my car in, then completed service in just a few days, and picked me up at home so I could get my car, which looks fantastic after repairs and a complementary wash. I highly recommend this place for any auto body work! I hope not to need future repairs, but if I do, I m definitely coming back to The Collision Clinic!

Wanted to share my great experience with Raul and the Collision Clinic. I contacted them after hitting debris on the freeway that damaged my bumper, radiator, and condenser. They were able to get me in right away. They worked with my insurance company without issue. Although auto body work is never cheap their price was more than fair for the amount of work that needed to be done. My car was ready in a week and was in so much better condition than when I left it. They even washed it and cleaned my headlights which I wasn t expecting. Hopefully I won t need them again soon but if I do I know where I ll be going.Service: Body & Trim

The collision clinic is the place to go! Best interaction I ve ever had. Raul got me in immediately and had me back on the road in under a week after nearly 6k worth of damage to my Tacoma. I can t thank them enough for how much they helped me out. You d really be making a mistake if you don t call them.

Had a great service experience with Raul handling my case. Had nothing but a positive experience and had me in the loop every step of the way so I didn't have to worry much. He took care of dealing with the insurance and got my car back in new condition. Thanks Raul!

Overall experience was great. Car came out looking better than before the accident. Customer service was top notch. In the past, I've always had something I didn't like about my auto body repairs at other locations. I have no complaints with this one

Very professional shop, especially Raul. He kept me in the know during the whole process of repairing my car, he worked with the insurance company so I didn't have that chore and headaches. I would recommend Collision Clinic to anyone/everyone! My car looks great and I feel grateful for the professionalism I received.

This was my first experience dealing with a car repair shop. I was a bit nervous at first going in I did not know what to expect. Raul, the owner, was super friendly and had explained everything in detail that was going on with my car. When I had questions I did not feel like they were dumb questions coming from a female, I felt like he validated them and respected them. He made me feel valued as a customer. He gave me an estimated time frame when my car was going to be done and he called with updates and what was going on with the process. This was by far such a great and positive experience dealing with a collision center. I know that next time I have car trouble I can always go back to this shop where I feel comfortable. Nestled just 3 minutes right off of the freeway, this place is in the perfect location making it really easy to find.Raul and his team of experts are a class act. Not only do they go the extra mile for you, their knowledge, expertise, and craftsmanship can not be beat. Most importantly, they just don't care about fixing your car, they care about their customers! So, you will have your car back when they say it will be done.After being let down by local body shops who pretended to know what they were doing, I reluctantly drove 3 hours from Claremont to see them only because they were referred by a trusted and reputable source. However, after seeing the work that had been done, I could not be happier with my decision. I had no idea which body shop to turn to for some damage on my 2020 4Runner. Luckily,, The Collision Clinic was on my list of shops to check out and hopefully get an estimate. Raul and his wife greeted me like I just stepped into their home. They were both welcoming, warm and friendly. I like doing business with people who are personable. When they seem like they care about you then they re going to care about your car.Raul provided a written estimate on the spot. He explained the process and the price was very reasonable for the work entailed. There was no hard selling whatsoever. He allowed me to decide for myself and encouraged me to look up their reviews.I felt so good about that initial encounter that as soon as I got home I called to book the job. Didn t even lookup reviews. Didn t have to. When you know you ve met good people, you know. And good people don t sell bad stuff.The entire process from start to finish was flawless. Raul said what he d do, and did what he said. Isn t that all we ask for when doing business with people? I had a great experience with the collision clinic! Their work is impeccable. They kept me informed throughout the process, and were very fast. I took my Audi to The Collision Clinic at the recommendation of a friend who was very pleased with their work and professionalism. The Collision Clinic did not disappoint! I was very impressed with the swift, top quality work done on my car and the excellent service and professionalism that Raul provided. Raul handled everything with my insurance company and kept me continually informed with the progress. My car was ready on time and washed when I arrived to pick it up. Most importantly, the finished work product exceeded my expectations.I highly recommend The Collision Clinic. They do spectacular work and provide excellent customer service.

Raul and his team have always gone above and beyond with their service. Whether you talk about quality, speed, or the way they treat their customers, I always feel so lucky to use them as my auto shop. Best body shop I ve ever gone to!! I had gotten in a car accident and had no idea what do luckily Raul helped me through literally everything! He was very organized and communicated with me everyday with updates regarding my vehicle. Since this was my very first car accident it was such a stressful process but luckily with Raul s help it got so much easier and I didn t really have to worry about much. I will continue to go to this body shop and I will always recommend everyone to go there if they are in need of any help. I truly appreciate everything that he did for me. Highly recommend this place it is definitely a 10/10!!

Th the best collision shop in town.They took care of everything and made sure I was aware of the process and even gave me helpful advice since it was my first accident. Had my car fixed like new and returned back to me within a week. I would definitely recommend this business.

Extremely happy with the service and work performed by The Collision Clinic. Not only was the work excellent, they ending up using factory parts they were able to get for the same price as aftermarket, they also performed extras with the painting and parts. Raul was very helpful and nice. I always like to support a veteran owned business. Couldn't be happier with the experience.
