What can I not say about this shop, Joe is one that goes beyond the job and talks straight to you. I traveled to California when my transmission went out just as I came into Redlands. No one would even touch my Ford van to work on. I found his shop near where I was going to be, he gave me a quote, he got it rebuilt and going and fixed other problems that came up along the way while staying with in the quote. Joe is a stand up guy and you cant go wrong using him to rebuild your transmission.Way to go Joe, Thank you for all your help!!!!Services: Transmission, Transmission repair

First of all, I am glad I found this place. Joe took the time to answer all my questions. Then gave me a reasonable price to get my car fixed. And Finally, my car is running nice and smooth. I started to recommend this place to my friends.I had no issues. It was the best experience that I had ever had with any mechanic shop.They are simply the Best.

This visit was the most amazing experience I've ever had. Joe explained everything about my transmission to me that I needed to hear. We discussed options from beginning to end that I might need, I will be going to get a full transmission flush ASAP! After topping off the fluids the car ran exceptionally well for the issue that I was having before I brought it in! Thank you Joe for keeping this Mom on the rode. See ya soon Trudy

The rear transfer case seal on my all wheel drive Audi was leaking fluid and it wasn t a repair my general mechanic could do so I needed a transmission specialist. I chose Transmission Super Shop because the reviews on Yelp and Google were overwhelmingly positive. I spoke to the owner Joe on the phone and he took his time answering questions and was courteous and friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He was very nice when I showed up at the shop and he quickly offered me a comfortable spot to wait while he took a look at my car on the lift. He invited me to take a look at the problem spot and discussed the repair and what it would entail. I like that I was spoken to with respect and that he took the time to give me details. My repair actually was finished faster than I expected and even under the quoted price which was a really happy surprise. When I picked up my car, Joe had the parts he removed (two rubber seals) and showed them to me and explained why they no longer were holding a proper seal. I m a curious person so I asked him a bunch of transmission and tech questions and he took his time explaining things to me. It s rare to find a trustworthy mechanic and to have a positive experience with car repair but Joe and his shop really stand out as the good guys in the automotive field. I definitely recommend Transmission Super Shop to anyone needing transmission repair.

I am glad I found this place Joe took the time to answer all my questions. Then gave me a honest opinion on what he will try to do to get my car repaired .I spoke to the owner Joe on the phone six months before I went to his shop and he REFERED me to another place to get my car repaired. I took my car there but the problem wasn t fixed and the place was sold and the shop was closed when I went back so I had to look for another shop to get my car repaired. I was Reffered to another shop in TARZANA and I took my car there and they were terrible and they couldn t fix the problem but I took the vehicle back twice but again they were not able to fix it just came with excuses. I tried to find Joe s phone number in my phone contacts list but I couldn t find it. Finally one day I remember his name and typed it and I was able to get his phone number. I called Joe and he was very professional he took his time answering questions and was courteous and friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He was very nice when I showed up at the shop and he made some phone calls to try to find someone who he could work with to help me to fix electrical work problem with my car. He took a look at my car and discussed the repairs and what it would entail. I like that I was spoken to with respect and that he took the time to give me details. I asked him a bunch of questions and he took his time explaining things to me. It s rare to find a trustworthy mechanic and to have a positive experience with car repair but Joe and his shop really stand out as the good guys in the automotive field. I definitely recommend Transmission Super Shop to anyone needing repair even if it is not a TRANSIMISION issue Joe will recommend you to the best mechanic shop or he will work with you to get your car fixed. Joes and his team went above and beyond to fix my car and you can t find any trust worth Mechanic like Joe. I m very happy with the service and the experience that I had with Joe.Finally, my car is running nice and smooth. Seriously the best experience I've ever had with getting my car repaired! Anything transmission-related can be a real mess to get fixed but Joe and his team made it such a smooth experience for me. Joe diagnosed the problematic part right away while I was still there dropping off, he explained the likelihood of fixing the issue by replacing that part, and then ordered the part and fixed it. Seriously as painless as that. Timing was on my side when I went, as I dropped off my car a few days ago and actually picked it up that same day! 10 out of 10 recommend the Transmission Super Shop!!Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

We started with Joe and the Super Transmission Shop over 5 years ago and saved over 3 thousand dollars on a clutch that he worked on when other shops wanted to change everything. He ordered the right part, fixed it and the car is driving fine to this day. He has since completed a full reboot of another car, and has worked on two others. Keeping us safe and on the road for really reasonable cost. My whole family takes their car to him for any questions, he is always willing to help and offer honest and professional advice. He is consistently trustworthy, genuine and our cars work, we are safe and very happy with The Super Transmission Shop!

I took my car here to get a quote. While I was waiting he was helping another customer with a very large Chevy truck. He quote the customer $1800 for a rebuild with the warranty and all that good stuff. I was coming from my office so I was dressed nicely, I make minimum wage... So he drove my car around and told me it would need a rebuild and this would cost $2800. I asked him why so much, is my Corolla's 4 speed transmission that much more complicated then that huge truck. He said no but he does better work then the others. He could have told me he wasn't interested in helping me. Big waste of my lunch break, got it fixed at a shop nearby with same warantty at half the price.

Having been told by my trusted mechanic that my transmission was going to need replacing in the not-too-distant future, I took my car to The Transmission Super Shop for a second opinion. Joe drove my car to check the symptoms. He took the time to educate me about how my hybrid car's transmission is different than most transmissions. He gave me wise advice about what to keep my eye on. What he didn't do was sell me a transmission just because I walked in thinking I might need one. You can be sure that when I do need a new transmission, he'll be the first person I call to have the work done. I'd recommend him to all my friends.

Back in janurary of last year i got my transmission fixed at this place. Joe was amazing offered me a good deal with warranty. The service was one of the best i have ever had. Put it like this i live in Rosamond and no one in the antelope valley offered me the right price with warranty like joe. Now the service was great had me test drive it and also called me when i got home to make sure everything went right.If my review came a year later is because i wanted to make sure it wasnt a hoax. Anyway im just happy and impressed i will always make the trip to van nuys so joe can handle all my transmission needs. Dont hesitate ask for joe and get it done here.

We had a crew working in the Burbank area, and their truck broke down. Joe and his team did a fabulous job of getting our vehicle back on the road quickly, and he was very forthcoming with his pricing and the work that was needed. This place was professional, and most importantly, very honest; we were at their mercy, and they didn't use that to their advantage in any manner. I brought my 1998 Camaro for a rebuilt transmission, it cost $1600 with a 2 year warranty. It took more than 2 months to fix it and I had to take it back because it wasn't fixed. Had my clutched changed out here and was done a day later! Joe offered great prices and after driving the car for about 2 weeks now, letting the clutch break in, it has been pulling great!
