The great part of this experience is that I was kept up-to-date continuously. The inspection was fantastic followed up by detailed pictures my car was in great shape. There were some minor recommendations, but zero pressure. In fact, it was recommended I wait till the next service. Their oil change special was far and above a much better deal than the dealer. Definitely recommend Concurs Motor to anyone serious about keeping their cars in great running order

Brought my bmw here because i ve heard they are great on european cars. They diagnosed the problem very quickly and they were able to find a warranty on the part that failed on my car. Which led me to getting it replaced for free at bmw. The team at concours is very knowledgeable and trustworthy.

Mark and his team are excellent in helping me resolving issues with my car. They did very thorough job in checking all possible causes. I was in Ventura for a short stay while encountering issues with my car. Their work made my stay worry free. Thank you!

Concours Motors is my go-to for repairs. They always do a great job, communicate throughout the process, and have exceptional customer service. Sochi even helped me how to finally get my new phone synched with my car. I wouldn't go anywhere else for BMW maintenance and repairs.

Always a good experience with this business. On this particular occasion, I was able to book my appointment the day before, get in early, I have my car back before noon. Diagnostics and repairs are quick. Staff is always professional, competent and super friendly. I highly recommend Concours Motors for your European automobile.

I ve taken my BMW here for a couple years now and every experience has been positive from start to finish. They re nice, honest and do quality work. We actually take our other car, a Toyota to their sister shop- Asian auto tech. Highly recommend!!!

Concours motors is a top tier establishment. They make you feel completely in the loop with every repair that needs to be made, aswell as doing it in a timely manner.I came in with a leaking 06 T1N Sprinter and Mark was extremely accommodating to my situation getting me up and out within just two business days.Thank goodness for the kind folks here, I highly recommend this shop!

Xochitl Garcia always greets me with a smile and went above and beyond with my repair on my daughter's car recently..like patiently working with the third party extended warranty company for two days!.. Not only did she get them to honor the warranty but she had the car fixed even sooner than what was expected. % professional!

We had a mishap heading north on 101- we went to Concours and they were AMAZING! They repaired our car quickly and thoroughly, made recommendations as to what services my car would need next and had us on our way. Their technicians are specialist in German cars. They lent us a loaner as well. Since we stayed in Ventura, Xochitl recommended a great manicurist. So happy we found Concours!

It s Always a Pleasure to take our BMW In for a service appointment at Concours Motors in Ventura!As soon as you walk through the front door, you are greeted with Hi Bill, Hi Pati from Sochi and Matt, Service Advisors and Phil, and the Manager. And J R Luna, the owner, if he s in very early) Their Customer Service is Outstanding. They text you with updates, and call you to discuss the work reformed and the bill before you arrive for pick up.They also do a 53 point safety inspection on your vehicle, Including checking fluids and air in your tires. Our 530i purrs like a kitten!Oh, did I tell you that they sent out a Happy Thanksgiving Card with a $51.00 card to redeem on your next service? Concur Motors, the place that gives service like you are actually at Mercedes or BMW, if not better. This is an honest real time review of a woman who really needed her 2019 BMW fixed after a rock slammed into the back of my exhaust (whoops!)My car was smelling strange, I brought it in. And what I can say about what I liked, was the comitment to the time frame to fix your car for one. But the biggest thing is the spectacular service I got from Sochie, and the rest of the crew, (and the shuttle they have to pick you up) was far beyond any dealership I have been to. They have hot coffee, and a very clean waiting room with TVs, magazines, (the only thing I would suggest is cookies! I know, I know, but that would be adding the last touches on an already well built business), its very clean, open, airy, and a cute jar for daily inspiration. They also keep you updated, with text and a direct data update, about your car. Service is A+++++ here. I am not sure if they are the cheapest place, but most places aren't for cars. I have had no problems with my car. My car was returned in 24hrs, fixed, they did additional work on it, and with a full tank of gas. I would also add, the final touches to make this place 6 stars would be to clean the cars out (detail carpet wise and insert their logo mats) and put in a thank you and a mint! But this is because I consult businesses for a living....overall, I highly recommend this dealership for any BMW needing work.

I can't overstate how good the customer service was at Concours Motors. I drove in late Friday afternoon, shortly before closing, with a check engine light on in my 2002 Eurovan Westfalia. I was on my way to get a Smog Check when the light came on, and I was beyond frustrated! A quick stop at a parts store where they diagnosed the trouble code and sold me the wrong oxygen sensor only elevated my frustration. Full disclosure, I manage a franchised new car dealership in Nevada, so I know a little bit about customer service. Concours Motors does too! They diagnosed the problem first thing Monday morning, got the correct parts installed, and sent me on my way...even though I wasn't an established customer, had no appointment, and from all appearances, they had a full shop of cars to work on. Thank you, Concours Motors Auto Repair! I will be back!

Always great - staff is very friendly, answers ALL questions, are very thorough and I love the email [including pictures] and in person phone updates- means alot! They even put my window shade in the front window while waiting for me to come pick up my car! Wow. This shop is the best shop I think I've ever been in. It's very clean, well organized the and efficient. The crew work together they're very friendly , helpful they don't leave you in the dark and they don't do anything without your approval. They call you and give you an update and let you know what's going on with your car keeping you informed . I just think they're great. Absolutely fantastic guys and gals working here! Their diagnostics report was detailed and comprehensive but they help me figure out what needed to be done vs. what could wait. They performed the repairs quickly and my car has been running smoothly ever since.
