This is a family owned and run business. I use the mechanic for all my repair needs. Kevin and his family are amazing. Wonderful work. No price gouging. You only get what is actually needed. They do smog inspection too. They also have a small used car lot in the front. To get to the garage you need to go in the back.

Leslie and Kevin are amazing. Been coming here for over 6 years, always quick, and always a MUCH better value than the dealership. I drive 30 minutes just to come here for my car service.Customer service is top notch.

This is a family business and it's a really good family. Kevin knows cars and Leslie knows people. Their son is learning the business. Kevin provides information so that a lay person can understand and they're transparent about costs. If you have been unhappy with the service you receive from your mechanic please check them out.

There is no better place to have your most challenging automotive issues resolved. All members of the "Muschamp Team" have been professionally trained. If you have a part replaced, they give you the old part and explain exactly what went wrong with the old part. Exceptionally wonderful people.I trust them to keep the people I love safe.

I absolutely Love this place ...Honest, reliable, excellent professionals, amazing prices ,... They always treat me so nice, get the job done so quickly, they are not the kind of people who will rip you off and are always so helpful about anything ! Its a family owned business and they all know a lot about cars ! I HIGHLY recommend anyone in Ventura to go there.. I've become a costumer and I never like a auto shop so much !

Walked on the lot to look at a Grand Cherokee as another possible off road toy. I was neither greeted nor assisted by either of the two people outside. There was another customer inquiring about a Volkswagen van out front. As a prior Volkswagen owner I suggested he ask if the timing belt had been replaced. The young man out front placing up chains instantly developed a very rude, somewhat threatening, and obviously unpleasant demeanor. Making multiple "smart" remarks about my knowledge of vehicles and suggested I "not speak". In the end I guess I learned something new today... Volkswagens now apparently have timing chains... If only he had portrayed that information in a more pleasant way, this review may have turned out a little better... If you choose to wander onto the lot, I'd ask for the older lady, with dark curled hair, and glasses. She seemed much nicer.

The best mechanics in Ventura by far. They sell cars too. My mom bought one years ago. Great deal. Don't go to the dealership, go to Muschamp.

I needed a new door for my car and they found me the right one, and helped me put it in my car... which was a hassle for me to do by myself. I got a really good pirce, everywhere else was quoting me more than triple their price. I am very happy with their service.

WE'VE BEEN USING THEM TO BUY CARS FROM THEM WHEN THEY HAD THEIR CAR LOT AND ALSO GETTING OUR MERCEDES MAINTAINED, AND OUR OTHER VEHICLES AS WELL. THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE A GREAT JOB, THE PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY AND A GOOD VALUE AS WELL. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!! I'm honestly surprised they're still in business, because their business antics are so shady, and questionable. Don't be bamboozled by Keven and Leslie, they'll sucker you for every dollar you have and you'll end up with a dud car!!!
