Had to have my car towed to a mechanic. I spoke to Doug about the problem and it was diagnosed quickly, the parts were ordered and I was able to pick up the car relatively quick. I appreciated the follow up text a couple days later asking how my car was doing. Knowledgeable, kind and friendly - -

NEVER AGAIN, Beware!!! My first experience was OK. They replaced the Serpentine belt on my BMW and the service was good, although it was pricier than other shops.Two weeks later a hose for the Radiator cracked and left me stranded. I called and confirmed with Doug that they were available to repair the problem. He said yes so, I had it towed in. My car sat for two days before anyone could look at it, I finally received a call confirming that it was a cracked hose flange.BUT, Doug informed me that I would also need to replace the Thermostat totaling $1,350 and possibly the water Pump for an additional $1,000. I declined replacing the Thermostat and Water Pump and requested that they just fix the Hose.*To my surprise, Doug stated that he refused to do any work on my car unless I replace the additional parts totaling $1,350 minimum, no doubt they would have replaced the water pump too for an additional $1,000.So, needless to say I was forced to have my car towed again to another repair shop (it turned out to be a blessing) where the hose flange was replaced, totaling $273.26 and fixed the next day. Car is running great, looks like I did not need the Thermostat and Water Pump after all.Shame on you Dependable Car Care...

These guys were really nice, it s hard to find a place that doesn t try to tax you more because you re a female going in by yourself. I found the prices to be fair and they worked with my busy schedule. I had told them it was okay to keep my car overnight but ended up needing my car the same day and they were able to accommodate. Doug is who I spoke to most and he was very informative and respectful. I appreciate the service here and will be back!

This is one of the first auto shops I've have to deal with in a long time. But they were recommended to me by my warranty company. My transmission went out on my car and I was sent here. Doug and his team got my car the day after it broke down. He called me as soon as they had it. Then called again verifying what it needed, what my warranty would pay, what I had to pay, and it was fixed within a week. Very efficient, informative, friendly shop.

I needed the brakes done on my car and my check engine light came on as well. I looked up mechanics in my area and saw that Dependable car care had an incredibly high rating. I decided to give them a try and I was beyond pleased with thier customer service, pricing, and the work that they did. Doug had to be one of the nicest guys I've ever met and really gave me many options for my mechanical problems. I will definitely be going back to them and I highly recommend this company. They now have a customer for life.

So far so good. I had front axles replaced on my 07 Ridgeline. Had a small issue with repair. That's when the service really shined. Very pleased. They really want to do right by the customer. I'll update you on how it turns out.3/20 Well, got the truck back. All is perfect. Provided OEM parts option. So refreshing finding a local service center that gives large dealer results with personal flavor, without the feeling that their raking you over the coals.Thank You Dan.

I brought in our 1982 Chevy S-10. It had some battery charging issues sorted out and window switch wire soldered back in place since a new part is no longer available. I have been coming to Dependable Car Care for years.Wonderful service and customer support. Dan, Doug and the boys always take such great care of my vehicle. I absolutely trust everything they do. The name says it all.This shop is top notch! I was in yesterday getting a new gel cellbattery, windshield wipers, oil change and maintenance vehicle check. The guys at dependable car care were able to locate the problem of why my check engine light was on. Also it only took about a day to a day in a half to fix it. Not only are the prices reasonable but the guys are honest and upfront. I highly recommend dependable car care if you need your car looked and worked on

I went in to Dependable Car Care because they were recommended to me. My vehicle was having starter issues and the driver side window was not rolling up correctly. Dan was very accommodating and was able to take my car in the same day and the work was done by the next day. Everything works perfectly now and I am so glad to have somewhere to take my car and have it worked on by people I trust. Highly recommend!!

Excellent auto shop if your looking for a dependable auto expert. My concerns and questions were answered in regards to the issues I was having with my 2000 F150. They were able to fit me in the day I called, completed the work within the day and now my truck is running smooth as can be. Took my truck in for a noise coming from the front suspension when making a full turn into a driveway or parking space. I had the lower control arms replaced seven months ago by dependable care for leaking ball joints. The issue was corrected. I saw a great improvement in performance. The shop could not recreate the noise while having the mechanic test drive the truck. The shop took the liberty of calling me in to drive the truck with the mechanic so that I could demonstrate how the noise was being created. The mechanic was able hear the noise. The truck was kept 3 days to analyze and inspect the front suspension to determine where the noise was coming from. In the end the shock absorbers were replaced. I hope this will correct the issue after driving for a bit.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Dan and his employees are very professional and their service is always very timely. They provide Uber also if needed which is very convenient if you re at work. I haven t had any trouble w/my vehicles since i started using them. Best mechanics in the business!!
