I've been buying all of my parts from this place for 12 years, I recently bought an alternator from them and it broke the next day 1000 miles away from home I called them and they told me to bring the receipt for the new alternator and they would give me a refund. I just went in to get my refund and they were asking for the core they said nothing about them needing the core when I called, but they were asking for the core when I just went in to get a refund. "I had to trade the core in get the new alternator as we all now". To add insult the manager tells me to call the company I bought the part from to get the core back. Come on we both now that core is long gone its been 2 months. I know it's a drop in the bucket, but they have lost me as a customer. This is your auto parts connection. If its not instock they will have it same day or next day. I have purchased parts here for half what the parts stores want.The staff here always eager to help and will save you money. Most parts are lifetime guaranteed!

I have been buying parts from Fast Undercar for years, great service for shop or dealer. Public can walk in, just know they are parts people, not mechanics. But nice.

This place has the lowest price for car part prices in any place I have ever seen and even then in the other places they don't have it in stock and you have to wait for it. Usually they have it in stock.

The reviews for this Auto Supply must all be done Buy employees who are being paid to give five stars because this company and is Branch store in Newbury Park have the worst service that I have ever seen. After being treated deplorably by the manager Beast at the Newbury Park location I called to let Vincent at the corporate office no with terrible service was given and he sounded like he was completely bored and watching butterflies floating above his head. The Beast is probably his wife or something. Long and short this is the worst auto supply that I've ever dealt with in my life. However if you would like it good friendly customer orientated experience I would suggest going to AutoZone above undercar anytime. AutoZone has the same prices much better customer service and employees that know what they're talking about when you go to get a part from them. Don't forget AutoZone is the store you want to be at!
