Brandon does great work! He is honest, efficient and affordable. I appreciate that he takes the time to make sure I understand the issues with my car, answers my questions and presents all the options. I will continue to bring my MB to him for as long as I have one.

Brandon and Olly are awesome! Not only will you get top notch service, you get honest service. Went to get the brakes done on my car and Brandon went above and beyond to get the parts needed to get the job done. Definitely will be recommending Star Motors to friends and family. I finally found a good Mercedes mechanic ! When I took my car there, Brendon identified the problem right away ! He is a true knowledgeable professional. Can t say enough good things about this shop. Pristine shop and waiting room and they take care of you vehicle they same way. Brandon even did some extras at no charge like dress my tires. It was my first visit and I am so impressed. Very fair price for my service and they were fast and professional.I have a GLK 250 diesel and will be back for all my service. They also use Mercedes oil for oil changes.Thanks Star!

Wow, this place is awesome. Friendly, very helpful and accommodating. First time here, just had windshield wipers changed. Very fast, efficient and friendly. From now on, my husband and I will be bringing both our MB's here for service. I highly recommend them and will refer them every chance I get. Very pleased with the service and everything. I have a 1995 Mercedes Benz sl500 and my check engine light and ASR sensor came on. I took it to Brandon at Star Motors and he told me he would take a look at it. I was expecting him to hit me with a $200 or more diagnostic fee but instead he said he would only will charge me for a half hour of labor. Here is the amazing part, when he started my car to do his analysis the sensors did not come on. He test drove it and it was running fine. He called me and told me there would be no charge. I was stunned. He is an honest mechanic. He even noticed one of my break lights was out and fixed that and only charged me for the cost of the light. If you need work done on your Mercedes, Star Motors is where you should take it.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Star motors absolutely are hands down the best Mercedes Benz repair shop around. I have a 2005 e320 CDI and it's not easy to find a mechanic who knows the older diesel models. Brandon took the time to explain what was needed, he repaired my car quickly, with precision AND came in under the original estimate! They are honest and really care about your car. Brought in my teen daughter's 19-year-old Mercedes E320 for repairs. It had been running poorly, making clunky sounds and being cantankerous--all highly technical automotive terminology, right? Wasn't expecting much. How well should one expect an old car that's been 175,000 miles and is worth about $1,500 on Kelley Blue Book to run? Brandon, however, showed enthusiasm for our humble car and poured himself into the challenge. He explained the situation with enough detail to allow us to make good decisions. A few days later, I picked up a--GASP--wait? Is that a NEW car? Not even kidding. Not only did he repair the inside--so that it purred like a happy young car again, but he also buffed out the milky front headlights so that they looked new, and he installed the Mercedes emblem on the hood. I drove the newly restored vintage car for a week before returning it to our daughter, and you know what? I enjoyed the car so much, I didn't want to give it back to her. It felt new, it looked good, and, it turns out, if you upkeep an old Mercedes, chances are you can get 100s of thousands of miles out of it. Be sure you have a fantastic master mechanic like Brandon on your team, though. He's the secret sauce. Also, car companies all over the country will hate that we are fixing up and putting serious miles into our old cars rather than spending a fortune on new ones. A happy win-win for our family. Thank you, Brandon--who, by the way, also repairs Subarus (my car is a Subie).

Easy to find the shop. Clean and organized from front to back. Knowledgeable and friendly. Waiting room with Large tv, couch and cold drinks in the fridge.
