Robert and his team were excellent. I had the most challenging day and explained my current situation and the vehicle issue after calling 3 places and no help. Robert answer with kindness and overall the visit and really valued me as a customer and explain the issue. Gave a huge hug at the end. Definitely going back.Thank you very much!

A friend recommended American tire-I was not disappointed. Good price and great service. In and out in just over 1.5 hr on a drop in!Robert was very precise in explaining the process and cost for 4 new tires, alignment, labor and a warranty.

I've been a repeat customer of this location, and went in this morning for a basic tire rotation, but Robert and his team also found a leak in a tire that was (poorly) repaired by another (out of town) tire shop a year back when we took a screw in the tire. They repaired the leak and rotated the tires within a half hour and sent me on my way. Top shelf service that I'm grateful for in the area. Keep up the great work you guys!

We blew a tire on US101 near Ventura. My wife called the American Tire Store in Ventura and Robert was extremely helpful. We had run-flat tires so made it to the store around 2:15pm and Robert was EXTREMELY helpful. He gave us several options and even called our BMW dealership so we could check what tire protection we had in our original purchase. He even brought the tire into the store to show us how badly it was split. A short one hour and we were on our way. Thank you Robert, you a good man.

My wife and I were driving on the 101 freeway in Ventura CA and hit a large pothole that instantly ruptured the front right tire. The tire was a run flat tire and the car had no spare. I was able to still drive to the nearest American Tire store (just after 6 pm closing time). There I found Mo closing his store and I explained our dire situation and how we were on our way to AZ with no tire. Mo was the most gracious helpful person I have met and said he would take care of it and he and his last mechanic on duty (cleaning up) installed a new tire and we were shortly on our way. Mo and his staff deserve a great big Thank You and its good to know there are people out there that still do the right thing.

These guys are great, they know what customer service is all about. They treat everyone coming in with kindness and respect. They had everyone beat when it comes to prices. I was able to get in the next day. Mo was great and efficient had me back on the road with a set of new tires. A job well done thanks guys!!!!

I Decided to write this review to warn and advice future customers here to take PICTURES of your items PRIOR to your installation and carefully INSPECT for any DAMAGES immediately after they finish ,in hopes you don t fall into a situation like this. long story short, purchased 4 new tires to be installed on new rims here, found out a couple of days later the rims had scuffs and light scratching on the inner outer edges of the rims. These rims costed me around 2,500$ and I was very disappointed to hear the MANAGER Martin say that if it where him he would of just ignored the damages because accidents happen after I brought this to his attention. Planning on taking this over to Small Claims Court since they denied my request to have the rims repaired, even with CLEAR evidence that the damages could of only been done during the process of installing the rims in the tires, let alone the rims and tires being literally fresh out the box.

I ve been coming here for years and will always get my tires here. The customer service is great. Mo went above and beyond on our last visit to make our experience very warm and welcome, compelling me to write this review. Check them out it will be worth it.

My warranty on my jaguar xe expired so I have been looking for a reliable shop to get my regular maintenance done and I hit the gold mine. I have already been to this location to get my oil changed, get a set of new tires, and new rims. Martin is welcoming and anwsers all of my questions with great detail. I will be coming here for future regular maintenance and 10/10 would recommend this location !

This was my first visit to American Tire Depot and I have to say I was very impressed. I did a lot of price comparison with other local dealers and Yna at American Tire was very easy to talk to and you could tell that she was really trying to get me the best price. She definitely knows what she's talking about and actually sounds like someone who wants to get the company business which I respect. When I showed up, Martin was awesome to talk to! He was very nice and professional and I feel like that is not the case at other places like Big Brand who I've been to before. He took me through the process and made it really easy. I also have to mention that they completed the job extremely fast and called me right away. I have to say that this was some great service as well as customer service. I will definitely come back and recommend my friends to go here as well.

