My 81 Lazy Daze failed to pass smog and the technician recommended visiting Pacific to get the carb tuned. He was right. Bill and team got her running well enough to pass smog easily! Thank you!

I took my 74 nova in cause I had just rebuilt the top end of my 350 SBC and afterwards it was running real rough. 2 days later my car was running better than it ever has before. The expertise there was able to catch all the problems I couldn t identify. I will only do business with pacific carburetor from now on. 5/5 would trust them with my future needs

Took my truck in for a tune up. Friendly, professional people that know what they re doing! They got my truck purring like a kitten in less than 2 hrs. Reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone in need of carburetor work. These guys are the real deal.

I moved up to venture 3 years ago .and started looking for new shops to work on my cars am hobbyists. Bills reviews looked good on line . but proof is in the job results. it was done on time clean . bill was very helpful. and professional. I would definitely use him his services again. thank

I've been spinning my wheels for 2 years (literally!) trying to get my 57 Chevy Stepside Truck to run smoothly (350) She's been to two other local mechanics. Well Folks, the Eagle has LANDED. Thanks to Billy and Jeff, she feels and sounds SUH-WEET. I'm confused, whose truck is this? She's not going bloggedy-bloggedy-blum-blum-BOOM (backfire!) down the road anymore. I can't stop smiling! Thank you for your time and expertise. So glad to know there are still mechanics out there who know how to diagnose a car without a code and manual in hand.

Extremely content with the services they provided. My father recently passed and I wanted to get his 71' C10 Up and running again. It needed a carburetor rebuild and the folks at Pacific Carburetor Co fixed it up in no time. Had to make a few adjustments myself but it didn't take long. Engine runs like a champ now. Will come back again if I need anymore work done!

After rebuilding the 390FE out of my 1972 F250 the last thing on the list was to have my new Holley carb tuned professionally. Bill was able to help get my truck running like a top and even went up and beyond getting my timing and distributor dialed in. Just like my family friends that have been using Pacific Carb for years I couldn t be more happy with their quality of work.Service: Auto engine tuning

I need more than 5 stars. I have a 1984 Ford van with 360,000 miles on it and I was terrified that I'd be looking at huge repairs to get it to pass smog. They found two things that were disconnected, connected them, and informed me it was going to pass. They could have said it was my squeedlyspooch and what could I do, no one else even wanted to work on my van. Most other places I tried acted like I dragged in some roadkill, like "eww no thank you, get that disgusting thing away from my nice tools." But these guys didn't even flinch, and if there's one thing my van does, it makes mechanics flinch.It was a project van two owners ago, it was maybe 25% done and not well done. Left unfinished by the hopelessly inept, alas. She runs like a champ though. Starts up first time every time, one pump of the gas no more no less, she starts and she runs. But she's been through some stuff, and like many vehicles of a certain age it takes as much forensic investigation as it does technical expertise - knowing what it's supposed to be and understanding how it got this way instead. It's hard. Mechanics who work on modern cars aren't used to this, and they would rather not be bothered, but those who work on old cars thrive on this kind of adversity. It's rare to see this anymore, but excellent when you do see it.They also accommodated my somewhat odd situation with compassion and grace. Everyone there is a class act and a genuinely good human being. and as long as I drive an old cranky van I am their customer for life. In fact this makes me want to keep driving old vehicles, just so.i can bring them there.

Had a huge project with my 85 Chevy making it California legal. The staff here are absolutely amazing and will take the time to explain so you know what you're getting into. Did out standing work, called with updates, and even helped on finding parts to save me money. There is only one place to take your vehicle and it's right here.

I ve owned my el Camino for about a year now and been faced against mechanics that have no ideas what s wrong with my car. Late this year 2020 I took my car to pacific coast carburetor and honestly they have been the biggest blessing in my life. For a long time I lost faith in my car thinking what else can go wrong with it and will I even pass smog. This family owned business is amazing and they are the best in Ventura county. I suggested if you have a carburetor engine take it here and they will take care of your car and you in the long run. I have a 36 year old chevy van that failed SMOG test. Pac Carb rebuilt the carb and replaced the catalytic converter. Now the van is happy, and I'm really happy. These guys KNOW their stuff. Great experience - I'd recommend them to anyone with carb issues.

This is the Mecca of carburetor repairs, took two Holley carbs to them and they made them brand new again. Quick turnaround, top notch service with a smile, they made me feel like family and exceeded my expectations. Will never go anywhere else again.
