I recently had my car serviced at Kirby Kia in Ventura, and let me tell you, it was a breeze! They were right on time, getting my car in and out exactly when promised. Also my service advisor Geoffrey Guinto squeezed in an open recall I had on my car and took care of it which thankfully saved me a trip back.The service itself was excellent. The team at Kirby Kia handled everything swiftly and efficiently, leaving my car feeling like new.But what really impressed me was their friendliness and helpfulness. They took the time to explain everything and genuinely seemed to care about my satisfaction.Overall, I highly recommend Kirby Kia in Ventura for all your car maintenance needs. They're fast, friendly, and know how to get the job done right!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Kirby Kia in Ventura. We saw a vehicle we liked online, and so reached out. John G. was positive, professional, and patient as we reviewed vehicle options at a few different places. Samantha worked with us on pricing, and was very fair and helpful, as well. The process was simple, and everyone we met there was genuinely friendly. We would definitely recommend Kirby Kia to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

When it comes to Kirby Kia of Ventura I highly recommend Trevor! Trevor is such an awesome employee of this location. He is very knowledgeable and makes sure he helps you get what you want. He goes above and beyond for his clients. I bought my first car from this location and then sent another referral to him. Then someone totaled my car and I once again went back to Trevor. He has excellent customer service skills. 10/10 always!

We were in and out within a few hours! Trevor was absolutely fantastic, this was our first time leasing a car...or actually getting a car in general (we moved to Cali from Brooklyn), and Trevor made the whole experience SO seamless! He was super clear and patient. He let us each test drive the car individually, explained all the specs and made sure we completely understood how the car works and all of its features and advantages. He walked us through the entire leasing process so thoughtfully, and was such a joy to work with. We feel completely held and supported by Trevor and the entire Kia team. Absolutely a 10/10 experience! Thank you Trevor!

I would give Kirby Subaru's team six stars if I could. The sales process was incredibly smooth, and the team made me feel like a part of their family, not just a customer at a car dealership. Unlike other places, there were no sleazy salespeople here. Everyone was genuine and took the time to care about their customers. They even offered different solutions that they might not have at their dealership. It's not every day that a sales manager personally acknowledges you for buying a car. The sales and customer service at Kirby Subaru are far above what I've experienced elsewhere, and I would definitely purchase a Subaru from them any time. It's impressive that a dealership actively recruits their sales staff; it means they have a discerning eye for talent and are willing to invest in building a strong team. As a manager myself, I understand the value of having a dedicated sales team that you have personally handpicked. It ensures that everyone is working towards a common goal, and there is a shared commitment to success rather than just a desire to make a quick sale. Lars was incredible, and I will purchase a car from him anywhere he is employed.

I m always nervous when buying a new car. It can take up so many hours of your day and at the end you may not have gotten the deal or vehicle you wanted. This was not the case with Kia of Ventura. Gorge was very helpful and even met with me outside his regular schedule. I only had a few hours before I had to go to work so I didn t think I was going to be leaving in a new car. Again not the case. I love my new car. Thank you to Gorge and Kia of Ventura for giving me the best car shopping experience.

Car dealerships are normally a pain to deal with, but we had an excellent experience leasing a new Kia EV6 at Kirby Kia of Ventura. I can't say enough good things about our sales consultant, Jonathan Garcia. He spent a lot of time with us going over many of the countless features on the car, worked with us to get the deal we wanted, and after the lease was completed sat again with us to go over some more of the car's features.As is always the case, it's important to do a lot of research ahead of time so you know what a fair deal looks like, and then push back when you are "offered" features you don't want. But Jonathan and his sales manager worked with us to get to the point we'd settled on before hand.

Came here earlier this year in January to get my car serviced and had a horrible experience. (Keep in mind that all I came to do was get my window motor replaced). Once I dropped my car off (10:15am) I was told by my service advisor that it should be an easy fix and was promised that my car would be ready before 3pm. Not to be cliche but when things are promised, expectation are now created. 4 hours pass and it was now 3pm and I had not heard back from the dealership. Delays happen, super understandable but I just thought it was odd that there was no communication from the dealership s end. I keep in mind that the dealership closed at 5pm this day so I just made sure to keep a close eye on the time with the expectation that my car would be done shortly. It was now 4:45 (15 minutes until closing), I call the dealership wondering if maybe they just forgot to inform me that my car was now ready. Turns out my service adviser left for the day and forgot to get in contact with me in regards to my car. Don t really make a big deal about it because we are all human and forget things sometimes. Unfortunately, the lady I spoke with on the phone let me know that I wouldn t be able to be picking up my vehicle today due to the service department not having the necessary part in stock and was expected to wait/ leave my car for 4 days while I wait for the part to deliver. Super annoyed at this point because I drove 45 minutes to get to the dealership since Kirby Kia is the closest to me and did not make accommodations to get home due to being promised my car that same day. Ended the call by requesting to receive a call back from the manager can you guess? Never heard back from him. I attempted to reach him 4 different times and heard nothing. Finally, day 3 of waiting for my car I received a call back *not from the manager* in regards to some apologies. She also made another promise which was to fill up my car with gas to make up for the experience. Days later receive a TEXT that my car was ready. Given the circumstances, I kind of expected they would have better communication and at least give me a call. I get to the dealership to pick up my car and ask to see a copy of what was done on my car. I noticed there was nothing stating that my car was filled up with gas. I informed the service advisor that I was promised by the lady on the phone that they would fill up my car. They state they forgot and left to fill up my car.Left very upset with this dealership and just wish they could have at least told me from the beginning that I should expect to leave my car for 2-3 days. Super unprofessional with the lack of communication from this dealership. Also weird, how promises were made yet not fulfilled.Today I came in and tried this dealership again because I am a firm believer that you shouldn t let 1 bad experience ruin something for you. Was quoted $230 for an oil change a FREAKING OIL CHANGE. Literally made me laugh out loud when I heard the price. I asked why the price was so high and looks like there was multiple add-ons that I did not consent to. I informed my service advisor and she removed them now dropping the price by $50. Having no experience around cars, I only knew something was up since I have been to other Kia dealerships before and never have been estimated so high for an oil change. Felt like I was trying to be taken advantage of especially since I have been to other dealerships and have been charged way less to have more done. Kirby Kia, do better!