Took my car's wheel to get a flat repair job. I'm pretty particular about where I have work done on my car and these guys did an amazing job.. Also.. it was free so.. pretty cool. Super friendly staff ++

Don't come here. They have decent deals on tires which is why I gave them 2 stars but the service is very poor. Had them install a new set of tires and perform an alignment about 5 months ago. They charged me full price for the alignment but they only did the front wheels because they needed a special tool to align the rears. Told me if I bought the tool myself they'd finish the alignment for me. I have one of the most common Honda civics ever made, hard to imagine they didn't have the tool for the job. What urged me to write this review is that their technician over tightened my lug nuts and when I went to remove the wheels to do a brake job, some of the studs broke. The lugs haven't been touched since I got the tires installed and they're a closed style lug nut, so there's no way the threads rusted to cause the studs to break. There's a bunch of kids working at the shop too, I knew I should have took my car to a place with professionals. Lesson learned.

Very happy with my experience at American Tire Depot. I called in the morning to inquire about replacing one tire (blow out on my new vehicle) and the salesperson was very helpful in locating the correct replacement. He gave me an appointment for 4pm (they had to get it from their warehouse) and I was out in less than 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend this place as they have great customer service and also offer a price match guarantee.

After shopping around and getting quotes, American Tire Deeper beat everyone's price. They got my tires on in about an hour and a half and they even were worried to make sure my full size spare would fit and confirmed it would once they started working on my truck. I can't speak highly enough about them.

I had a good experience here with an alignment and tire rotation. There was no wait when I came, and the new manager was friendly and down to earth. She was willing to extend a small discount off my service at my request which was appreciated!She also alerted me to service items I can expect to need in the near future as well as informing me of their oil change services with reasonable prices. We will for sure be using them more often!

Excellent experience: Professional, Friendly and Fast.I had a 400 mile night drive in front of me.I needed to have my tires balanced to eliminate a shaking steering wheel.I dropped in and they had my car on the lift very quickly.The technician found the wheel with the imbalance and he corrected it.Other 3 wheels were check for balance and adjusted as needed.They verified the tire pressure and torqued the lug nuts and I was down the road - safe and smooth.Price was completely fair. A bargain, IMO.Thanks to Oscar and his technicians. Made me feel like a member of the fam.

Anthony was extremely efficient and polite when I drove in , no advanced warning given, with my flat. He ordered a new one immediately , after explaining costs and getting permission, and it was ready to drive early the next morning very professional!

Overall great experience! I needed a new tire, and when I called it took about 10 minutes before someone could help me. But when I called back later, the wait time was much shorter. The price was good compared to another tire shop. And they had it in stock, which was great because I needed it same day. They installed the tire onto the truck and removed the spare I had on there and put it back where it belonged. So nice! The spare is under the truck so that would have been a pain to put back. They were so happy to help too. Thanks!

I had a blown out tire, was flustered and called them up, when I was speaking with a representative they transferred me to a young man named Anthony who told me he d go and pick up the tire if he didn t have it in his store. He ended up picking it up while I got towed over and I was in and out of the shop within 45 minutes!!! Martin the manager, helped me in the shop and gave me a price I couldn t say no to. I llbe back for a set of 4!!! These guys are fast affordable and have great customer service!!!!!

I would stay away from the Ventura location. Had tires, oil change and alignment done in April 21. When I was driving home I turned on the TPMS and it showed the tires had 43 pounds of pressure in them. The tires are supposed to be at 35. I checked them with a gauge when I got home and they all had 44 lbs. I checked the oil and it was about 1/2 quart low. I went back and talked to Martin. They topped of the oil and promised he would give me a free oil change the next time we came in. (I had already adjusted the tire pressure, didn't want to drive the new tires 9lbs over inflated) Went back this month to have tires rotated and oil change. My wife talked to Martin and he said if he remembered use he would honor the free oil change and set up a Friday appointment. When we arrived we were told Martin wasn't there, he was at a graduation. The guy at the counter said there was nothing in the computer about a free oil change and "anyway oil is to expensive right now". They did the rotation and oil change. I checked the tire pressure after a few hours and all 4 were exactly at 30lbs. The "techs" at this business don't seem to care. FYI there is space on the invoice for tire pressure and wheel torque. On both invoices it showed "not available". Guessing they don't care.
