Visiting this business was spectacular. They are very attentive to every detail with your car. The staff is very friendly and very professional. I definitely recommend it and I will always return because they offer quality and good service and their prices are the best.

This was my first time at Clean Planet SMOG and I found the staff there to be friendly, welcoming, and professional. Definitely a step up from your standard auto shop in the area of customer service. The price was good and I really liked the decor of the small office area. The SMOG inspection was really fast and easy. I'll come here again and recommend it to my friends.

Outstanding service. I brought in my BMW for a smog check and tune up after a friend recommended the location. Ruben, the mechanic, was extremely knowledgeable and helped me figure out the most affordable plan for my vehicle.I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Great experience here! Ruben was very friendly and thorough with our smog check. He went above and beyond to let us know to bring in a specific paper since our vehicle is from out of state. And the office was beautifully decorated!

Absolutely fantastic, friendly, and prompt service! This is definitely the go to place for any smog, oil change, or auto repair need in the VC. I have come here twice in the past couple weeks for a smog check and an engine issue but thankfully Ruben was there to save the day. He had my car like new in a jiffy, and I didn't have to break the bank in the process. Thanks Clean Planet!

Stopped by today to get a smog check and this was the only place around that was available on a Sunday afternoon. Quick and friendly service. I will be coming back here for some other car services as well. It's great to know that there is a good, green small business in the area!

I was there today. I didn't have a long wait. They were very courteous, helpful and straightforward. And had a very clean and nice bathroom I might add. Made the trip painless and easy.

Went in for a smog check. I initially went to another smog station and was told my cat converter was incorrect for the state of California.I installed a brand new OEM cat converter from the dealer. I went back to the original smog station and they were closed. I called Clean Planet Smog and asked if they had time for a smog on a 2004, they said yes. When I arrived I told them up front everything that had happened and showed them all my paperwork. They stopped me mid explanation and handed back my paperwork and they said I can t smog your car, it will effect my score too much. I said my car has a factory catalyst that I spent $2000 on. They told me I can t. I felt that I was unfairly treated. I understand that the state of CA has difficult laws however I am trying to follow the appropriate laws and regulations and give this business a chance for my business. I just feel that I was not given a fair opportunity. I found another smog station that listened to what I had to say and passed my car later that day.

Great customer service, they were about to close shop when I arrived on a whim after running errands and they stayed open and completed my smog check in less than 15 minutes. Very nice and didn t make me feel like a burden, and even washed my windshields!!! I d return again in the future.

I don t have high standards when it comes to getting a smog check but I m thoroughly impressed with how friendly and professional Ruben has been. I bring my personal truck and work truck to Clean Planet Smog exclusively and I recommend anyone reading this to do the same.

I was in town to smog an RV with another shop. They had a technical glitch which left me stranded since I was coming from 2.5 hours away. I called they were able to get me in and sniffed in no time!
