We recently purchased a 2024 Subaru Outback onyx from Tim. We are nothing but thrilled with the entire experience with him. Tim, unlike many car salesman didn t push us to just buy something, he thought about the best option for our family. We tested out many vehicles with the car seat and all the different pros and cons of each. Tim really made us feel welcomed and explained everything in though detail. If we were to purchase another vehicle it would be him. He deserves this review.The dealership was very helpful and family oriented. Very clean and has all the necessities you ll need.Lastly,Adam in financing was beyond helpful to us. He made sure we were looked after and was transparent about the costs associated with the vehicle. At the end of the day this is a business but they were fair with the pricing and didn t add on things we didn t need to begin with. Overall this dealership deserves 5 starts from us.

Mark helped us out with our new 2024 Subaru Crosstrek at the Kirby Subaru of Ventura and we absolutely love it! He was amazing help and very informative. He answered all our questions and made the whole process a smooth and fun experience! I highly recommended asking for Mark when visiting!

Just wanted to say a sincere thank you to Bob "INDY" Thacker for making the whole car buying process so easy and stress free. From the moment we walked on the lot he was attentive, answered all of our questions, and was not pushy (like other dealers on that street...). In the end, we went with a 2024 Subaru Impreza Sport and I couldn't be happier. Thanks again Bob and all of the Kirby Subaru team of Ventura! I just bought my 3rd Subaru. I bought this one from Kirby Subaru of Ventura. The best of all 3 of my purchases of my Subaru's. I got a 2023 Subaru crosstrek limited last year from a different dealership. Didn't want to make that mistake again.. So I 1st went shopping for a new dealership, found it!.,Kirby Subaru VenturaI knew The model and color I wanted. Went online looking at there inventory, and the next day Eric Oland ofKirby Subaru of VenturaReached out to me, I was working at the time and I asked if I could get back later. That night of the superbowl we shared a load of texts. I made a appointment with him for the exact model I already inquired about at the dealership where I got our last Subaru last year. He told me he didn't have that one in-stock but he can get it for me on the day I come in. I came in with my 2012 Subaru impreza. Got an appraisal on it. He located my New Vehicle and told my he can go get it for me and I will have it by dinner. We waited while he went to get it. We brought our dog with us too that day,, they told me they had a dog park at the dealership. We were set somewhere to play with our dog, they had dog treats too..Everyone there was so kind. This was the best deal I ever got out of all my Subaru's too. The Finance Dept was fast and smooth. Not pushy, or hard selling!! We really got everything we wanted. This is our new Subaru Family. This was our first visit to Kirby Subaru of Ventura, and our service was nearly flawless. From communication, service, staff, and the on-site dog park feature, there was only one "huh?" moment. As soon as we got home from *dropping off* our car at the service center for an estimated two week repair, someone called us to see if the service we received was satisfactory, but no service had been performed yet. And a salesperson called to see if wanted to trade in our new-to-us car for a different new car.But other than having to drive 40 minutes to access our nearest Subaru dealer, this one is a well oiled service center that I would recommend to any Subaru owner needing custom service.

I had a great experience exploring leasing and purchasing a Subaru. I worked with Bob "Indy" Thacker, and he guided me through all the great options Kirby Subaru had. I had a great experience, all staff were friendly and professional. I did two test drives over a week period, and when I finally decided to lease a new Solterra, all went great. working with all the different members on the team went smoothly. They want 110% satisfaction! We have a dog, and Kirby Subaru, is a dog friendly establishment, We were able to walk our dog Reese around the property, and in the fenced in dog area. Reese patiently sat with us inside, while we were doing all the paperwork. I'll be buying or leasing my next Subaru at Kirby Subaru of Ventura.

I feel incredibly fortunate to have discovered Subaru of Ventura. Their sales team is exceptional, and it's evident that they were handpicked by their sales manager. They never pressure their customers and always consider every option, whether you're interested in buying a Subaru or from any other car dealership. What sets them apart is that they're confident enough in their product to recommend checking out other dealerships. And they're right - their product truly speaks for itself. The customer service I received was so exceptional that I would recommend anyone to travel thousands of miles just to experience it for themselves. I can't wait to go back for my first oil change and enjoy that top-notch service all over again!!!

Kirby Subaru of Ventura deserves all the praise! I had the best experience working with John, Tim and Val. I have a very limited schedule and needed to do most of the work online before picking up the car. They were so accommodating and totally made the process seamless. I made the drive out to Ventura past the Subaru dealership next to my house based on other reviews and was not disappointed. Traded in my 2021 Lexus IS350 for a 2024 Crosstrek Sport and absolutely love it!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Robert leasing a new car for her and buying a new car for myself. We ve dealt with many dealerships in Southern California, and this one is the best we ve been to. It was worth the 60-90 minute drive from LA to deal with friendly, good-natured people and better prices. Robert made the whole process seamless and explained everything very well. Val and Joey were great too and overall we re very happy to have come to Kirby Subaru of Ventura!

