Jaime s customer service is top notch. I take all my cars here and every time I ve had nothing but positive experiences. They are very knowledgeable and their prices are more than fair.It s very hard to find a trustworthy shop, this is that shop!Ask for Jaime he s the go to guy!

Advanced Auto Care and Smog are so incredible! They are one of the top places in Ventura for quality tires. I got a super affordable tire quote for my 2020 Elantra and the next day, those tires were on in a heartbeat! Super kind staff, very knowledgable and extremely authentic and transparent with pricing, tire delivery and waiting time. Super precise and on point. Extremely personable and professional. Jaime and his staff are off the hook. Truly amazing people. Definitely give these guys a call. They will hook you up for sure. I m telling you one of the best places in Ventura county for tires and service - hands down!!

Best mechanic shop in town. I have been taking my cars here for maintenance and repairs for the past four years and they always do an outstanding job, Eddie and his staff are very honest and reliable. Great, professional shop! I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. Eddie, the owner, approaches his work methodically keeping your vehicle repair costs to a minimum. His guys handled my old Ford truck's engine performance problem properly and at a reasonable price. Runs great now.

Eddy is great, he is a very honest and helpful person. The staff has always been knowledgeable and helpful too. I have used Advanced Auto Care & SMOG for 4 years now with a fleet of vehicles and not 1 time have I ever had a issue with them. I highly recommend Advanced Auto & SMOG.

I've been having my cars smogged here since 2005. I've had all my auto repairs done here for about 4 years. Water pump, fuel injectors, oil changes I'm pretty sure they do all services. And, if your car won't pass smog it will here! Very Prefessional ans excellent customer service.Service: Emissions testingService: Emissions testing

Had my catalytic converter stolen brought it into them they were friendly kind and knowledgeable!!... got my truck back in one day at half the price awesome crew what a great neighborhood Auto Shop!!... thanks guys will definitely be back.

Brought my Toyota in to fix the air conditioner, they did a thorough check and fixed it in 2 hours. The price was very reasonable. They seem to be honest and reliable.

Very friendly staff. I called when they opened and they saw me within the hour. I'm a first time customer and will definitely be back. I was in and out within 15 minutes for a smog I had to get done and the price was very reasonable.

I've had SMOG Testing on several vehicles done here over the years.My first visit was a car that two other SMOG stations tried ripping me off. I didn't have the equipment to diagnose the problem; but I knew the first two places were sending me on a wild goose chase. I took it to ADVANCED AUTO CARE who did the repairs at a reasonable price and then SMOG'd it for me. Been a faithful customer ever since!Services: Out-of-state, Smog certification, Emissions testing

I had a gas tank replacement, got it back and they left 4 bolts loose on my stabilizer bar. Rookie mistake double check your work!Service: Smog certificationService: Smog certification

Great service!!! I called in for a smog they said to come down. Within in 5 minutes my car was going through smog check. Friendly mechanics and helpful. They were swamped too. So within an hour that includes phone call, paperwork, labor on smog, I was out the door. Thank you guy's for everything.Joe

The guys here are awesome! They diagnosed a smog error, and they didn't even charge me. Says a lot because I had a $500 check in my hand from the state if they had found something to fix. They told me how to fix it myself, so it costed $0! Stop by if you need work done. They're as honest as they come.

Great customer service, especially after the horrible experience I had at smoggies where the technician/owner could not be bothered to explain why my car couldn't pass. The guys at Advanced took the time to make sure I understood exactly what was wrong and what it would take to fix the issue. They will definitely have my business in the future

30+ yrs Ventura resident. I had Eddie and crew take care of our needs 4 times. 2 smog and 2 under $1k jobs. Never any headaches, unanswered questions or feeling cheated. Eddie is upfront and honest. Definitely one of the fastest and most reliable shops in Ventura.

Owner Eddie and young Johnathon have helped my family with cars from the very first visit--Volvo XC, two older Volvo 240s, Mercedes SUV--and without hesitation. Their hourly rate also is remarkable for this part of the world! The point is, they will tackle any mechanical problem and are open to solutions for vehicles with many more than one needs. Check these guys out please.
