Valley Collision did a great job! We worked with Sam and he was so helpful, and made it easy to get an estimate and to get the repair done quickly. They even detailed the card before we picked it up. Highly recommend them.

Sam was the best! My repairs were completed sooner than either of us anticipated. All the staff, including Sam were kind and respectful. I m glad I picked them to fix the damage to my car, Sam went above and beyond to get every detail resolved.They also have this cool feature where I was texted with updates on the repair of my car. It was due to be ready by Monday but was ready for pick up Thursday ! Thank you!!! (Van Nuys).

Dropped my van of early March, didn't only receive my vehicle May 14. Never got a call or any sort of update from Raymond. I had to call every week or so. When my vehicle was completed Raymond wouldn't release my vehicle to me because of payment supposedly not issued by insurance company. Contacted insurance company which advised payment had been made via a electronic payment thru a service provider because of contract with shop. Raymond refused to release vehicle and was adamant about receiving a paper check and it being mail overnight. I had to have a rental for an additional 14 days because Raymond doesn't know his own contract with the insurance company and I wasn't going to explain it to him.When I picked my an up it had overspray. Drops of paint. Paint line. Panels misaligned. Driver seat wasn't repaired or replaced. I asked Raymond about it and got his worker to start to fix it. They literally didn't take the time to check the work. When I opened back doors they sound like a metal can opening. I asked Raymond about it. He said this is a used car it never going to be the same. I told him thats why his a BODY SHOP and should be able to fix it close to new.Then we get to my cargo rack in the back all of them where broken and pulled apart with hardware missing. I asked and he advised that they where already like that. I told him I specifically pull parts from back before handing of vehicle and they where in working condition. While I was speaking with Raymond the workers started to talk among themselves and started blaming each other in Spanish as to who pulled them apart and messed up. They just laughed in the background.There was 1 particular rack that would even pull out so the workers started to look at it. At this point the pulled hard enough and dislodged it with a part failing off. Raymond exclaim this is why it doesn't come out, this part was stuck now it works. I laughed inside and went with it. Ok. After I showed Raymond see you so called part that was lodge not allowing rack to come out is part of rack and you guys just broke it in front of me. No answer...Then Raymond and his workers advised me to lie to my insurance company and say it was damaged during the accident. That's when I had it and didn't want no part in this and was advised to take photos of vehicle and remove it from their premises by my insurance company.This place has no regard for your property. No ethics and should be shutdown. Raymond like to play the victim and say I feels sad cause I'm not happy. This place was great! Instead of making me go through my insurance, and have to get a rental car, they told me it was an easy fix and fixed it right there on the spot. They were super nice and accommodating, and I would def recommend this place.

This guys a crook. I called him three times over the weekend to tell him I no longer wanted the tear down and estimate. When I showed up on Monday, 10 minutes before they were officially open, he said it was good I came so early because he was about to tear down the car even though I had called to tell him not to. He then tried to charge me for storing the car on Monday even though I had gotten there before they were officially open. Don t expect any politeness either unless he gets his own way. There are like fifty body shops on this block, use any of the other ones.

Valley Collision Center: Incredibly dishonest and poor work quality.After being rear ended, the insurance (Progressive) scheduled inspections and repairs for my SUV with the first available autobody/collision center which happened to be Valley Collision Center. My bumper had scratches due to the car accident, and Valley Collision Center had the entire bumper fixed/repainted. The repairs looked great when I drove away but too bad it only held up for a short period of time....Fast forward approximately THREE WEEKS after the repair. The paint along the repaired/repainted bumper starts to chip along the edges. I called Valley Collision Center to let them know of the defect in their work that was completed merely THREE WEEKS ago and I was instructed to bring the car in to have it looked at (because "they warranty their work"...sure). The next day, I bring the car to Raymond at Valley Collision Center and he quickly looks at it, says it's not a defect that the paint is chipping, and gets ready to print out an estimate to fix the problem. (So quick to print out an estimate and swindle for more money, right?) He definitely was not interested in taking responsibility for the shop's poor quality -- rather claiming that maybe it was scratched/damaged. Note: the chips are on the top edge of my SUV's bumper, which would be an incredibly difficult area for a shopping cart to bump into/ a car to scratch/ trash cans to ding/ etc.I am so frustrated that I wasted my time going through with the repairs with Valley Collision Center, and I am so worried that the paint will continue to chip/flake off with time. I wish I did my research rather than just opting with Valley Collision Center who had the soonest availability. I will definitely submit a complaint with Progressive to re-evaluate(and hopefully discontinue) their relationship/contract with Valley Collision Center and filing a complaint with the BBB.Service: Painting

I was rear-ended and Progressive Insurance, the carrier for person who hit me, setup my appointment with Valley Collision, and Valley Collision contacted me as well to confirm the appointment and to setup a rental car and pickup for me. Everything was so smooth all I had to do was drive my car there, sign a few papers, then have the Enterprise driver, who was waiting for me, drive me to their lot a few blocks away to pick up my free rental, and that was it.After 4 to 5 days the owner of Valley Collision called me with an update of when to expect my car back. When ready, I returned the rental, was dropped off and signed another paper, and drove off in my car.The owner was great. I spent no more than 15 minutes combined total in his office. Abs the work was excellent.

got in an accident was referred there by insurance. Quote was high but insurance was paying so did not really care. According to the estimate, body parts were supposed to be replaced also tire and some wheel sensor. the repair took a bit longer than quoted but no problem because insurance paid for rental. when i got the car back it was obvious that parts were not replaced simply fixed with body filler, the lines were not sharp and the shape was different from other side. But nothing major, the paint was really good though. Driving home wheel sensor light came on which was supposed to also be replaced, they just reset the machine so that it would not show up. Did not have time to go back because of my work schedule and after a while i just got used to it. They were also supposed to replace tire, they did not. They also somehow broke the cover of the mirror on the sun visor.So they quoted a high amount for parts that were not even replaced and they did not even fix everything that was quoted. Assuming they just wanted extra money from insurance. so would definitely would not recommend specially if paying out of pocket.

Raffi and company took good care of my 2018 VW, which needed attention after I was rear-ended. When I got the car back, I found that they'd even buffed out some other marks and cleaned the interior for me at no extra cost. These guys are my new go-to for auto repair needs and will be looking forward to a return when their services are needed.

I was rear ended by someone who had Progressive insurance. I was referred to VCC. Turns out the person who hit me had a very low limit cover on damages, so my insurance had to step in and cover it. VCC told me on multiple occasions that my vehicle would be done but time and time again they had another excuse. I am beginning to think I was pushed back because my insurance is not Progressive. I have incurred almost $500 of rental fees. Someone will be paying for that and it won't be me.

Raymond, gets down to business as soon as you walk through the door...very up front giving all details , there are still honest people in the world. The shop and parking lot is very neat and clean.

Probably the worse body shop I have ever deal with Raymond aka mr robbery charged me $310 for 1 mile for towing my car they wouldn t release my car if i didn t pay him that please be aware this body shop by far the worse in The ValleyService: Vehicle safety inspectionService: Vehicle safety inspection

Crooks!!! Said my car was totaled after looking at it for 2 minutes!!! Air bags didn't deploy...very minor damage...DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!