Matthew at Kirby Subaru is your guy! He knows his stuff and makes sure you do too. He was so patient to answer all my questions and give me the honest facts, making my decision to buy my new Crosstrek a breeze. I'm incredibly impressed with Kirby Subaru. After losing my almost new Forester (bought out of state) to an accident recently, I wasn't looking forward to going through the car-buying process again. Kirby turned that around! Rick in sales is absolutely OUTSTANDING and I highly recommend working with him. He repeatedly went out of his way to help me find just the right vehicle and get it set up right. He's also just a super nice guy - easy to work with, flexible, low-pressure and straightforward. Which must be the case with most of Kirby's people because Finance Manager Val Hurt was also fantastic and super helpful. I couldn't recommend this team more. Thank you Kirby!

I had the best experience buying my Brand new Forester at Subaru Ventura, Dale Hicks was the best car sales person ever. I have bought 3 cars in my lifetime and the other times I purchased cars were always an ordeal! This was not. The entire time went very well. I felt very informed about all of the vehicles I test drove, when I made my choice of the car I wanted to buy things went smoothly. Dale showed me around the entire dealership so that I knew where to go for service, parts etc. I met everyone, which was nice. Very friendly staff. He even checked up on me a couple days later in case I had any questions or concerns. I appreciate that kind of service. They don't just sell you a car and send you on your way. Non stressful, non pushy. Im very grateful and will be sure that my son's next new car will be bought there and we will definitely be seeing Dale :)

Just bought the cutest!! Subaru Forester with the help of Francisco. He was so nice, patient, and thorough honestly never met a sales associate like him. I felt no anxiety or stress going through the buying process. Told him what kind of payment we were working with and he totally made it work!!! Super excited for my new car especially knowing how safe a Sabura is going to keep me! Go get yourself a Subaru and make sure to ask for Francisco you will never meet anyone nicer who's willing to do all he can to help you get the car of your dreams!!

I cannot say enought great things about this company. My daughter had been on the hunt for a new vehicle for some time. She had been watching the website. She found the ONE! Beings we are not local to Ventura, this was going to be a day trip for the two of us. I called and spoke to Henery (our salesman) and told him what we were looking at, shared my daughters budget with him as my daughter had also been saving during that time. Explained that we were not looking to finance. With some back and fourth via the phone. We made a deal. The very next day my daughter drover her car off the lot. Henry made this experience seamless and made a young girls day! Thank you Kirby Team!

Hands down-one of the BEST customer service I have ever experienced with a dealership. Mark Evans listened to which features were important to me and shared the info while we test drove without adding sales pressure. He responded immediately when I called/text with additional questions. What's most impressive was after the sale. Kirby takes the company's motto of "Subaru family" to heart. The entire team (Mark, Howard, Val, JP) welcomed me with hands on instructions, tour of the service bay, discounts, free maintenance offers and continued thank you calls and emails. It was truly impressive. I highly recommend buying a Subaru from Kirby of Ventura!! Ask for Mark Evans!

I purchased a brand new 2023 Subaru Wrx limited September 30th with the help of Matthew A and Jordan F. The process was smooth and transparent everything about the deal was on paper over the email, so when we got to the dealership, there was no change so we didnt have to waste time negotiating. that was a big deal because I live quite far away and I didnt want to drive there and not make a purchase. there is a reason why their review is high and it shows. I will definitely be purchasing my next vehicle with Kirby Subaru of Ventura!

Frederick "Rick" Mueller is the best car salesman I've ever met on a car lot (perhaps the best PERSON I've had the chance to meet on a car lot too)! He is so knowledgeable and friendly, I felt instantly welcome and excited knowing that Subaru takes care of their customers and Kirby Subaru (especially Rick) WANT to sell cars and find them their drivers!The entire process was seamless (although time consuming; I mean you are buying a car after all, there's a lot involved) but it was enjoyable! Rick made sure we stayed well hydrated and cool, and even offered some of the best snacks I've ever had! He kept us in the loop on every step of the process, gave great advice both for the cars and financially, and I never once felt confused or uncertain about anything!I have NO IDEA why I would EVER buy another car in the future without Rick involved! We love our new car! Thanks again, Rick!

The salesman I bought my 2024 Crosstrek from, Eric O., is a diamond in the rough. He genuinely cared about whether it was the right car for me, and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. He went over every single detail of my car with me which allowed me to leave with a wealth of knowledge on how to operate the many technological features that come with the Crosstrek Premium that otherwise would ve been complex to learn on my own. He s a genuinely nice and caring person, and if he s still working there when I get my next car, I will absolutely buy from him again.The dealership was also a very friendly and warm atmosphere, devoid of the slimy car salesman vibe that could be expected when buying a car. There s always someone looking to help you with what you need the second you walk in the door.If you re looking for a Subaru, Eric and the Kirby dealership are absolute gems!

