Just had an awesome experience with Dylan! I m visiting from out of town and my car threw a code that would have made it unsafe to return home, but Dylan found the problem quickly and gave me the run down on the most budget solution for my situation right now and what I can do in the future to stay ahead of the issue. I m grateful a friend recommended him to me, he s super honest and a straight shooter. Which is a relief cause the shop I went to before was quoting me at least $600! This exchange returned my faith in mechanics - they re not all scum, lol.

Excellent car repair shop! They show you, not just tell you what's wrong with your car. I was blessed to find Dylan's! I am female so sometimes we get taken advantage of, but not at Dylan's. I will be taking my car for my car repairs at Dylan's from now on. Thank you Sandra, Jesus and other staff members for fixing my car!! You guys are the real deal!Service: Exhaust

We broke down on a Monday morning. When we called they said they were strapped today but would do the best they can to help us. Not only did they diagnose and order the part in 5 minutes of us arriving, they also got the car finished in 3 hours. They squeezed us in despite being busy and took care of us quickly. This is a HUGE thing for my family because we have 4 children and no other vehicle as we were out of town. I could not be happier with their service.

Over a year ago my driver side window regulator stopped working. Brought my van into Dylan's for repair. Last week the new regulator broke. I rarely drive my van. Only driven around 3000 miles in 18 months. Dylan's repaired the window for no charge even though it was a bit out of warranty....because of the little use the window had. Thank you Dylan's for backing up your work, and parts!! I appreciate that you took the extra step with my vans window issue. You have definitely earned my gratitude, and loyalty!

*DEAF CUSTOMER* I took my car to this shop. The engine was in bad shape. Dylan took time to communicate via text and written paper with me. He gave me a few options to replace an engine. The price is very reasonable! He is open and clear explanation of diagnosis and repair options. You do not see ANY shop that does the same. If you see this review, take your car to Dylan's right away! I was referred by a friend to go to this shop and didn't dissapoint me twice.

A+ experience and I am critical and skeptical of mechanics. Dylan and his team are very personable, never hesitate to take the time to discuss issues and options with you. Very honest and straightforward and some of the lowest prices I've seen. Couldn't be happier knowing I have a dependable mechanic in my town. Thank you Dylan. Give him a try, I highly doubt you'll ever take your car elsewhere.

Dylan and his crew are top notch. Always polite and accommodating at every level. This past visit was an overheating of the cooling system on our Westphalia Van. Not the easiest vehicle to work on. But Dylan's diagnosed and solved the problem in short order. They saved the day!

This shop is amazing and such a blessing to us. Our air conditioning stopped working in Baker between Vegas and Ventura. We made it somehow to Ventura but everything was closed when we arrived. The next day I had a flight out of LAX. We call Dylan's just before it open and Dylan had a very busy day but as it happened he got a last minute cancellation. In order to make my flight we had to leave the shop by 12 pm. Well miracles happen we got on the road at 12:10 pm and the car worked great!!! Thank you guys for saving us so much money and time!!!!Richard and Olenka Flynn

Dylan's Automotive is where I regularly have my car serviced plus whatever else needs to be done. They are friendly, efficient, and honest. I trust them and, for me, that is my first desire in giving my business to somebody.

I still drive my 2002 Escalade with 434,057 miles on it, and I will only let Dylan's Automotive touch it. They are thorough, friendly, and price is great.Thank you guys for keeping my car running, I hope for another couple of hundred miles.......

This is one of the rare automotive mechanics that prides in honest and quality work. I mentioned in a previous review that the mechanic may have made an error and charged me for it, and the owner personally called me to make sure that I didn't have any ill feelings and assured me that if they made an error, they wouldn't pass the bill onto the customer. The phone call won me over because it showed me that the owner really cares about each customer and prides itself in honesty, which is rare in the automotive business.I love how Adrian (one of the mechanics) loves his job, is friendly and very enthusiastic in working with his customers. He goes out of the way in making sure the customer is satisfied and making sure that the job is completed on-time even if it's a last minute job. Thank you for your honesty!

It was the first time I paid a bill at mechanic it was way lower than I thought it would be. These guys put a lot of work into my car to find out if it was a lost cause or if it was still salvageable. In the end the car was too far gone but the guys were great and thorough. The owner took like 30 minutes to help me with the options. I will totally go here from now on.

Honest & Excellent Service . Thought I needed a new motor after taking it to other places took it to Dylan for another opinion he took the time to find out the problem and fix it . Elliott Automotive is located here to great service top-notch, they got right to the problem fix my heat shield and I was out of there 15minutes wow great service the young man that works there is fantastic will be back and tell a friend!!!Good p
