These folks have serviced my daily driver, 2003 Volvo XC-70 as well as other vehicles in the family. Every time the quality of work and value is top notch because of the dedication of the crew. I haven't had anything too drastic done at the shop so I cannot speak for complexity of an issue or something that seems unsolvable, but I will say they never push to do any unnecessary work. I went in with a host of things another shop recommending and the shop confirmed what I thought, only half of them really needed to be done and the other half were a money grab. This is where I take my E-46.

Laszlo and his guys are the best! They know BMWs and other European makes, and their rates are the fairest you'll find. Best of all, you can trust them to do right by you.

Picking up a car there with my friend and the man didn't listen to anything that was being said got defensive and hostile and never answered even simple questions. Some people just don't know how to act.

They do not keep good service records they have very poor communication and tend to be rather rude when you ask questions.
