Had a great experience having my van repaired. Broke down while driving thru Ventura, my van was fixed quickly and the price was reasonable.

We stumbled across this awesome shop by accident (literally) when our car had an undercarriage issue on the freeway, and we limped off into Ventura searching for a reputable business (this particular street has quite a few options). How lucky were were to find them! The owner Bernardo and Nico were fast, friendly, VERY reasonably priced (repaired a catalytic converter cage that sprung loose) and got us back on the road within an hour. Recommend heartily!

Got a smog check today fast no problems really like the service. I suggest if you need a smog check you go to Seward Auto Care.

I've brought all my vehicles here for smog checks! Bernardo is a nice guy, who knows his stuff, and his prices are reasonable!

Went to pick up my car after getting brakes changed out and the first guy I talked to said he didn't work there. So I talked to some other guy sitting behind a desk and he said he had to show me something on my tire. He goes and shows me and says that I can pick up my car tomorrow. I told him no that i was keeping my car and juat wanted to pay for the brakes. He then says I could go back home cuz it was going to be another 15 minutes after already having my car for 3 hours. I told him u would wait even though he had told me wen i first talked to him that he was about to call me cuz my car was ready. Then the guy who I first talked to and had said he didn't work there asked me if the keys he was holding were mine. I said yes and he said okay cuz I had lost them. Worst customer service ever. I do not reccomend this place.

Bernardo was more than accommodating. Respectful and professional gentlemen who put the needs of the customer first. I will be back!

Horrible service, i had a nail in a brand new tire, asked them if they could patch it, the man said he couldnt because it wasnt safe, but then said he could only patch it for cash, i only had a debit card, he said he would only sell us a new tire with a debit card, as we were waiting i watched another customer buy a used tire with a debit card
