Very professional and he came to my house. It was a very stressful time since my car was broken into and the windows were broken. Auto glass made it much less stressful for me. I highly recommend them.

For years I've taken all our cars to AllStar Glass. I work for an insurance company and refer my clients here as well, because I always have the best experience. They are professional, knowledgeable and get things done in a timely manner. With AllStar I don't need to worry about the quality of the parts or service. The windshield is one of the most important safety features on your vehicle, don't trust just anyone. AllStar is the place to go.Also, kudos to Sabrina for always working her magic, and Randy of course!

I had an appointment at 8 AM and the crew alwere all on time and ready to get to work.They were less expensive than Safelite and had my pre-ordered (21 year old car's) windshield at the shop.Everyone was professional and friendly.Facility was clean and had decent/clean seating.I was in and out in about an hour.I would recommend this location to friends and family.

My windshield was shattered on a really stormy day I went to Safelight first, two guys behind the desk were useless no help at all. All Star Glass was brilliant they had me sorted on the phone with my insurance company and the tech came to my house the following morning at 9:a.m and installed the new windshield. The difference between Safelight and All Star Glass was like night and day!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Excellent customer service and job well done by technician Jared. He called 30 min out so that I know when to expect arrival, was efficient, friendly and did awesome work on my shattered rear passenger window. Price was definitely well worth the service. Thank you All Star

I was trying to set up an appointment over the phone, for them to come and repair my windshield, but the lady on the phone was very rude, and unprofessional. She seemed pretty annoyed by the fact that I do have an accent. Answering me like I am an idiot. Some person name Jill called after, but I was not longer interested in getting services from this place. Is good that my insurance has several different options, so I juts called State Farm and they contacted me with Affordable Auto Glass, who were great and profesional.Good luck.

I went in on Friday to get a quick repair on a quarter sized crack in my windshield. This was the first time I had ever gotten a windshield repair, so I'll admit that I was a little over-worried and wanted it done immediately so I can get back on the road.An appointment had be set up for me earlier when I called their corporate office for a quote on a repair. They quoted me around $50-60 which I figured wasn't too bad considering I had seen a few other places charge the same or more. I get to the shop and it's a generic car workshop, nothing too out of the ordinary.The young man that helped me and performed the repair was really friendly and wanted me to get in and out quick so I can get on with the rest of my day. This is where the niceties end.As I wait for the repair, he calls me over and to my surprise, the small quarter sized crack breaks even more and is now a huge crack slashing through the middle of the windshield over to the passenger seat. His answer to me was simple, "Sometimes the repair messes up and this happens."Excuse me? I think you should have told me this BEFORE you performed the repair. The only points he went over with me about the windshield repair is that the small crack may not fully go away and that the repair only fixes the structural integrity of the windshield so that the crack does not spread. I think if you're going to have a procedure that can ultimately ruin my glass even further, you should tell me that before I go into this and sign away liability so that I can't sue or complain when the repair goes awry.At this point, I'm infuriated because they just FORCED me into buying a new windshield from them when all I needed was a simple repair. I then had to make an appointment to get my windshield replaced, which was placed for Monday (8/10/2015) in the morning between 8AM-11AM. This put me in a burden because I was supposed to return to Oakland Sunday afternoon, but I wasn't going to drive 6 hours with a giant crack in my windshield.Monday comes around... 9am passes... 10am passes... 11am passes... My service guy finally shows up an hour late. I'm so tired and irritated with this company that I don't care about them anymore and I just need them to do their job so I can get on with mine.The repairman and service were fine. I'm just still irritated that I have to pay so much more than what I had initially planned because of a break during the initial repair and that they did nothing to inform me that a larger crack could happen.

I had spots on the windshield that I had tried to remove with windex, simple green, grease/gum remover numerous times, and the stains kept coming back. It was hard to see through the glass when the morning sun. I finally thought to stop in at the local All Star Glass and explained the problem. They were so helpful. They took it seriously and the supervisor came out and then whipped out a special cloth with an alcohol base and rubbed it in well. Then went over it a glass cleaner It cleaned right up. but it always did before. But this time at the end of hte day the spots are gone. It was a great service and than you so muchBen

These are not people you want to deal with. I had them come out to repair a chip in my car window, understanding that it was not cosmetic and if they broke the window they were not responsible. However, 3 weeks after the repair the small crack started spreading. They said "too bad, guess you'll have to replace the windshield". They could not repair over a repair and would not give me my money back. No integrity and bad workmanship.
