They were really friendly and professional. They went out of their way to bring cars to help me decide the car I was looking for as I was picky about the trim options. When I found it, they detailed the car and filled it with gas while we were doing paper work! I don't know if all car buying experiences are like this but this was amazing. Amine was fantastic. He gave us a fantastic deal on a BMW X3M and offered me free french lessons. Highly recommend. Smiling face right when you walk in. Cant wait to hopefully go back for an MC20!

I always go here I bought my car here and it gets serviced here. Alfa Romeo can be very picky on their warranties. Not cool at all. But it's not the locations fault it's Alfa Romeo. My car is under extended warranty and I have an issue with the start stop system that's covered under warranty but the battery in the start stop system isn't, so I would have to pay to get that battery replaced even though the start-stop system is covered under my extended warranty, the little battery inside of the start-stop system isn't covered, so to me this makes no sense at all because I would have to pay for service to replace this little battery and pay for the battery also. But if this start stop system was malfunctioning on its own without the little battery the system runs off of running out, they would just replace it all for free. now here we are seven months later and I noticed I never posted this On the dealership experience, so after all that, I come to find out, it s my main battery that needs to be replaced and supposedly that will clear up all problems. Wow I had to find this out on my own through research online and this dealer wanted me to pay them to figure it out at $75 an hour on top of paying for whatever is not covered under warranty which is a $250 battery for the car. There was not a little battery in the system that needed to be replaced. It s Always been the main battery for the car that has to be replaced. And now I will do it since it went out on me and hopefully this will solve the stop start problem. If not, I will be posting again.

Worst dealership ever. I don't know how they stay in business, salesperson Jose. And finance, jaime. They scam you, make it sound all good. They pressed me to pay 8k for extended warranty, something told me to not do it. They gave me the expiration date for my warranty of October 28,2023. Upon taking it to another dealer for service, they Checked and told me I was covered bumper to bumper until 2026 and get a set of new tires. Van nuys told me I wasn't covered and couldn't do anything about my tires be it that I had an air bubble. DONT EVER TO GO THEM. I'll will be seeking legal help.

I first came in to buy a vehicle from the dealership. It was nice at first , but the first sales man didn't disclosed all the markups on the deal and he promised to deliver the car on the said deal. He took days and he would ignore my calls. I cancelled the deal. I got a call from management and was able to work out a better deal on a newer car and the second salesman was far better. Ask for Amin for the better experience.

This is our first Alfa Romeo. Luis Valdez was so patient and a pleasure to work with. From start to finish it was just a great experience. He answered every question I had (which were many coming from a mom who has driven SUVs for the past 17 years). He took the time to get to know me a bit and what model would best suit me. Brought all the paperwork to my home when he delivered the car bypassing hours spent at the dealership. Couldn't be more happy. Thanks Luis!!!

Drove all the way from Temecula to buy an SUV from Amine. We had been communicating for a week about the vehicle I was interested in possibly purchasing. When I arrived he had the vehicle ready in front of the store to look at and test drive. While we were test driving, he was already crunching the numbers for our trade-in. Everything went so smoothly. There was no pressure, no games, and he was always working FOR me. He was able to secure a payment that worked for us and we're excited about our sweet new ride! I couldn't recommend Amine any higher... he was like a breath of fresh air compared to any other car salesman I have ever dealt with. Save your time and sanity and don't go anywhere else. Would NOT sell the car we were interested in for the FULL PRICE listed on their website. Said they have to sell with extra incentives because they don't make any money on their cars. The sales person said there was a disclaimer on the price on the website that explains this. The first line of their disclaimer is quoted as "Used vehicle pricing includes all offers and incentives". So frustrating. Google strictly enforces product detail price listing in all ecommerce retailers. I can't believe they let car dealers get away with this. We ended up walking out and will never work with this car dealer who owns multiple other car brand dealerships in Los Angeles.

I wouldn t trust the pricing on their website. False advertising on their pricing which is a big no no. You don t list a car for $65k with the VIN# to make it seem like that price is the actual price and then tell the customer there are additional $1500 add ons such as GPS.

This place is great! I brought in my car for a check engine light and in the mean time they were able to provide me with another car while mine got fixed. Elizabeth was very helpful though this process!

I set an appointment up to come see an advertised car. They confirmed with me the day before, me and my family drove over an hour only to be told the car was "sold last night" and the salesperson had quit as well.Overall this place is fishy.

