These guys are absolutely amazing! The customer service, professionalism, efficiency, politeness & cleanliness! I called 3 companies to handle this job and everyone put me all 5 days; ultimate Glass said they could do it next day and they were here 1st thing in the morning! They text me an hour before and everything was amazing. I would highly recommend this company and should this happen again I will definitely call them back. Incredible service. Came out to my house to replace windshield. I have always had to drive into a shop before as my windshield has to be calibrated. I have defrost and heads up display in my windshield. Jessie was wonderful. Came out early to fit me into the schedule and Ray drove hours to get the correct windshield from a dealership out of town since there is a shortage on our model. I can't say enough about their service. Come to find out the last company broke a part in my car and glued it in place. Yes I saw the glue. So now these guys will be back to install that part once we get it from the dealership. They didn't try to cover up anything like safelight did. These guys are honest and hardworking. We will definitely use them if needed again but I hope we don't have to. Highly recommend this company.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Just had this company repair my busted widow on my 21 Mazda cx5 with HUD. Great work, Jessie was great. His partner Ray went out of his way to get our glass from a shop in Carson and the repair was done at our home in Lancaster. Great customer service and solid work. Strongly recommend! Very much appreciate my experience with ultimate auto glass. Their customer service team Saleah and iris were very helpful in getting my factory windshield expedited after a horrible experience with a third party glass company offered through my insurance. Ultimate Glass was the best choice I made to have both windows replaced! I was having issues with my insurance company and Marnie, the dispatcher saved the day. She was great!When Scott and Tristan came out to install the glass they were quick, knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. Definitely experienced at what they were doing. I recommend ultimate auto glass to all. After I called for service Gus was sent out to my home and arrived at the time we had agreed on. He explained the job and replaced my glass with no issues. If I ever need Ultimate auto glass I will request for Gus to come out again. 10/10 on service and friendliness

They come to your house at no extra charge. Appointments are easy to make andscheduling are promptly updated. Service is terrific. Prices are great. My technician had my window fixed in no time.

I was in the unfortunate position of having to replace my windshield recently. Thankfully my insurance provider had Ultimate listed as a recommended company to work with. From Marnie, to Leah, to Supervisor Miranda at the main office, the appointment process couldn't have been easier. I had a very good experience with Ultimate Auto Glass. Ray was fantastic in getting me the right glass for my car (which is actually harder than one would think) and working with Ford to get me the appropriate replacement trim pieces. Rays s chief concern was my satisfaction with the product, process and outcome. I was blown away by Adrian the installer. Two words - he cared! Adrian s work was super clean, he is very competent and he even found and corrected some issues that prior installers tried to cover up. I am delighted to have worked with both of these guys and highly recommend them.

Took care of my claim from start to finish, when the big mega company didn't (blah blah repair, blah blah replace) didn't want to be bothered.. it was all of a simple question that needed to asked to my insurance company (SF), and they asked it and my request got approved! They came to my house, installed the new factory windshield, done deal, and a happy customer... Big Thanks to Ray and his crew!!!Service: Installation

I work for Sherwin Williams Paint Company and needed a windshield replaced on one of our delivery trucks- We normally go through Safelite, cause we have an account with them and it s easy- NEVER AGAIN!!! Will we use Safelite repair, just awful service and workmanship- I have sent corporate all the information regarding ULTIMATE AUTO GLASS, and got approved to blast an email to every store that has delivery trucks, as well as sales reps with company cars to start using ULTIMATE AUTO GLASS from this day 8/1/23 forward- BIG BIG Thank you to Michael Aboody, outstanding well polished rep. as well as installers Jesse and Adrian, and customer service agent Salia-Thank you again Ultimate Auto Glass

Ray and Adrian were an absolute pleasure to work with. I was having issues with visibility after a recent install and Ray was extremely accomodating in making sure that he addressed my concerns. I was given an appointment to go into the shop and have a technician take a look to see what the problem was. When I got there the technician was Adrian. He introduced himself, apologized for the inconvenience and immediately went to work to rectify the situation. I could tell that he was dedicated to his job and especially wanted to make sure that I was a satisfied customer. Ray later joined him and I watched as both gentlemen proceeded to work on my windshield together to correct the problem. They did an amazing job and fixed the problem all while having a great attitude and informing me of what they were doing every step of the way. This was really a great experience for me and I take my hat off to Ultimate Auto Glass and Electronics for an excellent job. I am definitely a satisfied customer and would recommend them to anyone who needs service on their vehicle. A++ in my book. Thank you all so much!Services: Auto windshield repair, Installation

After cracking my wind shield at the carwash i was recommended to go to ultimate auto glass and I'm so glad i did. Ray is excellent! He got the job done quick and efficiently. Both employees that worked with me were awesome. Shout out to Crystal for setting up the appointment and ordering the parts. Big shout out to Ruben for the quick and easy installation. Ruben came out on time and quickly dropped in the new glass for my 2021 BMW M2 Competition. My car looks like if nothing happened to it. A tiny pebble cracked my windshield and I was dreading handling this. I found this company thru my insurance provider and I was able to easily schedule and appointment. There was an issue calibrating the windshield replacement, Ray updated me and let me know what they would be doing to further assist. He contact VW and ordered a new replacement and had it replaced within days. Thank you Ray for your help! I was traveling through the valley a couple of weeks ago on my way to NorCal, and my mirror was broken. I contacted Ray at Ultimate Glass. He was extremely helpful! Although he was not able fix it, he very helpfully referred me to someone who was able to do the job same day so I could be on my way.
