Daniel the owner is a "Joke "! I brought my motorhome to his shop after explaining the problem to him on the phone.He asked for the year, make, and model so he knew before I should up. So when I arrived there next day he tells me (after waiting 15 min.) that he could not work on it because it was to old. It's a 79 Dodge, come on man it's a lot easier than the new ones,..I walked �way while his jaw was still Jackin..He'sis Not a nice person and smelled like alcohol...too bad and sooo sad.

Took in for a leak and inspecting vent fan and checking electrical system. After work was done, Picked up and took to storage. Went to check after the rain since I always do that after any fresh installs. Decided to look around and noticed the leak still happening. Was charged $277.50 to replace a gasket at the water pump and test after. Also noticed two screws on the newly installed fan were loose. I emailed to have this fixed, told to bring it back in. Looking like another water pump was needed. There was back and forth on fixing this. Since, from a customers perspective the leak wasn t fixed and I was about to be charged again. The leak continued on the other side of the water pump. They used some wider screws for the fan and I took it back to fix the water pump myself. It took me, a first time changing a water pump, 30 minutes. My labor for fan install was $370, a replacement that just required drilling out rivets and replacement and dicor. Plus testing electrical. Labor for about $832 and parts $312. Giving two stars for agreeing to partial refund of not fixing the leak. I understand shop time charges but don t agree with those charges when things aren t fixed right. I ve since sold the trailer and have a bigger rig that I won t bring here.

RETURNED DAMAGED. Power saw chewed door frame and door. Cabinets, doors, fridge, furnishings ect. coated in saw dust. Shower basin finish ground off, now gray where caulking was removed. Basin also covered in unremovable manufacturing adhesive.

RV repair facilities are swamped with more work than they can handle. Yet when my coach water pump failed, H& H took my coach in immediately and replaced the pump on the same day to get us back on the road. Excellent service. They will always be my first choice for RV repair.

I was extremely happy with the work that Dan and Daniel did on my RV and my car. I had them install a tow plate on my car and they did a great job, looks very professionally installed. While I was there I asked about a door adjustment on the RV and they looked at it right away. We decided that it would need more time so we set an appt and it was fixed that same day. I would highly recommend them and I will take my RV to them again, and so should you.

Reliable repair service and friendly staff. They have worked on both our motorhome and off road trailer. They are very busy and it takes awhile to get an appointment.

I called steve he got out to me very next day. Fixed my issues with my toilet had me going again. And very reasonable. Thank you Steve your the bomb I will definitely be calling him again.

Dan was super to work with. Bought a used T/T from private party and took it to H & H to get a Equalizer hitch put on it. VERY fair and reasonable with ALL prices and service charges. Ended up getting the Eq. Hitch, brake controller, new deep cycle battery and a power cord for the trailer along with a new connector for the trailer light cord. They also gave me a reference to a tire shop for new tires for the coach and they were excellent also. Can't say enough good about H & H. They are my store of choice. Very ethical and a great business to have in your community. Thank You. Gene.

They were able to get the water pump replaced quickly with a reasonable price in my RV. They weren't grumpy either, like a lot of other repair places I've been to. It was nice to be able to dump the tanks and get propane also.

These guy's Dan and Daniel know there stuff. I took my Scion xb in about 4 weeks ago to have them set it up as a dinghy for flat towing. I picked it up a week later with my RV and backed it up to my car and they showed me how to hook it all up, it's a Blue Ox system and the brake system that puts the cars brakes on when I brake the RV is under the dashboard by my left knee. Its just got a toggle switch On/Off is all and its about the size of a pack of cigarettes. Works fantastic.

H & H RV Repair & Storage was recommended to me just a few months ago and I have been very pleased. Over the past 29 years, I have owned numerous recreational vehicles (tent trailer, travel trailers, toyhauler & motorhomes). Both Dan and Daniel are very experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of RV repair. They have been absolutely wonderful to do business with that I drive 85 miles out of my way. If you want the best in RV repair and service, bring your vehicle to H&H, I am sure you will not be disappointed!

The service person is a flat out liar. He kept telling me that he would be here that day and then not show up, not even a courtesy phone call. I called and talked to him 3 times and my gal talked to him once. Each time he said when he would come and then didn't show up.I finally ordered my own parts from Amazon and am now awaiting my order and I'll fix it myself.

Great service. I called up as a newby RV'er thinking I had a bad gas problem. The guy I spoke to asked what model I had and new exactly what I needed to do for a quick fix. He could of said anything and taken me for a ride. Honest and easy.

I was Daniel's biggest customer for several years. I was one of his biggest fans, and referred many people to him. I've sent dozens of my rental motor homes to him for repair. Then things changed. Now I refuse to go there and do not recommend them to anyone, even if you are desperate. He's used up his 9 lives with me.

Was leaving for Yellowstone the next day. Had an issue with my gas detector. He got me in that morning, fixed my problem and had me on the road In under 2 hours. Thanks guys! You rocked it!
