Absolutely Excellent ! We have a property management Chevy Express box truck that the transmission went out in which we needed back on the road, fast ! Everywhere around said it would be weeks (5-7 business days to get the transmission delivered and then 3-5 days to replace it). Brandon Hays sourced a transmission and replaced it in 3 days ! He and his team were super professional, polite, and helpful from the first call. I drove them crazy with questions which they handled very cooly and kindly. I had a small issue on my 2017 MKC engine skid plate while vacationing in Ventura. Call them on a Friday afternoon, arrived 15 minutes later and the plate was reinstalled in 10 minutes. The amazing part was that they did not charge me. They realized I would be driving back to Oregon the next day and went out of their way to help. Some companies might have wanted to sell me a new plate, but they just wanted to help me. Anyone living near Ventura should trust this company. They are solid.

I took my car there on several occasions to fix my cars ignition problem. It wasn't fixed after replacing several things. One thing after another was replaced and then I still had pinging. Plugs were replaced and carburetor cleaned and got the car back still pinging. I called again to have a starting problem solved. They wouldn't have my business because I gave a low review. In stead of making it better they wouldn't fix my car. I spent over $1600 there and my problem wasnt fixed. Why would i give a good review? They told me one thing after another.. had to go somewhere else after spending way too much money there. So yes you still have a low score.

Hays has a very non-intimidating atmosphere- my car trouble was explained simply, plainly, and in a way I could easily understand. They did an amazing job on my car, and didn't try to convince me that I needed any unnecessary or extra repairs! I will be coming back for any future repairs!

Perfectionist. Courteous, and very helpful. Well recommended by my family and I recommend them to everyone. This place is the best! I've had my Jaguar XJ-8 in there twice. Very professional, very fair pricing. Nice, clean shop. I absolutely recommend these guys!

I was recommended by another performance shop to go to Hayes auto. They replaced my gas tank. I was having filling issues.They were very honest and got it done.I will bring my other car to them as well.I won t just go to anyone.The total was actually lower then the quoted price.Im glad I took my truck to them.

Requested a bumper to bumper safety inspection - they never checked the rear brakes, but said they were good. Once I insisted they check more thoroughly, the rear brakes were bad, and master cylinder bad.Reuben had no problem trying to sell a throttle body cleaning though. SMH.

Wouldn't ever recommend this spot for anything complete waste of time and money fr they really just put the check engine scanner and just left it there for the whole weekend instead of letting me get it same day! I drove it there and never had any issues with my battery and when im getting it back they left me with a dead battery and straight lied saying it came dead like forsure it didn't and i regret paying 120 to those clowns just to get my codes scanned and drained my battery (I told them the codes its reading already) so am i getting charged for storage fee or what did I actually pay for?

I won't take my jeep anywhere else! I trust Ruben and his team to take care of things and have yet to be disappointed. The company I work for takes all our vehicles there which is how I found them. Great shop!

Hays is great. It's nice going to an autoshop that doesn't try to oversell me on work my car doesn't need. These guys only recommend what is actually needed, and charge fair prices for it.

Took friend by see if could be seen same day for brakes n rotors. Left car with them and they going squeeze us in and 3 hours later he done!

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is dishonest , and still charge you. I don't recommend them for any ignition interlock device installation or anything else due to the fact that they lie.

They take good care of your car, have very reasonable prices and they don't try to talk you into work that your car doesn't need. In my opinion, a very honest repair shop.

Went in for an alignment and 5 days later my car pulls to both sides if my car gets any small bump. Going back after I called them and we will see how they treat me
