I ve taken all my Mercedes here and this guy is the real deal! He does good work, he s honest. He s what you look for from a mechanic and a business. Highly recommend!If he s telling you to get something done, it s probably because it needs to be done.

I ve been coming to the Mercedes Center for over 5 years and will not take my 09 E350 any where else. Vatche is highly knowledgeable and the only person that I could trust with my car. I want to share my experience with The Mercedes Center. I had taken in my 11 E350 to the dealer close by because the battery kept draining. At first I figured only the dealer can figure this out. Well after taking my $190.00 for the initial inspection I was told there was a electrical draw and they would need another $600 to diagnose it and gave me a laundry list of other items. What! I reluctantly paid the painful initial fee and picked up my car.Thank goodness Vatche was close by. For a fraction of the price he looked at it and figured it out. I didn't mention the "list" the dealer has made so I can compare what he would say. He mention the same items but he broke it down to what was more important and what could wait. He even showed me what was going on. Ok top of it all his prices are so much better than the dealer!!! And you can trust him. I got a sense right away that this shop is about quality. Thank you!

I've used Vatche and the Mercedes Center to maintain my cars for the last two years. In fact, he serviced my car today in addition to replacing a part. Initially, I found him thru Yelp, and based on great reviews I took a chance. His service has exceeded my expectations (which doesn't happen often). Being nearby to my home is also great, considering my last Mechanic was out past Pasadena and it was always a chore to organise getting there/ getting a time from them to fix issues. Vatche has always made time to take my cars in asap when there is any sudden issue. The routine services have been decently priced. He has gone out of his way on occasion to help solve any issues. I have recommended him to my family and friends as it's definitely a worry finding any specialist whom is trustworthy and skilled.

I've been bringing my car to Vatche for about six years. The service has been consistently excellent. He is quick, fairly priced, and good at his job. Gabby is a delight behind the counter.Once when my serpentine belt broke, rather having me tow the car to his shop, he hopped in his car with a new belt and came to me. I can't speak to how often he makes house calls, but that experience spoke volumes to me as to the kind of person he is. He's earned my loyalty. As long as I own Mercedes, he'll be the one working on them.For Mercedes service and repair, you can't go wrong with the Mercedes Center!

Vatche took my ML430 into his shop at a fair price to cleanup the power steering fluid leak, refill, test, & evaluate the problem. He was able to tighten all connections, replace the fluid reservoir, retest, & determine the problem was solved. His expertise, professionalism, & courtesy saved me a bunch of money as the AAA recommended shop that I initially had evaluate was either incompetent or crooks. They made it leak like never before & said everything needed replacement including the entire rack & pinion steering assembly. Vatche knows Mercedes, I am grateful to find his shop & will be a customer. Car repairs are expensive but it is nice to find a straight shooter with the experience to know what needs to be done.

I was referred to this place by a family member and I was very pleasantly surprised. The shop is very clean! Vatche is a very polite and knowledgeable. I was looking for a new mechanic because the previous place I was going to misdiagnosed my car and just wouldn't man up their mistake. Long story short I am very happy to find this place. Vatche diagnosed my car correctly and the repair cost was very fair. Thank you! You gained a new customer for life.

Busy here at The Mercedes Center because people know about the skillful, trustworthy service without being ripped off by the Mercedes dealerships! I only trust The Mercedes Center with all my cars, not only Mercedes. Brought my ML's and now CLK over time, not to mention Land Rover and Audi. Happy to have found them! Shop is clean and comfortable, coffee is good. They're willing not to make money to tell the truth about the diagnosis. The estimates are very reasonable. The owner is very down-to-earth and not salesmanly at all. Highly recommend!

On 8/21/2014 at 9am I delivered my CLK320 to the Mercedes Center. After going to 2-3 other places with no luck, the Mercedes Center was NIGHT AND DAY BETTER than all of the other places. If you're looking for an honest, kind, car mechanic, look no further than the Mercedes Center. I was seriously out of there after 10-15 minutes of his dedicated hard work. Great guy, great place. I'll be a lifelong customer.

The best isn't essy to find! The Mercedes Center in Van nuys is great Service & Repair Center. I have been using The Mercedes Center for two years for my S 500. Fair pricing & on the time performace is the key to a great experience. Thank you...........

Great experience where you can still find honesty and integrity in a car repair facility. I have been going here for years and would not bring my cars anywhere else. Vache and Gabby are the best.
