I work in the automotive industry and deal with a lot of service providers when it comes to having work done on cars. Jaider is one of the best I've encountered in 20 years. He came to my house and repaired a gouged rear bumper and various paint chips and scuffs on my sports car in a matter of a few hours. The work looks outstanding, and his prices are absolutely fair. He's also a great guy to just talk cars with, and is happy to explain/show you everything he does to make your car better. He's now my go-to guy for any future paint and similar repairs.

I wasn t prepared to get a new back bumper or a trunk but life has a way of bringing people together it sucks to be rear ended at a traffic stop, red light! to have an accident when you re not even driving sucks, but after getting my car back all of those feelings melted. West Coast Body & Paint did a Supreme job of not only repairing my car w/ certified parts, painting it and making it look better than it s looked in a while!! The best part of this experience (since I need to find the silver lining in this situation)! Jaider, the owner of West Coast Body & Paint was so caring and mindful, he was sending me photos of my car every other day with a progress report. Letting me know when parts came in, when he started painting my car, the thoughtful care and mastery he put into matching the specific color of paint to the original car color so that it all blended Jaider s attention to these details did not go unnoticed. I appreciate his expertise, artistry and hard work! I can t thank Jaider enough for his kindness and honesty during this situation. But the praise for the type of work he did on my car was top notch! The exceptional craftsmanship is undeniably professionalism at its finest. This is a shop that can handle High-end vehicles and exotics. West Coast Body & Paint went above and beyond what any regular Bodyshop would ever do! I would not only recommend anyone and everyone to get their car fixed at this location. I know the next time I have any issues with my car again, I ll ONLY call Jaider for my Autobody work needs. Thank you for taking such good care of me, and my Benz! You are a master of your craft and I deeply respect your hard work!

Such an amazing job!!I was hit about a week ago and they were able to come out to me and get the job done within a week - which was amazing. Their work was phenomenal and I was left with a bumper that looked untouched! Thank you so much again to the team.

Somehow my review from yesterday disappeared, so here goes again. I was looking for a body shop that could do plastic welding for a bumper cover (i.e., the proper way to fill holes instead of just putting in some filler). After checking with all the high end body shops near me in the Westlake / Thousand Oaks area (they all just use filler), I expanded my search and came upon West Coast Body & Paint. When I talked to Jaider (the main guy at West Coast Body) on the phone, he knew exactly what I was talking about, was super helpful and patient, and was much more up to speed on the technology than I was. He explained nitrogen welding was no longer used, as there are now better methods. I took off my bumper cover, brought it in, and explained what I was looking for. These guys are consummate professionals and I had full confidence they would refinish my Porsche bumper cover exactly as I wanted. A couple of days later I returned to pick up my bumper and was ecstatic with the results, and equally pleased with the price! I highly recommend West Coast Body & Paint to get the job done right, with top quality and a reasonable cost.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

A fantastic Shop! They take care of their clients and take pride in their work. Jaider, the owner, is great. Straightforward, Reliable and Trustworthy. You can not go wrong by coming here to get some work done. They get the job done and done well. Hi everyone. I really really recommend west coast body and paint because of their services. Especially those who are OC and sentimental person. I have a deep scratch and small dent. They fixed it with a affordable price and and it s look brand new. Its feels like there s nothing happen to my car. It s beyond my expectations . They even clean your car. All the staffs are very nice and accommodating especially the owner. Thank you so much sir jaider for fixing my car and making it like brand new again.

Amazing work by Jaider and team restoring my 2005 Scion TC. I took it in to fix some scrapes from a minor accident. I ended up getting the entire car repainted, because the clear coat was wearing thin. Jaider worked with the insurance company to make sure I was getting the right estimate. The results were far better than imagined. My TC came out looking better than when I first purchased the car. Delightful experience all around. Highly recommended.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent work and service! I had two cars with significant paint scratches from my daughter (new driver) backing her car out of garage into my husband s car resulting in 2 badly scratched quarter panels on each car. West Coast Body and Paint came to my house and fixed both cars in one day! Professional, friendly and beautiful results for less than a traditional body shop. Highly recommend. I m attaching photos of my husband s car (other one isn t here right now). The black paint is so perfect and shiny that the reflection from the shrubs makes it hard to recognize it as a car!Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting

If you're looking for a family owned and operated business that is professional and with great customer service, this is the place to go. I took in my 2008 Toyota Highlander that got hit on the left rear quarter panel. Looks good as new and couldn't be happier with the work. There's many other auto body shops in the area that West Coast is located but you're not going to get the price for the quality of the work you're getting. Also did I mention great customer service (I did but worth mentioning again)! Jaider and his crew are awesome. Can't go wrong with this place.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place does amazing work! I took my carbon fiber hood to Jaider, the owner and he promised me it would look outstanding. He did not lie. It looks terrific! All of the employees are very helpful and professional!

Jaider is very professional. The service was excellent. He guided me with my car reparation since I had a car accident. My Prius was repaired as new. The painting is like a dealer painting quality. Oh boy where to start...my bumper was completely scratched with paint chipping and the hood of My car was like three different colors due to an auto body shop not being able to correctly match my paint. Jaider took the time and effort to check out all the ways we could go about fixing the issue. He was amazing! He had the car for about five days and I couldn t believe my eyes when I saw the finished product. They do fantastic work and my car looks better then when I left the dealership. I trust Jaider and his crew with all my cars and will reference him to all my friends so glad I found west coast! Highly highly recommend if I could give ten stars I would!