Very positive experience buying a new Kia Sportage at Kirby Kia. Guillermo was helpful and knowledgeable in helping us find the exact model we wanted. Mark helped us with the setup, very professional. I really appreciated the fact that no one tried the hard sell with us. Let the car do the selling! We visited two other dealerships, and Kia was the clear winner. Would highly recommend checking them out if you're in the market for a new or used car.

I'm not easily impressed but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Kirby Kia of Ventura. I contacted the dealership with my requirements for a new lease. They got back to me and said they were able to meet those requirements. There was no back and forth, no pressure tactics, and no haggling whatsoever. I went in and completed the whole process within an hour. The vehicle was absolutely beautiful. When you make a good product, it sells itself. The whole process was so easy that I kept expecting a catch but there was none. I highly recommend this dealership and my sales manager John Gonzales!

Samantha and Guillermo made the stressful and strenuous process of purchasing a vehicle so much easier. They were very professional, no-nonsense, and didn t give me the usual runaround many other dealerships had. They answered all of my questions, honored my budget, and above all they were kind. My only regret is not having gone to this Kia dealership first before all others.

I stopped by twice on 12/26 and 12/27 2023 to look at a specific used vehicle. While I chose to not purchase the vehicle, I left knowing I d been treat with respect and no hard sales tactics were tried. I dealt with Johnathan, Mark and Howard and one Lady that I can t remember the name of and all were great.I wouldn t hesitate to return to or recommend this dealership.

So my engine light came on in my 2014 Kia Optima. I love my car, it has 76000 miles, bought it new right off the inside display floor. I worked with Jennifer Caselman as my service coordinator, she is the best! The code in diagnostic showed problem with the turbo. Ugh! But a week later, my car was returned to me. An adjustment was done to the turbo and engine light is off and car is running. Everything was done under warranty, woohoo! It's very frustrating to face possible repairs on your vehicle. Hopefully if you do, you will be fortunate to get someone like Jennifer who will keep you informed and do their best to have a positive outcome. Thank Kirby Kia, appreciate you keeping my beautiful Kia running.

I would not recommend Kirby Kia to get your car serviced unless you want to wait 3 hours for a $150 oil change.I moved across the country from NJ and needed to get my oil changed after the long drive. I scheduled an appointment for 10:45am on Friday, March 8th and showed up a few minutes after my appointment time. I was quoted a 2 hour wait for an oil change, which was longer than usual, but they said they were very busy so I said that was okay. I walked around, found a coffee shop, and came back in 1.5 hours to check on the wait. At 12:30, they said my car was still in line with at least 2 cars ahead of mine and it would take another 1.5 hours, probably being ready by 2pm. I understand that they said they were short staffed (apparently 4 people called out today) but waiting 3 hours for an oil change is absurd. They also said the workers were on lunch, which I think if you bring your car in at 10:45 it should be completed before everyone goes on lunch. If I had known it was 3 hours I would have planned my day for that, but as I'm new to the area, I didn't have anyone to give me a ride home and back. They did offer me a ride "in the local area" but, again, I don't know the area and didn't want to wait around another 1.5 hours. I decided to take my car and leave because I did not have another 1.5 hours to waste sitting at the dealership. Unfortunately, I will probably be brining my car elsewhere to be serviced.

Car shopping these days is not an enjoyable experience with high prices and loan rates, however dealing with Guillermo and the rest of the staff at Kirby was great! Guillermo was straight forward and willing to help us figure out our best option. He even came in on his day off to help us get the deal done. Thanks to the staff at Kirby and so far we love the car.

Went in for a routine inspection. Immediately after went to the nearby costco to get gas, and while in the front of the line my car wouldn t start. Took me a minute or two to realize the battery connection was loose. Very inconvenient and sloppy. Not sure if i d want to bring my car back in for anything major.

I love this dealership as much as I love my new 2024 Kia Sportage! I highly recommend Kirby Kia since they make it so quick and easy and are so attentive to your wishes!! Im based out of Los Angeles but it is hands down worth the trip to Ventura to test drive and enjoy fresh beach air! John Gonzalez and Samantha are my go to salespeople team and I look forward to seeing them every new lease! By far the most mellow and friendly non pushy team of professionals I have ever met in the sales world!

I have enjoyed using Nathan in the service department for my car for the last few years. Nathan is beyond tremendous and delivers exceptional service every time. That s why I m willing to pay $500 to have it delivered at this dealership instead of a mile away at another dealership.It just wouldn t be fair for them to try to deliver such high standards I am used to and I would end up disappointed. Then I would end up coming to Nathan to fix their mistakes.so as of now I will just come to Kirby Kia in Ventura.
