Been about a month and still waiting for my estimate, and thus so is my client. They used to be more efficient as they've done glass for my associate tile jobs, but now... AIM FULLER is a different story. "Call ahead to schedule an appointment to be in the office" kinda hours... I get it, but i got a business to run as well. Different management for sure.

Every once in a while we need a window repaired or custom glass made. Most recently I needed a custom cut, 50 inch mirror to fit a vintage vanity for my daughter. Fuller's technicians had it ready in less than 4 hours! And at a price less than half of any internet site. In my opinion, top notch local service and fair prices, why go elsewhere?

Fuller Paint and Glass and the team there on Thompson are awesome. I had a great customer experience with them. Had some good UV blocking efficient panes of glass replaced on my sliding doors and the installers were professional. I ve also bought some plexiglass from Fuller before. I would buy from them again.

I've been going here since 2007. I think it has a different manager now, and he was so pushy and dismissive, I wanted to ask him if all his days were like this. Hope he feels better tomorrow. If he doesn't, Ventura Glass is a few doors down....

A great experience while rediscovering one of Ventura s historic family owned businesses. Rhonda, the owner, showed personal concern with my glass tub enclosure project. She called me with updates and made sure the job got done right. Joe and his assistant (I didn t get that name), did a careful and professional installation. I also have to give Kevin his kudos. Every time I walk into Fuller paint and glass, Kevin greets me with a cheerful hello . He treats everybody with cheerful respect. I will continue to support this extraordinary family owned business whenever given the opportunity, and I urge others from Midtown to all of Ventura county to do the same.

Fuller called 7 days ago, said screens were ready, someone coming by later to reinstall. I haven't heard a peep from them since. I've called 5 times into office and have been met with "Sorry, can't make it out, can't give you a day/time, we'll call you". Rhonda has 5 messages into her, and hasn't call me back. I've finally have had enough and decided to lodge a BBB complaint and write this review. Fingers crossed I get my screens back at some point. How does a company operate like this?

Rhonda called and made sure I would be taken care of. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication in the very beginning, but we straightened it out! I appreciate that they really care about their customers..I can understand that being in business myself. Thanks Rhonda, and I will be referring my customers to Fuller Paint & Glass as need be!

I had a great experience with a special glass order. Kevin, who handled my order, was helpful and friendly. Everyone who I have dealt with have been great. I would definitely do business there again.