Jaider and his team are absolute professionals. My experience there was simply amazing. They repaired a rear bumper when another shop down the street would only replace. Most importantly the work was immaculate, and they delivered ahead of schedule. I was well informed throughout the entire process. Jaider even did extra work to shop around for parts when he didn't have to. I cannot speak enough for the integrity of these guys, and that's the most important thing when you entrust your car to someone. They have a lifetime customer in me for sure!

**Highly Recommend**I recently had someone hit my bumper and it needed to be replaced. Another body shop quoted me a very high price. I stumbled across Jaider's shop while I was driving home and decided to stop in. It was almost 4x less expensive, and he delivered quality work! The color matching he did was incredible, and the work looked better than it did off the line. Not only will you get great prices, and quality work, you will also get Jaider who is personable and makes each interaction enjoyable.

I went there to replace the bumper. I had the bumper and the hood painted. West Coast far exceeded my expectations. They were on time. The quality of work is second to non, and the price was more than fair.Jaider is a great guy to deal with. Always accommodating to my needs.I have some more work to do in my car in the future, West Coast Body Shop is my place.

Jaider is a super knowledgeable car guy and as genuine as it gets. I needed to have a fender re-painted and have the fender/headlight re-aligned. (I do most of my car work myself and I'm not perfect haha so I needed some help there). Not only did the paint look absolutely amazing, but the headlight fit snug. Also, the paint was nearly perfectly matched and this color is discontinued!Rarely do I trust people to work on my car, I trust Jaider and his team. Great quality work, honest people, you can't go wrong .

I'm so impressed by West Coast Body and Paint. I went to them after an accident. Jaider, the owner is professional and friendly. The work they did on my Lexus SUV, which required a white pearl paint, is outstanding and exceeded my expectations. I got the car back when they said I would and their price was very competitive. I can tell Jaider and his team take great pride in their work and it shows.

By far, Mr. Jaider Arismendy has the best establishment for servicing and repairing your car in Southern California. He is kind, understanding and professional. My car was repaired much sooner than I expected. Jaider went above and beyond to complete the task at hand. This is my first time leaving a review, because I had such a pleasant and positive experience and I had to share this with everyone. I am so impressed with the quality of his work and efficiency. Couldn't be happier with both the work and communication from Jaider and West Coast Body and Paint. I never leave reviews, but this merits a sincere thank you. Took care of some rust on my Jeep, which required custom panel fabrication in a tough spot (which NO OTHER SHOPS wanted to work on because of the difficulty). They got it done quick, seamless, and looking factory good! Sent me progress pics along the way and was very reasonably priced too. Totally unheard of in my past bodyshop experience. Very recommended.

Took my car to West Coast Body and Paint on a whim after an accident. Jaider was THE BEST. He made everything - down to working with the insurance company - totally seamless and stress free. He saw I was pregnant and was extremely sympathetic to me needing the work done fast and above all, safe. They used all new parts for replacements and my car honestly looks and feels better than it did before I brought it in. They even detailed it afterwards. These guys go above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly and as fast as possible. I could not be more appreciative for how everything was handled. West Coast Body & Paint is the best in the business. I brought my car here because of an accident and Jaider took care of everything. He dealt with my lawyer and the insurance company. Booked an appointment with Jaider and he was incredibly helpful with the scratches on my BMW X3. He quoted me a fair rate, and walked me through the process; and even finished the job within hours of me leaving my car with him. Jaider gave me a reasonable price on repainting my front bumper and fender. He took the time to explain the process to me and honestly gave me more information that I needed to know! That shows me he is transparent and doesn t try to cut corners. He really stands by his word and his work. All I can say is that my car came back looking flawless and immaculate! My paint color is not an easy match, I m so glad I found the right place for the job.

I broke my taillight and really messed up the back of my car right before the holidays and I thought it would be the biggest headache to take care of. Luckily, a good friend referred me to Jaider at West Coast Body & Paint. When we met, he was reassuring, professional, and so helpful. He took care of everything, including the back and forth with the insurance company. The quality of the repairs was top notch and everything went so smoothly. I m happy to have my car back as good as new. Everything about my experience excellent and I whole-heartedly recommend Jaider and everyone there who works with him.

I had a deep scratch on the tailgate of my car which I emailed photos of to several places. Jaider (the owner) got back to me quickly with an rough estimate but also with a few follow up questions. After replying to that, he offered me a cheaper solution on how to fix it. He was very genuine, honest, and never tried to upsell anything. I found them on Yelp and contacted them because of the great reviews and I can honestly say the good reviews about Jaider are true. I was looking to get some small work done on my bumper, just needed some parts clipped back in. Jaider and his boy were super helpful they placed my tire liner and bumper cover back in no time. If you re looking for quality at a reasonable price then i recommend these guys, real honest fellas I m super grateful i ran into them. I plan on coming back again soon for some rear bumper work.

One of the best body and paint shop LA. Reasonable rates. I know, it is generally some insurance company that pays for repairs so most people don't care how much excessive most body shops charge. We forget to realize that most of this high mark up gets passed on to us or our fellow policyholders in terms of higher premium ;). So still try to find a body shop that doesn't overcharge. West Coast is one such shop. Besides lower rates, they fix when most body shops replace. We miss to see the carbon foot print that gets created by replacement.My Tesla Model S had a small dent on one of the doors. 3 other shops said they would dump the old door and put a new door. Only Jaider at West Coast said he could fix it, and he did! This also reduced in 50% lower bill than other shops, for my insurance company.Plus, unlike most body shops, this is an owner operated shop and the owner and employees are artists, they know the art of fixing and painting. They did a great job on my Tesla. Would highly recommend West Coast for any body or paint work.
