The work I had done on my truck was amazing, like new. The service was great, they call with updates and deal with the insurance, answered all my questions. Very professional and friendly. I'd come here again.

Great experience! Very professional. I m grateful they dealt with both insurance companies! Both! They are serious about what they do. The time frame was also great. I pray I never have to use them again but I will definitely recommend to friends.

Owner and staff provided prompt, professional service. Happy (owner) provided detailed estimate (10 pages) within n two days of receiving crashed car. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Carstar is Statefarm recommended. I highly recommend Carstar Collision.

First time using Carstar Happy s collision. Honestly the easiest experience I have ever had with a collision center. They were all so polite. Got a call as soon as I choose them and get calls with ever update. They were just the best. Happy's was so very kind and helpful in getting my car restored. They were very courteous and walked me through the process. They helped me set up a rental car while my Jeep was being worked on by them.They did a fantastic job and my vehicle looked like it was brand new when they finished the job. The staff was so very sweet. I highly recommend them.

I agree with other reviewers---this is a friendly welcoming shop where they seem genuinely concerned about getting your vehicle repaired for a good look and a great value for the customer. They smoothed a badly dented front bumper and reattached surrounding plastic guards in Feb 2020 for me. The work was excellent and showed experienced skill. The price was super reasonable. I trust Happy and his team, and won't go anywhere else for dent and body work. Thanks guys !

Excellent Customer Service, Walked in and was greeted by a nice employee, explained to him that I had some scratches on my car and they were able to take care of it, The car looks like it never got scratched and they even washed my car which was a plus, Great Business definitely recommend and would come again, haven t had time to wash my car so I was very happy to see my Car looking nice and clean.

Went for an estimate and the young lady was using her phone to do an estimate for a previous customer. She had no clipboard so it was apparent that the person on the phone was doing the estimate. She did the same process for me with her camera and conversation on the phone. I asked her also how much would they charge to prep and paint the hood and top of my truck. She told me that she couldn t give me an estimate on the damage because there might be some unseen damage. Really? Maybe if the person on the phone was there??? And the estimate on the hood and top was way too high. Is this a way to stick it to the insurance company? Unbelievable way to do business!

Profressional and speedy services.I called to get an estimate to get a minor repair done on the rear bumper. Happy asked me to come in and i was in and out in about 15 mins i got the estimate email to me prices comparable to other body shops. I made an appt took my car in the morning got it back the next day in the afternoon.Bonus points: When I showed up, they had washed and cleaned the interior of my car - which I was not expecting. Seriously, my car hasn't looked this good in a while.If this should happen again, I'm not wasting my time getting estimates. Happy and his team are awesome.

All I have to say is WOW this body shop is amazing everyone is so welcomeing and they make me feel as if they treat my vehicle as if it was there own I would highly recommended this body shop to any of my friends and colleagues! What a great family owned business!!!