I had the best experience at Kirby Subaru of Ventura. I got to work with Austin Dietz, who was absolutely the best to work with. As a young woman who doesn't know much about cars, I was super nervous and anxious to go into a car dealership. This was my first time going through this process on my own, and Austin made it so easy. I was mostly worried about having to interact with the classic pushy salesman, but Austin was nothing like that. He was personable, and made me feel like he was a friend just helping and supporting me to make the best decision for myself. He NEVER pushed, or pressured, or made me feel uncomfortable. He took the time and effort to fully inform me about the 3 different models I was looking at, and shared his own experience with Subaru cars. I also had the best experience with him on the test drive. He walked me through and showed me every feature, and made sure I had all of my concerns addressed. He worked with me on his only 2 days off of the week, and was available for me via email and phone, but mostly kept to email which was my preferred method of communicating. I had some horrible experiences at other dealers during the week, and the test drives with them paled in comparison. I feel truly good about my decision and I'm so happy with my new Subaru. Austin was warm, welcoming, understanding, and truly wanted to understand and help me through all of my worries and concerns. I will always go back to him. Thank you!!!!!

Rick (Fredrick) Mueller at Kirby Subaru in Ventura made the purchase of my 2024 Forester the best auto purchase from a dealer in my entire life (I am 65 years old, so I have dealt with many dealerships). He was knowledgeable, detailed oriented, and friendly without being pushy. He even walked me over to the Kia auto dealership to put me in touch with a recommended salesman in order to do a test drive on a Sportage. I could relax around him so I could just focus on my research, test drives, and purchase. He knew all the answers to my questions without the salesman talk . He was warm and personable. I highly recommend meeting with Rick if you intend to buy a Subaru. I am extremely happy with my purchase after intense research.

We recently purchased our first Subaru at Kirby Subaru of Ventura. From the moment my family walked onto the lot, we felt welcome and everyone we interacted with was kind and respectful, even to the point of quickly drying of a damp bench for my son to sit down. We specifically worked with Ricky in purchasing our new Ascent. He was super knowledgable about the car and never once did we feel pressure to make any decisions. Ricky worked with us to get a great deal in trading in our old car and made sure we got exactly what we wanted in our new Subaru. He kept in contact via text and calls as they prepared our car and even after we drove off, he has been quick to respond to any questions we have. Val in the finance department is so sweet and took the time to explain all options available for warranties and all other finance aspects. She never once pressured or tried to "upsell" us anything, plus she was super respectful in knowing our ties to the military. We also met JP who will help teach us more about the specific details of the tech and features of the car. We look forward to building our new car relationship with other members of the Kirby Subaru of Ventura family.

Robert was so helpful, and I feel no pressure in buying this car. My wife and I enjoyed the time that we were at the dealership.

I am so happy to have met my new favorite car salesman, Rick Mueller. Hands down, the best experience I have ever had leasing a vehicle. From my first casual visit to endless texts over trim and color. Rick, you are a patient man. Little did I know I was purchasing a spaceship. Rick walked me through all the features in detail, grabbed my attention back when he saw my eyes start to glaze over. I learned more about a gas cap than I knew possible. I am blown away with what this car can do, I am fairly certain it is smarter than me. I am so happy I made the move to Subaru, I am never leaving!

I recently purchased a new Crosstrek at Kirby Subaru of Ventura. I was looking around at several other Subaru dealerships also, but Kirby gave me the best deal.My salesperson was Eric Oland. He was friendly, patient, and helpful. He took his time, explaining every detail and features of the Crosstrek. The paperwork was simple and straightforward which Eric explained to me through out the entire process. I also got a tour of the facility, which is very helpful when I have to service my car. The whole process was hassle free and stress free.I highly recommend Kirby Subaru of Ventura and Eric Oland, great customer service. Overall, I'm really happy with my decision to purchase from Kirby Subaru. I can't thank them enough.

Best car buying experience ever!! Bruce Holly is so amazing and helpful! He introduced us to Tim Miller who showed us only the cars we requested, helped us understand the different features, helped through the financing process (which was a bit of a challenge for the great finance lady because of some credit issues) and kept us informed at every step of the way. We walked in looking for a car and left 2 and 1/2 hours later with the transaction completed and a be vehicle to drive home. I would recommend Kirby Subaru to anyone looking for a car and I am going to bring another daughter in next week to buy a second vehicle!!

I just signed a lease on an Impreza and I love it!!!!!!!! Rick and the whole Subaru team there were absolutely amazing. Rick especially took the time to answer all of my questions (and my parents questions lol). He showed us everything about the car and made the whole lease process such a breeze.
