Every time I come here no matter how busy they are they are very accommodating. I came in today for a nail in my tire and Juan was super nice and he was able to help me out and get me on my way within minutes! Thank you!

True professionals. I didn't expect much going in but was in for a treat. Service took less than 45 minutes to balance and replace tires. Amazing customer service! Highly recommended!!

update:got a nail in my tire and they were able to get me in and out in about 40 minutes based upon the timestamps from the checkin/checkout text messages. great customer service, greeted right away by friendly, professional people.~~They run a tight operation. with an appointment and ordering the tires ahead of time online, they got me all squared away in about an hour for 5 tires. I was going to a different size and they made sure to confirm with me that I did that on purpose and did a fit check prior to getting all of them installed.I didn't get everyone's names, but each person I talked to was great to deal with - friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and eager to help. the name on my receipt was Scott, but had a few others answering questions and giving me updates as well.I really liked how the interface with the website is as well. other shops sites seemed more disconnected saying call for quotes and or less informative regarding inventory. it was also very easy to filter and research and sort through reviews. the whole process was very straightforward.all in all, I'm very happy with the experience and my new Cooper tires.

Came here because it was the closest tire shop where I got my flat. I called and asked if they do patch repairs on tires. They said yes to patching tires and to bring my vehicle in. Long story short, I came in and told them I was the one that called in asking about the patch repair. I did NOT need new tires, the dude at the front desk kept pressing me to buy new tires and then tells me that they won t be able to do a patch repair. Don t know if they get commission from selling tires, but that s what it felt like here. Go to Big Brand Tire and Service, they were able to do this type of service with no problems.

Highly recommend, they are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful for all you tire need.. I purchased a wheel and tire set last year which in very happy with. Now I had a screw in a tire that was fix super fast which there competitor would not fix. So yes very happy with these fellows . Keep up the good work guys. Thank you so much. God bless

Unfortunately didn't get any names, but wanted to say a big thank you to the two nice gentleman that helped me out today! Had a lot going on last few weeks and had a suspicion I may have a leak but after i filled up my tires with air the other day and within a day the low pressure came up again, it was pretty obvious. While out on an errand, gave this location a call and the person that answered was very friendly and said it would still be fine to come by even tho it was almost closing time (no attitude or anything) As soon as i pulled up i was greeted by same person and right away checked my car and checked me in. Within 20 mins i had my keys back in my hands ready to go home with a patched up tire! This second person was very friendly as well. Thank you for the efficient and outstanding service. As silly as that sounds, it was a much needed smooth success for the end of the year.

This place is great! I went to 3 other tire places b4 i came here. It was for a wheel lock removal since toyota broke my key. Other places said they would bend up my wheel to get them off Which I will not name.This place had them off in less than 30 seconds and didn't bend my rims just some little scratches which they said would happen which was just fine with me. The female worker at the desk was sooo helpful and sweet she explained everything to me.The tire guys were all friendly and knowledable.They showed me what they needed to do b4 doing it. Everyone of these workers deserve a raise! Definitely coming back when I need new tires. Thanks again!

11/21/2023 My tire rotation this evening was done so efficiently and professionally. I go to this shop for my tire rotations, replacements and even just for tire pressure check ups. The team there is always polite even when the line is backed up with customers that haven t made appointments. Thank you!

As the proud owner of a black Honda Fit - and let's be honest, the undisputed "Chick Magnet of Cars." I take tire maintenance seriously, just like this American Tires shop.While the shop couldn't fulfill my order from an online purchase. Edgar was able to find alternative wheels that Fit the Fit. Though a little more pricey, the shop covered the difference due to the inconvenience.I rode off into the sunset with a smile on my face, and new shoes on my black beauty. In the background Ed's bald head gleamed with enthusiasm, as woman broke their necks looking at the Fit's new fit.

Wow. Best service ever on a Tuesday AM after Labor Day. Opened 5 mins early to help me. Had a nail in a tire. They patched and fixed it, as well as rotated my tires in 20 mins flat, FOR FREE. I was gone by 825. Scott was a very nice, professional advisor and the finished up hand off with returning keys, explanation, and follow up was super friendly! I highly recommend this place! Thank you guys.

