Darren was helpful, kind and communicative while the mechanics were quick and efficient! Dropped my car off at 4pm and had a new starter and battery installed by 1130am the next day. 5 and a half business hours is far less than I was expecting for my service to be completed, as I'm used to waiting days at other repair shops. I am very pleased with Whitney Auto Service and I'm so grateful to have found a go-to local garage!

The reviews aren't kidding, this place is great. After multiple people recommended me to come here, I finally decided to go to get my brakes changed. Everyone there was running around to ensure everyone was being serviced. It's obvious they care for their customers. Darren, the gentleman who helped me, was a very kind, funny, friendly down to earth guy. They also finished my car hours earlier than what was estimated. Overall was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely come back to Whitney Auto Service again in the future.

Been coming to Darren and Roger for 10 years now.They are the best, most trustworthy mechanics in the valley. I run 5 to 6 vehicles at a time, several for work and wouldn't trust anyone else. 1000 percent honest, professional and work you can trust. Fair prices, knowledgeable and absolutely trustworthy. If you don't need a part they will tell you. They never upsell or suggest work that doesn't need to be done. They let you know your options and I've yet to have to come back to fix any issues that they've worked on, this with close to 50 different jobs performed.The best there is.

Brought in my Audi A4 2015 for an inspection. Excellent customer service. It s too notch. They are respectful and courteous. They genuinely put customers first above all else. They are honest and precise. They know vehicles extremely well so pay attention to what they re talking about.

Whitney Auto is the most trustworthy shop I ve ever been to, they never charge for things you don t need and often don t even charge for time or labor if they re just running tests and nothing is required. I highly recommend Whitney Auto and will continue to come back for all my car s services.

Serviced my 2010 Ford Focus. Techs did a service check, provided an honest assessment, and only performed maintenance that was needed. Awesome ownership with reasonable prices.

Amazing, kind, quick-service auto shop!! As a female, I ve noticed that it s harder to go to auto shops and other places because some mechanics will look down on you or try to scam you for more money. It s just reality. But here, I felt comfortable and welcomed. I was helped with exactly what I needed and asked for! They were fast, kind, and did amazing work on my car! I recommend to everyone!! Roger, Darren, and the whole team provide professional service and valuable insight regarding what is actually necessary,as opposed to what might just be suggested based on mileage. I have been taking my cars to them for over 20 years and trust in their high level of professional care and Friendly customer service as well. The best.

I wanted my wife's truck to be inspected before our long trip to Texas. Darren was professional and courteous. He called me to let me know everything was good to go after the inspection. I asked him to replace the front brake pads. Darren called me just after lunch. I picked up our truck and left with the peace of mind that our truck was ready for our long trip! We had two of our cars serviced at Whitney this week. Also we took in a vehicle owned by a family member that needed repair that we were considering buying. Darren and his crew were wonderful as always. Knowledgeable, efficient . . .service driven. Also, so honest! My family and I have had our cars serviced and repaired at Whitney for more than 40 years. Whitney Auto has been my go to repair shop for a few years now and they have always been honest, affordable, and always provide solutions. As a woman, it s sometimes hard to find places that treat you with respect and give you honest quotes. This is one of those places. Was in town from out of state and discovered a serious gasoline leak just before leaving to drive back to Colorado. I was able to get my car in the shop the same day just before closing on Thursday and they had me up and running within 24 hours before they closed for the weekend. Darren was very pleasant to deal with, kept me updated, and explained exactly what had happened and what needed to be done to fix it. 5 stars.

Whitney Auto has done a lot of different repairs on my car. I have an old car (10 years old), and they make sure that I can use it for another 2-5. They are very honest and upfront and they don t price gauge at all. I know more than average about cars and the work they need- and these guys don t try to do a one-over or get more out of their customer. I appreciate that and their honesty. They ve been my mechanic since I found them two years ago.

I ve been going to Whitney Auto for years now and the service is always incredible. They ve replaced my struts and steering wheel rack and conducted multiple oil changes. They re also always willing to take a look at my car when something doesn t feel right. It s so wonderful to have a mechanic I can trust. Their service is always quick, affordable, and top-notch. Still true! I wrote this review a while back and I still love Whitney Automotive! They are friendly, professional, and fair-dealing. They're trustworthy and I'm grateful for them. You can tell the difference in this repair shop compared to others. Darren and the employees deliver excellent customer service and you can sense they know what they are talking about. They provide you with honest options. My Jeep had been giving me issues and I was using another repair shop near.This place is now my go to!

Great service, trustworthy and affordable!My cousin, who referred me to Whitney, was a commissioner in the Van Nuys Courts and started going to them some 30+ years ago. Now that she is retired, even though she lives some 30 miles away, she still takes her vehicles to Whitney!I've had my vehicle into Whitney now three times for different issues and have had a great experience each time. I'm happy that I've found an honest, reliable mechanic that I can take my vehicles to for the long term.

They diagnosed the problem, had the parts delivered, installed them, all within a short time frame and in my opinion very reasonably priced. Roger and Darren were very friendly and helpful in fitting my car in for service even though it was a very busy day with many cars in for service. They were very knowledgeable about my BMW and very efficient in ensuring that service was completed as estimated for both time and cost. The mechanic who serviced my car was very thorough and very efficient in completing all aspects in a short time. Courteous, helpful and excellent service overall. They assured me that all was in very good order for my car.

I have lived in the valley all my life and never had a regular mechanic because I never really trusted any of the ones I ve worked with, including dealerships. About 3 years ago, I decided to give Whitney a go and have never taken my car anywhere else since. They provide me with fast, friendly, honest service and even try to save me money wherever possible. Not once have they tried to up sell me on something I don t need and they re always more than accommodating. For once, I actually do have a mechanic to recommend to anyone and Whitney has a loyal and happy customer here!

I had a check engine light and a total loss of propulsion in my 2017 Volt. The Chevy dealership was quoting two weeks just to LOOK at the car. Whitney Auto had me in, diagnosed, and fixed within 8 business hours. Incredible. Darren was very professional and very helpful. He communicated clearly and was able to provide an accurate quote quickly.My repairs were completed the same day the car arrived, and the final total came in slightly lower than the original quote, despite a handful of unexpected minor repairs.Overall the work was done well at a reasonable rate, and the service was excellent. I will gladly recommend Whitney Auto Service to anyone who asks.