Just called today to get an update with Jose from financing . Kareem answered the phone and told me to F off. I have the recording saved. It is very unprofessional that an individual should talk to customer in that form. He should not be representing the company . Human Resources and the general manager need to investigate this and deal with his customer service immediately. I am a customer who already purchased a masarati from this dealership. I should have been transferred to a manager instead I got treated wrongfully . I will be writing a letter to the general manager and sending the recording as well.

I've been looking for a chevy bolt for a while. I found one at this dealership. I had down-payment in hand and pre approval. Price was 28,900 which was a good deal. However I found the same car online for 25,900 I had asked if they can match it. I showed the proof of the car sale online. I was about to sign documents for that car. Same car. Same model. 2k mile difference. Best they would do was give me $1600 off of their elo tracker that was on the car. But wait. The car has onstar. Why two trackers? Doesn't make sense. There was a huge recall that I did not know about They mentioned the recall was fixed upon looking at my carfax report But come to find out the recall was not even fixed as a huge fire recallPlus Chevy told me they put a stop sale on these vehicles in August station has sold me this car I even spoke to xhevy after purchasing the car they said they shouldn't have done that. I had asked they said because the owner would get upset if they lowered the cars price. Supposedly the tracker was 3500 and they gave me a "deal" yes they added three years of paint protection which is nice plus free nitro fill up for the tires for three years. . I had asked if they can take off the tracker they said no I had to pay. Honestly I really wish they would have taken $$ off of the vehicle instead and taken off the tracker that was Unnecessary.Cesar the sales man was very nice, was very Accommodating. I appreciated that.But overall I felt like I should have gone somewhere else. Felt ripped off in the end. especially with the tracker I didn't need that I was forced to pay for.I work in a large company that employees over 250 people. I will not recommend masareti dealership. Sorry.I hope the owner reads this and realizes only a couple grand off would have made a BIG difference.

I ve purchased cars from 15 plus dealerships in the past and I ve never ever had an experience like this ever!! The initial process was great, after I ve given the $5,000 down payment and signing of the contract, they told me that they won t give me the contract now but they ll email it to me in a couple hours, I said that s fine, this was March 8 by the way, it is now March 25 and I still don t have the contract, I ve been calling them every week since and leaving voicemails but no one returns my calls!But after todays conversation with someone named Kareem really took it out of line, I did not disrespect him at all, I just said kindly that I ve been calling and no one returns my calls and I just really need my contract sent to me! He talks over me telling that they are super busy and can t disregard his customers and talk to me! (I m also a customer, just because you took my money already, doesn t mean you can ignore me) then puts me on speaker phone and says yes you are more important than my other customers what do you need As I repeat to him what I need, he interrupts me and says its his turn to talk and that I should be quiet!!!!!!Unbelievable!!!!! I have never left a bad review for anyone ever before but this is just not ok!!

Great transaction with this dealership. Max our salesman was super cool and professional. Patrick the sales manager worked out a good deal with us as well. We knew what we wanted when we showed up the dealership so it was the fastest transaction I ever have had. In and out in 2.5 hours. Traded in our lease for a great price. My Maseratis check engine light turned on and I was scared to drive it. I called service and sayra was nice enough to provide me with Maserati roadside. As soon as it got to the dealership Elizabeth gave me a call to confirm the arrival and even offered me a loaner car to drive around while it was getting serviced. Best experience at a dealership, thank you so much service department! Will be coming here from now on.

I took my 2021 Maserati levante in as a walk in because my tire had popped on me. I called before hand and they were able to squeeze me in to get that repaired right away. Service department was very helpful and welcoming.

Rep there was super nice and professional. My main complaint is they use TRUECAR when you sell your call. The website offered me like 16k for my car and had a bunch of dealers contact me including RWM of Van Nuys. When you get there they lower the offer to 11k. Your car needs to be in basically MINT BRAND NEW conditon or you will not get anywhere near what the website states. Dont like the high price, bait and switch tactic that Truecar uses and it seems that RWM which is where I went to uses their service.

Had a great experience purchasing a car here. Brandon was a great salesman- I ve purchased cars from him in the past and he always is very transparent and makes the process quick and easy. The manager Paul was very helpful as well. I love my car and appreciate the help from the team here.