Came in..some in front to check in with told me to drive too the bay and someone helped me pull in very quickly now it's 12:07 appointment was 11:30 they have tires ballanced and putting them on (4 )Back again Sept 2023 for flat repair AC is on have music and friendly scanner my tread let me know about my free rotation too ... Highly recommend them to anyone looking for tires , can even order online they send to store

I called to verify the tires I needed were in stock and they were. 30 minutes later I show up and the paperwork was already done and they pull my truck in immediately. They were very helpful and my tires were replaced quickly. I would definitely use them again for future tires and I would definitely recommend . Awesome service!

Well like I said in my last review for a different location I cannot tell you much more other than this is a excellent place to get tires the staff exam in your tires tell you exactly where your safety wise sometimes even send you back home and tell you to come back in a few months tires are in good shape sometimes they tell you yes this would be a good time to change the tires the tread is too low the service is great I just wouldn t know where to start with that the whole team works so well together you wouldn t even know who the manager would be they are all very equal all of the America s Tire in my opinion are perfectly round with the right people getting the job done right the first time they have done a lot for me and my family they have gone as far as shipping tires to another location when I m out of my area as well as in my area some tires need to be ordered not because they have ran out but because you requested it and gave them specifications another words custom tires and they will have them in the matter of a few days they are ready to go out of there way I have been getting tires there for me and my family and friends for well over 10 years and I will continue to and I would always give them a five star and a great review they deserve it the employees of the highest caliber.

***They are running short staffed*** but they still provide service with a smile. Expect long wait times right now if you don't have an appointment but if you make an appointment they will get you in and out in about an hour. I have been coming here since 2004 and will continue to do so.

I have been a customer at this store for many years and have always been extremely pleased with the pricing and service at this location. 6 of my company vehicles and multiple trailers get their tires here.This afternoon I was helping our exchange student get new tires for his vehicle. Joshua, whom I have worked with the last couple of years, provided a level of service to me that was above and beyond anything that a customer could ask for. He was thoughtful and mindful of the fact that the vehicle we were equipping was carrying a young driver and his friends on a regular basis. I was incredibly impressed by his care and diligence with regard to the safety of the young people in my charge. Thank you Joshua!

Was in and out within 30min all the workers were fast, nice, and helpful. I highly recommend making an apt instead of a walk in , this company gets tons of walk ins and I've seen them get to customers efficiently if there has been appointments made ahead of time, that's a guaranteed time. I don't go anywhere else for my tires :)

Went to America's Tire in Ventura to get tires air-checked yesterday. Your employee, Scott, was absolutely delightful. So quick, friendly and helpful. Your staff is always top notch, efficient and polite and, best yet, not pushy about other services. I'll need tires soon and will definitely go there. In a world of weak, rude or nonexistent service, you truly stand out in the crowd. Thank you

Tires are a commodity, so it comes down to service. We have always been impressed with the speed, knowledge, and professionalism of our local store in Ventura. When traveling for business, there have been a few times I had tire problems, and all I had to do was find the closest store where I was always taken care of.My wife and I will not get our tires anywhere else.

I'm so glad that I chose America's Tire as my supplier of tires. I got a screw in my tire and once the spare was applied, I made a beeline to Ventura. The staff was so friendly and accommodating that not only did they repair the tire but I had them install two more tires at a very reasonable price. As previously, I included the warranty and guarantee which is very comforting to have.

So are usually come here for free air checks as the gas station air checks are not the most reliable or even the one I carry in my vehicle. I went over a pothole and came here to put air in my tire and the pothole also unfortunately caused a bubble in my tire, whoever helped me did tell me I could drive off with that bubble on my tire so I did. I then went to the Americas tires in Camarillo and they told me that I should not be driving with a bubble on my tire like that. So I m not sure if the guys here don t know , I m not sure if people just want me to get into a car accident, or I am not sure if they just have terrible management. Regardless, every tire shop tells me something different and I would think perhaps they would know if they had proper training. I m not sure what to believe .

These guys are great. Pricing is always either lowest, or very close to it. They are always accommodating, and overall just professional and quick. No long waits, no games. Just get the job done well, and fast. Additionally, I have to say, in 4 sets of tires I've WATCHED be installed. Every single time, they torque BY HAND, carefully, which I find fewer and fewer shops doing these days. They have also told me multiple times that I didn't need alignment, when I had already agreed to pay for it if needed. This kind of integrity MATTERS.

Great customer service. Definitely make an appointment, this location is busy. Dropped by twice and decided to make an appointment after 2nd failed attempt.
